My car cell phone charger not working new make charging connector. i went jain cars service center the service manager mr.Logesh cell no 9003041918 without any service card attend. first he got my charging connector checked another same car when fuse port out. then the manager commanding another electrician to ready my car the electrician done the same mistake tree times i loose may tree fuses.

I report to G.M mr venkat 9345009706 he not support my complaint. He is only supporting to manager only and he told... i dont care you go anywhere. please take action to service manager mr.Logesh cell no 9003041918 and G.M mr venkat 9345009706. they are not suitable Hyundai jai cars service head. please collect my tree fuses amount with there salary. very very worst service persons. please take action immediately.

The reason I have to send you an email might sound funny, but its really irritating me as I am getting call from your sales team.

I have realized I made a big mistake by checking the price of Hyundai EON one of your car model and later when I got a call I did politely declined the offer as it was just an inquiry I made.

Now its almost 7/8 months I am still getting these calls, on many instances your managers assured that they are taking my number from the calling list and have taken the feedback, but even today I got a call and when I wanted to speak to the manager your sales staff dropped the call.

I called back again and insisted to speak to the manager and finally was able to speak with one Mr Srinidhi who apologized and said will send an email which I shared with him. Its more than 5 hours I am still waiting for an email. I called back the Showroom only to be informed that he is busy in a meeting.

Request you to please make sure you stick on to your company tag line "NEW THINKING. NEW POSSIBILITIES."

Please start thinking and make it possible by taking my contact number off your record.

I purchased Creta E+( 10/2017) from your authorized dealer Grover hyundai, Ludhiana (opposite Dhandhari Railway Station).

On 29/09/2018, i was traveling on National Highway with my family and suddenly V- belt broke and fortunately, at that time i got saved as there were no vehicles around me. Moreover it happened at 6 pm and luckily i able to contact nearby dealer at Jalandhar location ( goyal hyundai) and if it happened after 6 pm, whom i was supposed to contact as all the agencies close by 6.30 pm.

I had a lucky escape on that fortunate day. Further creta is premium car, how can v- belt broke in such a short time. As i am getting service done at regular intervals.

I was loyal customer of Maruti and shift to hynudai and never face no break down.

Waiting your immediate comments and compensation due to faulty components in my new creta. else wise i will force to complaint at consumer court.

Please understand this is serious issue as, my and mine family safety get compromised.

MYcar met an accident on 20.09.2018. i had handover the my car unity hyundai service canter jhangirpuri delhi, same day. your company promised me that you had delivered my car with in a month i.e. 20.10.2018. but your company handed over my car after one month. there are many problems in my car till now. i had gone to your company many times. but my problems same. my car painted by you which is paint dull and remove. and your service executive met an accident my car in service canter. your body shop executive is not painted my car many places which is met the accident. kindly help me.

Service was very bad. ur workers not professional. 2months before my i20 elite bumper painted in ur calicut vadakara showroom. but paint colour totally diffrent in body paint.till now not solved this. I tried so many hyundai customer care number and mail id but no response. its very pathetic.

Dear Sir/madam

Following information for you-
I bought Hyundai I10 car on June 20th, 2014. Registration no. of vehicle is HR02AE8094.

I ensured to get all the services and maintenance (properly at regular interval) through authorised Hyundai dealer/service provider. The vehicle is driven by me only and regularly. Total km covered during 5 years 3 month period are less than 30000 km. It was a nice and comfortable car, I felt.

But 11 days ago when I initiate to get its regular pollution certificate from authorised agency, I could not get it as the vehicle did not pass the required parameters. I drive the vehicle and carry to authorised service dealer who told me, after inspection, that the vehicle needed overhauling of engine. This is very disappointed that a vehicle of reputed company required engine overhauling only after running 30000 km.

I filed a complaint regarding this in Hyundai customer care no. on 20th September 2019 but still no proper response is received from your end except an email of acknowledgement. The complaint no. is 1-3523338592.

Kindly requested to take the matter on priority at your level, as I need my vehicle daily these days, but due to bad condition the vehicle is park at one place at my home in Ghaziabad (U.P.).

Hope for best from your end.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars

The issue that I have experienced was: Rat has entered into the cabin of Venue S 1.2 & made a hole to the roof of the cabin. The car is purchased on 24/07/2020 & it is run only 350 Km.
If the maintenance team open the roof of cabin it's FINE for me but can u give me assurance that rat will not enter again & damage my car parts. So for this issue You should make a permanent solution that rat should not entry in the car.

Hyundai team said that they will charge the fee for the work which they will do.
If my car is 20 days old & You cannot give free service its very disappointing.

It occurred on: 19/08/2020

This meant that I'm very disappointing about safety measures taken by your team regarding rats entering the car cabin.

I want my roof cover to be installed new & labor charges free of cost.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Dear team,
Am writing this with full of dissatisfaction with the staff attitude and poor customer service.my car got accident on 4th and car bumper gone and given for accident claim. The staff told us it will take one week or more than week. They dont have a proper date first of all. After that i have waited till 12th oct. Several times i called and asked Hyundai staffs regarding my car but single time i haven't get any call from your service department. This very distracted thing and am thinking about to change my car after this. I selected hyundai because someone told me you have better service. You guys cant replace a bumper with in 8 days very poor supply from your godown or what??? Very poor.. I need a revert.

Dear Hyundai India,
Kindly hear my grievances.

I am a proud owner of Hyundai Creta (SX) Diesel 2018 model (BS4) which I bought it through Bank Finance on 28.09.2018. Engine No. D4FBJM667782, VIN MALC381ULJM469158. Registration No. AR01L-1118.
My Car was having no issue but as prescribed in the manual I had given my Car to Neni Hyundai, Itanagar (Authorised Service Centre) for 5th PMS at 40,861 Km wherein Engine Oil, Filter Assembly, Filter Cartridge, Filter Air Cleaner, Gear Oil, Front Disc Brake Pad, Oil Filter etc were replaced and I paid Rs. 11,607/- on 19.03.2022.
During the maintenance, the Mechanic enquired about my Car’s warranty and it was checked by them and found that there is no more warranty on it. Thereafter, the Mechanic was repeatedly telling me that it would have been better if I had extended warranty but when I enquired they told me that it cannot be extended after it is lapsed. I was surprised why he was telling it again and again as if he knew that my vehicle will break down within some days.
After Servicing, I had filled the fuel tank full of Diesel and was running my Car smoothly but within few days later (after running around 500 Km) my Car started to exhaust Black Smoke. So, I went back to the Service Centre and got my Car checked. They removed the dip stick. Oil droplets were coming out from it and they told me that there is back compressor (Blow-by) in the engine and that the engine is damaged and need overhauling of engine or may require short engine replacement for which it may cost me around 2.1 Lakh and if half engine has to be replaced it will cost me around 4 Lakhs. They are telling me that it is a common problem in Creta Diesel 2018 model whereas the earlier model of Diesel Creta has no such issue. It may be mention here that the Engine is not making any extra sound. It is running smoothly.
Later, I realised that they had filled the whole gallon of Engine Oil without complete 100% drain out of old oil. When I checked with the dip stick, it was around 1.5 cm above the ‘full’ mark. When I checked on internet, I found that the excess engine oil is also very much harmful to the engine. So, I went back to them and got some oil drained out.

My questions:-
(i) If it is common in particular model, is not it a manufacturing defect?
(ii) Dealer or Company never had called me and reminded me for extended warranty. Why?
(iii) No reminder calls for Servicing also?
(iv) No reminders for renewal of Insurance also? (These are available in case of Maruti dealer/ Company as per my personal experiences).
(v) If my single driven personal Car is like this then what about the Cars that are used for Commercial Purposes or Multi-handed?
My surprises: -
(i) How can a reputed Company like Hyundai manufacture such an engine which last for 3.5 years only for a single handed non commercial vehicle.
(ii) The Car engine failed only after running around 41000 Kms under normal use.
(iii) What was meaning for paying 2 Lakhs above Petrol version if I have to pay now Rs. 4 Lakhs for maintenance/ servicing.

My problems: -
(i) I had got my Car financed from SBI Bank. Now, I have to apply for another personal loan again for its repairing. Two Loans for a single Car is a big blow back from Hyundai Company to a middle class person like me.
(ii) The Car is in running Condition except for black smoke and oil/fuel smell and I neither have money nor time. So running it till date. Now its odometer reading is 42223 (As on 25.05.2022).
(iii) I paid 2 Lakhs above Petrol model so that my running cost is less but here the case is just opposite now. (I could have used that 2 Lakh for running a Petrol Creta). Now, another 4 Lakhs for repairing!
(iv) If my grievances are not addressed properly, I will never trust Hyundai India and will never recommend others for Hyundai Cars.

My Requests: -
(i) Please repair my Car from Company’s side as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.
(ii) Please renew my Extended Warranty for which I am ready to pay.

I'm writing this email on behalf of my elderly mother who just came home after spending approx 3 hours just to give the car to service centre for minor accidental insurance claim.

My mother has been treated very inappropriately by the service centre staff and when my mother went to the manager to make a complaint about it, it got even worse.They harassed my mother just because she purchased insured policy of the car from a third party and not from the dealership(so that they can make commission). My mother comes from an army family and is a very proud citizen who gives complete respect and deserves to treated respectfully in return.

I really really hope this email does not go unnoticed and expects the higher authorities to intervene in this matter and teach the staff including managers at Srishti Hyundai, Rohtak, Haryana to treat customers/people with respect. This is not the first time that we have been absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff members and it won't be last either if something is not done about it.

We are informing Hyundai Motors that my vehicle Rj11 ca4291 came to your workshop on 17/07/2023 by Rsa, Oil leakage was done in my car. After that I drove my car for 2 to 4 days till 1000km.

When I checked the oil water in the car, it was getting less water, so I informed the Pali Hyundai staff that the water in my car was getting less. After that I delivered the car to the showroom through RSA on 29/7/2023.
The staff of Deora Hyundai told that I will check in the car and tell. After that told me that there will be engine work in the car, then I want to complain to Hyundai Motors Pvt Ltd that whatever engine work has come in my car, its staff has not worked properly in my car.
