PNR NO 8129 191324PUNE JAMMUTAVI EXPRESS and tasaction id is 100002233442640. cancelled was 08 Feb 2020. But I am not getting my refund. I m also trying the customer care for irctc, but no response. Very bad experience.

Very poor customer service. my amount was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked 20 days passed but my amount was no refund, I called 5 to 10 time in customer care service but there is no response.

I have traveled by tejas express on 18th jamuary 2020 , I request you to please send fare difference between executive chair class a/c and chair class a/c by mail as early as possible. I have to submitted this in my office.

So, I request your goodself to please look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.
