I have applied for simple credit card but got prime credit card with annual fees of Rs 2999.

I have applied credit card in nov 2018 but i have not received credit card to till date (06-02-19) but deduct amount Rs 588.82 for fees credit card. So please refund my amount Rs 588.82

मुझे एक वर्ष पहले बैंक से फोन आया था। के अप लक्की है। बैंक आपको SBI PRIME PRO CARD देना चाहती बगैर कोई शुल्क के। यदि आप इसका प्रयोग करते हैं तो मामूली शुल्क लिया जायेगा। मैने CARD के लिए हामी भर दी। मगर मैंने इस कार्ड का कभी उपयोग नहीं किया। मगर मेरे खाते से 3538 रुपये काट लिया गया है। मैं अपने आप को ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा हूं। मैंने कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उसने कहा पहले आप अपने कार्ड को एक्टिव कर लें। मैंने अपने कार्ड को भी एक्टिव कर लिया हूं मगर अभी तक राशि लौटाई नहीं गयी है। श्रीमान् से अनुरोध है कि मेरी फरियाद सुनने का कष्ट करेंगे।

I am credit card holder of sbi card and my name Parveen Kumar apply on 21 Dec 2018 and was assured that will receive the card within two week. However,till now I have not received my credit card. Here is my contact no. 8607861015 and I have produced all my required documents. I hope to receive my card as soon as possible please do the needful. Thank you.

The amount of Rs 588 has been deducted from My account so I made it blocked from my branch. but still I did't received my amount of Rs 588, so you are requested to kindly return my amount as soon as possible.

That on 6-2-2019 due to some failure of internet excess payment to the tune of Rs 15,90,000.00 ( Rs Fifteen Lacs Ninety Thousand was made as is detailed below:

Amount Transferred: Rs 17,66,037.00
Amount Due: Rs 1,76,037.00
Excess Remitted: Rs 15,90,000.00

I contacted on phone when the request was registered as SR#145754622775
I was also informed through SMS 0n 6-2-19 that the balance would be refunded within 10 working days.
I was again informed by SMS on 12-2-19 that I must submit my
1. Bank Account No
2. IFSC Code
3. Branch Address
4. Reason for refund
5. PAN No of refund >49K

The same were sent on 12-2-19. Now, I have received the reply which states that this site is automated notification and cannot help you. It is requested that the refund be made to me at the above bank account no immediately

Myself Rajeev Saxena I had taken a SBI Card after getting the assurance from SBI that the credit card limit will be the one Lac & you have to pay rupees only 499, Now as we received the credit card now I am getting the message to deposit Rs. 2999/- instead of 499 & credit card limit only I think one lac, So as I am continuously requesting & sending a mails to you, Why they have told me telling a lie, they have directly told me that your credit card limit will be the one lace & charges are applicable of Rs 2999.

So I am requesting you that I just want to surrender this card. Kindly treat this as cancel casue I am not going to deposit any charges.

On verifying the Cebil score, i was surprised that the card issued in 2003 was reflecting in the cebil with the payment due of Rs 16025/- ( This amount is raising with the so called interest every month) till date. I have not spent from this card and i do not know how could the bank make a note in the cebil without information to me. please do the needful immediately.

Hi all, it is to inform u that last month I could not pay my monthly payment as i lost my job .Thereafter iI got the whats app threatening massage from the sbi team member naming sandeep sharma sayingthat he will put hold on my all saving account. So pls tell me do u people allow your team members to contact the clients on whats app and sending or making threatening calls/massage. I have saved all the massage and calls pertaining to this matter . I intend to take action against such matters and concerned people. Kindly request compliance and inform me the action taken for the breach of trust. Thanking u in anticipation.

An amount of 1649/- has been deducted from my SBI Credit Card No.4377486004043293 on 29.05.2018 with descreption"CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI P GURGAON IN" without my consent/permission. Now I have been allotted Membership No. IA4276368 and asked to renew the service thru filling a form in hard copy sent by post and an amount of Rs. 1699/- will automatically debited from my card. I request and authorise you to immediately stop this service and dont renew the service and dont debit any amount against this service for any of my card. Further I request you to reverse the amount of Rs. 1649/- deducted on 29.05.2018 immediately.

I am not using this card for the past few months, since I am having another SBI card ending 5933. Because of not using the card an amount of Rs.581/- charged and the same has been paid by me today (08.05.2019) vide ref. no.QSM27520802043. Now a days many banks are issuing credit cards without annual fee charges. I am SBI customer for many decades, I request you to waive annual charges and return the same to my sbi a/c no. or credit the same to my another card ending 5933. Do the needful.

Also if possible transfer the reward points gained in card no.ending 6843 to my another sbi card no.ending 5933. Kindly advise the action take by you.
