Yesterday due to heavy rain, I stuck in Traffic Jam for almost 5 hrs and not able to board the flight ON-TIME.In the last boarding call,I was outside the terminal 2 and asked them to hold for 5 minutes.I cleared the security but the gate closed before 5 minutes of my arrival.

We were planned to travel New Delhi from New York on May 28th of 2018 with my wife. But unfortunately I got sick and had to cancel our trip the last minute. My wife called on the 27th and cancelled the tickets. To which your representative said they will only refund$81 each.

I book 3 tickets for Kolkata - Aizawl round trip for 14 May, 2018 and 30 June ,2018, the PNR no is HWLMY but cancel Kolkata - Aizawl and book another 3tickets for the next day 15 May, 2018 but still did not get refund and I already complaint it here on 2nd July, 2018 but did not get any respond. I have my flight at 10:30 a.m. on 13 august 2018 from Amritsar to Delhi. Check in counter is closed when i reached. I reached on counter at 9:50 a.m. I talked to your staff about boarding pass but they didnt respond well. At 10:20 they suddenly ask me my name. I replied and they said that you have web checkin so you can go . A lady was there , she issued me a wrong boarding pass. I asked for the correct one and she hold me unstamped boarding pass.. just bcoz of such unprofessional way i missed my flight... now you r requested to compensate me for my ticket. I have missed my meeting , my whole career was based on it... this is the way how your staff deal with its customers. The mistake was on your end and who have to suffer , a customer.

I booked AirIndia ticket from Chennai to Delhi (8:40AM flight) on Oct 30, 2018 at 23:33 hours. Payment was done and Rs.4850.0 got deducted from my account: Transaction ID 1566128663.

But I did not receive any notification from AirIndia with flight details and the website showed some error with Payment. When/How can I expect the return of my deducted amount??

Yours is the only website where I am unable to use the same password twice. Every time I had to log on it rejects my password which was accepted last time. Yesterday it took me nearly two hours to book a ticket. Now I am unable to retrieve it nor was it sent to my mail ID. My booking reference is Y9X63 from Delhi to Bengaluru and back. Some one should look into the ease of booking from your site. Why should I go to back to book my seats after booking my tickets, No other airline has this type of booking system. It is cumbersome and waste of time.
