Purchased the KORYO product online from paytmmall. Faulty product delivered to me and MADE TO RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST to get the same replaced. Really a horrible experience. Already taken oath not to try this site again.

When the once in a month offer will start again.

Courier boy doesn't deliverd my product and claim I am not attend his call and when I was call him he said he said Tomorrow he will come and he delay 6 day and also cancel my order.

I am order a mobile phone Lenovo k8 on 28/sep and product was delivere on 6/oct.Than i check the product but product was a demage peace.Than i am return this product on 9/oct Order Id 6142449158.Than 17days later i am still waiting for refund. I am complain on Paytm customer care 13/oct He says sent your account detail refund will be process within 14day working days than i am sent my account detail on 18/oct complain Id 91338366 and still waiting.

I have purchased Suzuki Burgman from Paytm mall but cash back not received. I complaint but my complain has closed without resolution. So according to me Paytm mall service is totally worst. Otherwise Paytm is good.

I returned my order on 15th oct but yet not received the amount. I tried calling customer care number but no one picked up call. I sent messages of support but no one respond. PAYTM IS A FRAUD SITE.

I bought a dish tv set from tata sky free to air set but they were send monthly charges set. i return same time without installation on 24/10/18 but they were not return my 1199/- rupee other wise free dish tv set pl send. my prob solution other wise i purchase new set a local purchasing and write necessary action. pl support with me thanks.

What the f**k is wrong with your organisation. I got notification that my product is out for delivery and also contact no of delivery was mentioned so i thought to track my order. so i called almost 20 times but the mother f****r venkatesh is not picking up my call every time that idiot disconnected my call. then i tried to contact paytm customer care even that is not receiving the call. now what i m not going to take the product and even in future i will make sure that i will not take any single product from paytm. thanks for giving me a nice experience.

I have ordered a la rosera walnut broken supreme quality 500gm HSN code 801supreme 500 mrp Rs625/on 24.10.2018 at1.07 pm via order no. 6359404409 but on 29.10.18 A LA ROSERA PREMIUM RAISINS (A wrong product) was delivered to me on 29.10.18 worth mrp₹400/. I am calling again and again on customer care but phone is not connecting to the officers, Please look in to the matter and take back your raisins and deliver my walnut .Or adjust the difference of the product. My experience with paytm mall have been good I have first time this complaint. I hope the problem will be resolved soon.

I have not received my cancelled refund amount after purchase has being cancelled by Seller from paytm mall. my Order No. 6331573337 on October 20 and Order No. 6358012073 on October 24. I got no response from paytm services and i tried calling customer care number they never responded........... please help me.

During this Deepavali there was heavy publicity/advts. of huge discounts in Newspapers of upto70% by Paytm Mall. I Ordered a PACK OF 4 Solar lamps of Chinese make.(Order ID 6397975629/29-10-2018) On receipt of Delivery, to my utter dismay, I found that they have despatched only one lamp instead of Pack of 4, in contravention of what is promised in their site description. This is nothing but cheating.

To lodge the complaint I tried their Customer care number several times, which only provides a recorded female voice message highlighting their electronic items and then cuts off abruptly. Then I sent message to Paytmmall customercare e mail id. That too returned Undelivered. This site is a cheating site, I request all to go for other online shopping sites like Amazon, shopclues, ebay, Lulushopping etc.

Paytm is a fake company.

Paytm Mall customer care people are a*****es. They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not delivering it. Neer ever shop from Paytm. Amazon is no 1 because it has the best customer care executives... not the s**t like paytm customer care.

I had ordered for half sleev banians (vests). I got sleeveless banians. I tried to take up with paytm mall customer care immediately. But unfortunately till now I am not able to reach by any means. The phone no given is simply giving repeated' All Our support executives are currently attending customers. I had lost much money in waiting.

Sir, I am Manoj Kumar, mobile no 9001333178 from Jodhpur rajasthan, I Purchased Autofurnish Stylish silver stripe car body cover for cover of Tata Tigor car on 29 Oct 2018 for Rs 1099/- ORDER NO 6398663394 . When i got the cover of my car that was very big and not fitted to my car. when i purchased then it was promised that cover will be water proof but cover was not water proof and worst quality of material. Then i returned it after 3 days, i got 220 cash back but i did not get my remaining amount Rs 1099-220=879 /- after passing 21 days. Please do not do fraud with me n returned my remaining amount to Paytm Wallet. I am enclosing details for my product.

I have placed a order with them and returned it its been 1week and I haven't got my refund yet. And the customer care is not picking up calls. Customer care service is pathetic.

I purchased a T-Shirt from your website with Order No. 5943135388 on date 02 September 2018 7:55 pm and it was very bad quality product, also i got large sized which is not of my use.

I initiated the request to return 7th September, 2018 but till now there is no improvement in return process.I don't get any refund amount till now.

Paytm customer care department is not responding any call. even I tried how much it holds on my call. you will not believe 1 hrs. continuously hold. paytm service is very very poor.

Paytm mall is a first class fraud company. I they send empty box, i compliant to customer care cell, they gave me complaint no 95857064, no body respond , no refund. many times calling its customer service number, no one receives. Do not buy anything from this site. Paytm mall is a first class fraud company.

I have not received my refund amount after the cancelling of my product from paytm mall. Paytmmall no. is useless and no one takes calls and no one response on emails. Please help me.

I placed an order of worth 1246/- and my order no. is 6705538205. which were paid and cancelled all the products except of one product worth 398/-. but the full amount 1246/- had been already debited from my account.

Kindly do let me know how long will it take to get the remaining amount INR 848/- ,
