What the f**k is wrong with your organisation. I got notification that my product is out for delivery and also contact no of delivery was mentioned so i thought to track my order. so i called almost 20 times but the mother f****r venkatesh is not picking up my call every time that idiot disconnected my call. then i tried to contact paytm customer care even that is not receiving the call. now what i m not going to take the product and even in future i will make sure that i will not take any single product from paytm. thanks for giving me a nice experience.

I have ordered a la rosera walnut broken supreme quality 500gm HSN code 801supreme 500 mrp Rs625/on 24.10.2018 at1.07 pm via order no. 6359404409 but on 29.10.18 A LA ROSERA PREMIUM RAISINS (A wrong product) was delivered to me on 29.10.18 worth mrp₹400/. I am calling again and again on customer care but phone is not connecting to the officers, Please look in to the matter and take back your raisins and deliver my walnut .Or adjust the difference of the product. My experience with paytm mall have been good I have first time this complaint. I hope the problem will be resolved soon.

I have not received my cancelled refund amount after purchase has being cancelled by Seller from paytm mall. my Order No. 6331573337 on October 20 and Order No. 6358012073 on October 24. I got no response from paytm services and i tried calling customer care number they never responded........... please help me.

During this Deepavali there was heavy publicity/advts. of huge discounts in Newspapers of upto70% by Paytm Mall. I Ordered a PACK OF 4 Solar lamps of Chinese make.(Order ID 6397975629/29-10-2018) On receipt of Delivery, to my utter dismay, I found that they have despatched only one lamp instead of Pack of 4, in contravention of what is promised in their site description. This is nothing but cheating.

To lodge the complaint I tried their Customer care number several times, which only provides a recorded female voice message highlighting their electronic items and then cuts off abruptly. Then I sent message to Paytmmall customercare e mail id. That too returned Undelivered. This site is a cheating site, I request all to go for other online shopping sites like Amazon, shopclues, ebay, Lulushopping etc.

Paytm is a fake company.

Paytm Mall customer care people are a*****es. They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not delivering it. Neer ever shop from Paytm. Amazon is no 1 because it has the best customer care executives... not the s**t like paytm customer care.

My paytm account can't open to the error in my email I'd. I can't purchase my product my help me I really want this product urgently.

I had ordered for half sleev banians (vests). I got sleeveless banians. I tried to take up with paytm mall customer care immediately. But unfortunately till now I am not able to reach by any means. The phone no given is simply giving repeated' All Our support executives are currently attending customers. I had lost much money in waiting.

When i got the cover of my car that was very big and not fitted to my car. when i purchased then it was promised that cover will be water proof but cover was not water proof and worst quality of material. Then i returned it after 3 days, i got 220 cash back but i did not get my remaining amount Rs 1099-220=879 /- after passing 21 days. Please do not do fraud with me n returned my remaining amount to Paytm Wallet. I am enclosing details for my product.

I have placed a order with them and returned it its been 1week and I haven't got my refund yet. And the customer care is not picking up calls. Customer care service is pathetic.

I purchased a T-Shirt from your website with Order No. 5943135388 on date 02 September 2018 7:55 pm and it was very bad quality product, also i got large sized which is not of my use.

I initiated the request to return 7th September, 2018 but till now there is no improvement in return process.I don't get any refund amount till now.

Paytm customer care department is not responding any call. even I tried how much it holds on my call. you will not believe 1 hrs. continuously hold. paytm service is very very poor.

Paytm mall is a first class fraud company. I they send empty box, i compliant to customer care cell, they gave me complaint no 95857064, no body respond , no refund. many times calling its customer service number, no one receives. Do not buy anything from this site. Paytm mall is a first class fraud company.

This is the worst service ever received from any online shopping application. I ordered 1 Blue jeans and 1 Wired Earphone (3.55 mm jack with MIC and volume key) but received poor quality jeans whose fabric was entirely different from how it looked.... And the earphones were duplicate. Truly disappointing.

This is regarding issues with the return of my order number 8904472930 of Redmi note 7s- 32gb-sapphire blue. My main issue is that I ordered a black colored phone and I remember it very clearly. However, I received a sapphire blue colored phone and to my shock, my order history was also faltered with by that time and it was sapphire blue in the orders as well. Next, I called customer care and registered my grievance. The customer care told me that it was returnable and I should register a return request from my side on 8th August 2019. Thinking that the blue-colored phone will be returned, I ordered for myself a black color phone spending another set of 10,500 INR.

After that, I was waiting for pick up of my return of the old order of sapphire blue phone which again I should mention that, was a faltered-with order. I got another shock on 13th August when I got a message that the product was not returnable.

This is nothing, but a gross violation of my consumer rights. This has not just cost me economically but has caused harassment to me. I'm writing this to you to arrange a refund of my order number as mentioned above as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll be compelled to file a consumer complaint against Paytm for insufficiency of services and consumer harassment. I request you as well as insist you take immediate action on my concern.

Paytm mall is good but your courier partners are worst ever. I am cancelling my two order today due to bad service by courier partners. And also uninstall Paytm app and paytm mall app from my smart phone .Because Pay tm can not do anything to courier service providers after complaining several times.Only buy on cash on delivery if possible.

have booked a Videocon DTH connection on 30.11.2019 through Paytm and was installed on 06.12.2019 by Sri Suraj Kumar. Sri Kumar has informed me that there is some issues in this connection it may be taken up later and accordingly he demanded me Rs. 170 for extra 14 mtrs Cable, then I paid him Rs. 170 for extra cable and he told me that next day it would be work. But next that i.e. 07.12.2019 I called him he didn't pick my phone and a no. of calls he replied me that please contact Mr. Pradeep, who is senior to him Ranchi Area. I called Mr. Pradeep and he informed me that we are unable to resolve your issue. Accordingly I called Paytm customer care as well as Vediocon DTH Customer care and registered a complaint no. 767127381 and I got a message that it will be resolved by till Sunday 08.12.2019 but nobody contacted me or visited to my place till date. Today morning I called once again to Vediocon customer care and I was informed that today an engineer will visit to look out the problem and will fix it up. Now I waited for whole day and i took my office leave for this but nobody visited and I lost my leave too. I have done a lot of complaints to paytm too vide query no. 149315399, 149312836, 149314815, 149310415, 149263447, 149235859,148980587, 149167109,

Now please tell me what wrong I have done in my booking process.
