Dear sir, mam

I did shopping from Jabong on 21 Nov 2017 but for some reason I did not like the product and I did a courier through my own and I have not yet received a refund so I'm request to you please refund my money. I'm very worried from jabong.

I Placed order for Invictus Brown Checked Casual Shirt Size-S online in JABONG on Wed, 24th January, 2018 at 8:39pm vide ID 180124545832585.The package 1 (1 Item) was delivered on Monday, 29th January’2018. I opened package and found that a Invictus blue shirt with size- 42 which is unwanted one. Therefore I raised return request.

A pickup was scheduled on very next day i.e 30.01.2018. One person named Mr. Dinesh Kumar (Mobile No.9940325264) from shadowfax arrived and picked in the forenoon of 30th January and he has returned the same in the afternoon stating that this is quality problem and it will sort out by the representative of JABONG and shadowfax could not take back. I never thought that your return policy is so poor.

I request you to take back that wrong product delivered to me immediately to avoid unnecessary correspondence and unwanted headache.

A JABONG executive came and pickedup the item saying he will send ACK in sms which he didnt do. I am loosing the amount now because Jabong is unable to trace who picked up the item.

When a random person comes asking for Jabong pickup to the correct address. it clearly shows that it must be with knowledge of the local Jabong executives who shared the information with the person.

This is regarding Complain Id 57284219 against order no 180210611844577... Which ur customer care closed whith out solving. This was a COD order delivered by ekart. I gave my card for payment and entered pin too. After sometime courier boy told that network signal is not coming, so transaction is not done. So i gave him cash of Rs. R4647. He left and when i checked my mobile there after.. The transaction through card was done. I had got msg regarding my account being debited as payment was done to ekart. There after i called ur customer care. Where i was assured that my money is safe and would be returned soon. Even i inquired that do i need to contact ekart... your customer care said.. Do not worry they will follow procedure and my money would be refunded.

After 20 days i got call from ur concern department that ur courier partner is denying any type of transaction. On that i emailed my bank statement too to care @jabong.com and regularly followed by mails and calls. Got same standard reply.. we are working on it. Today to my horror i got a call from ur customer care stating again that courier company is denying transaction. And she cant do anything. To that i said i have already given bank statement, Transaction id, Transaction conformation msg.. And ready to give any proof that my money was deducted and was never credited back. To which she said, She will escalate the matter to legal team. But to my horror she closed my complain.. After the call.. Even my complain was not escalated.

How did she closed without solving it. And even if it will be seen with other department than what is new name of complain or number. Suppose if i want a update.. What will i mention without a compain no. I am highly disappointed. Get my money refunded because. I shopped from jabong with trust that my money would be safe not looted like this.

Sry but u people did not care about ur customer. i have ordered 2 product from jabong... product not delivered... no call from ur company to tell that product is out for delivery and when we called they misbehave... additional to this i send a complain about this but nothing happened...and again my second product is also not delivered today. if u people are unable to deliver the product .why u take orders? I hate jabong from now onwards.

I have ordered an Daniel Klein analog brown color watch where as I have been delivered with different style and different color watch on 9th July, 2018. I have already raised an complaint against the wrong product delivered (complaint number 64630202 for order number 180702631125557) and requested to refund complete amount which I have paid.

But it is sad to know that your team didn't refunded my money even after 10 days claiming they still need time to update and sometimes even they called back and said they can't refund my amount.

I really want to ask you why you will not refund my money. What mistake I have done ? Jabong could not deliver me actual product which i have ordered, even i gave 4 days of time to deliver me the actual product which you failed to do. If you could not deliver the actual product, I requested you to refund my money. Even that has not been done. At least Jabond didn't came to pickup the wrong product delivered.

Actually I want to know the meaning for why my money is not getting refunded. Do you really mean to keep any item whichever you deliver? Are you expecting me to keep wrong watch worth around 2000/- rupees to accept instead of actual watch more than 5000/- rupees (which i have already paid)?

As i already requested a Return of the product, Once again I kindly request you to take back the wrong product delivered and refund my money Rs. 5178/- immediately.

Actually I have placed an order on 27th July 2018. He called me on 30th July when I am in a meeting but I called him after 10 minutes. But he told me that I went of from there and I will come tomorrow morning or afternoon but he didn't come the next day I called him and he told me that I am coming tomorrow and day after tomorrow also he didn't come.. finally I called to customer care and he said the order is cancelled. I am calling to customer care executive and I am mailing your authority but no one is helping me. They ate telling me to order again.... I ordered that casual shirt at 565/- which was now costs 1020/- am I fool to order.

I Placed order for Levies Maroon Leather Money Clip in Jabon on Thur, 02nd August, 2018 at 11:19am vide ID #108506736125029210503. I got one sms on 4th Aug. on that sms its mention that my order has been shipped through Myntra Logistics.The Myntra Logistics tracking code is ML0168713281. Today (5th Aug. 2018) morning i got an email on that mail its mention that my Jabong order cancelled and i will get my refund but i didn't cancel my order and i don't want refund, i want my order.

Today morning i called to Jabong's customer care i have words with miss. Lovleen she said that i will escalate this case to concern team and we will get back to you within 48hrs. Now 5mins ago i got a sms from my bank side i got that amount INR 1001.01 but i don't want my refund i want my order on same price. Kindly call me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I have made innumerable calls to customer care.. kept on hold for over 5 min, as no one came on line. I cut off then tried again & again..finally got Ms.Rachel & Mr.Rohit in customer care. explained my problem..I HV resent my bank details ..yet again I receive d mail saying account NOT VALID, hence refund not credited. Now how do I get my refund.. earlier if mail to chief manager response would be immediate..now in this regard JUST WOW OLIVE MAXI HAS been picked up. My humble request is PL. GiVE A CALL or reply correctly what is apt.. same message repeat stereotype is ridiculous!! we operate authentic bank accounts.. how can you say Invalid.

I WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE D RIGHT DECISION. Give me a call, keep client updated. I was 100% an ardent fan of Jabong, NOW I FEEL SOMETHING NOT RIGHT. ORGANIZATION or heads must HV changed. Customer feeling cheated, want immediate communication from your end. Pls i am requesting you to go me a call.

I have informed the bank and blocked the account and also filed a compliant in Cyber Police.

I have purchased the Realm Navy Blue Slim fit jeans size 32.When I found the product i have seen that the product delivered is of wrong size ie 36. I exchange the product but size not available. So I am returning product but no refund full payable amount lossing the delivery/courier charges. Additional inr 149.00.in this situation i am very disappointed that while talking to customer care representative, but no satisfaction answer. courier charges can not be refunded even if mistake from jabong side. This situation is indicating that the major part in this deal is courier charges. plz resolve the problem.

My order for White Striped Round Neck T-... is out for delivery and is expected to be delivered on Thursday 17/1/2919 by ELITE LOGISTIX SOULATION str (Phone: 8355087917). My father paid Rs. 1974.00 for this order by cash but the delivery boy did not give him my order. When I came back to my home I asked my family about the order. They told me delivery boy run away with cash without given my order and when I ring the same number what Jabong has send to me the owner of person told me he don’t have any relation with Jabong directly or indirectly, he just cut my call.. now I raised the issued with Jabong care centre they told my they will solve the problem and call my back within 40 hours still I am waiting the call... is that way Jabong treated their customer.. it’s totally horrible.. my order number is Order : 1099271-3205606-2158203) and It was expected to be delivered by 21 Jan 2019.
