My customer ID is 180895408, Register Mobile No.9096398346, Last three days my Dish TV not work when we switch on only showing Blue Screen we on TV/AV with remote only setup box light bi-link does not dish on I contact on toll free No. 9115691156, continuously only say (service code send pl. switch on setup box, after 10 minute dish working) but nothing progress pl. take some action otherwise, we take action.

Very sorry to say that you have removed NDTV from channel # 305. Very disappointing, It is better to choose another dish connection for me rather to stay with you.

Customer care number (24/7), is switched off or not reachable message heard while tried calling on 30-9-18 10.30 am still unable to call. Pathetic brand and service is Videocon.

I have to cancel my complaint that I had done today. I called to customer care no. to solve my issue but they do nothing only puzzled me by saying calling to their different no. That didn't work. they only fool me and irritated me too your different customer care no. are fake and they say same sort of stuff.

I am facing issue during customer care toll free no. this service is not good. because offer not provide me. and last six month around not recharge the connection.I have informing you if not provide me offer so i close the connection. and i use the other connection.

My I’d 80898714. My c box hangs after changing channels, Customer service not done any thing. I advise you stop this business and go to Ganga ghat, Ram Ram karo.

Yours is the most useless service if you are not capable os running just close it and sit at home you people are fit for nothing.

I have recharged by mistake to some other phone no. Which is last number was wrong. I have mailed several time and i made several calls also but there is absolutely no response and no refund also. This is highly disgusting . They have cheated me.

Requested for re-installation of Dish as we have shifted from Moti Nagar Delhi to Keshav Puram Delhi pin code no -110035. Kindly provide the authorized person no for re-installation of Dish.

I have recharged it rs 3200. the agent promised of subscribing all malayalam, english movies and sports chanel. But i am not getting for 3 months and calling the customer care seems to b harassing.

Recharge for south silver pack -30 days once But now it says 23 days actually within 2weeks i am recharged. Its worst service i ever meet.

I was using Videocon D2h service for more than 5 years and which was an setup box was inbuild in TV. Once the TV started creating troubles requested them to provide external setup box after paying rupees 1500 (based on service engineers request). The total balance was more than 1850.00. But they were not able to deliver new box and always telling nonsense stories. Finally I moved to different vendor after 20-25 days. Even after so many requests they are not giving the refund. Pathetic service.

I have dialed several times customer care but always customer care representative busy even i sent an email no response worst ever customer care support. i want to query about new plans.

This is one of the worst connection and bad customer care service and one of fraud company.

I m not watching my programs. Still I tried so many times to yur customer care but could not get positive response. Seriously it's not a good sign for yur service. Pls solve these problems very soon otherwise you will lose yur customers.

I want to say that, the service of the Videocon D2H is very bad, every month something bad gets worse. If you complain that the engineer will be a visit, it is all right from me, this problem is only in the last of every month, what the people think is stupid.
