For last three days, I'm trying to contact the customer service department to activate channel no:413(to activate channel no:413, call to one mobile no they've mentioned. When Im calling to that no, I'm getting message that this channel already subscribed but this channel is not activated). While calling, Voice message is telling to press 9 to speak with service executive. But no one is responding to my call. I don't know how times we've to call you people. Currently I'm feeling that this is one of the worst dth nowadays.

We want sports channel i called yesterday so many time today also. They did not take the call and not take any remedy. They provide a bad customer service.

I have recharged my account a few days back and still they say,I have not recharged the account and must do it. I ask them that why I have need to recharge when I have recharged for 1 months and they say to do so after 15 days.

When we dial the number for customer care - 1800-1370-444, It will give all the information about the account. but there is no Menu option to talk to customer. This is a big pain. Not sure whether they have understood the the customer service meaning.

Worst service, Worst company, Worst customer care centre. i m calling since four days for re-location every time thay say with in 24 hours engineer will call u and no body calls....After three attempt...At last engineer calls n says today i will not be coming... Come tomorrow. Fed up with this nonsense.

Last 10 days I have problem from co. Service only news channels are working other channels not working specially Marathi channels. Kindly Requested you to start all channels as early as possible because you deduct amount from my account day by day and my balance is reduce. If you not able to start all channels immediately, then stop to reduce my balance.

My customer ID is 126676840 and a subscriber for New Diamond Pack. The validity is upto the end of August, this year. I am going abroad for long two months on 28th June, 2018 and will return on 1st week of September. I like to suspend the operation for this period and shall resume my connection after I come back. This simple request is not being answered clearly by the men at the desk and always are giving conflicting information. The service is to be improved otherwise I may find out some alternative...Please do the needful.

I am tring to call customer care, but available numbers on website/internet are either off or call is not getting connected. And this is not the first time. It happened in the past as well. Better not to go for videocon.

Very very unsatisfed.... nobody ready to give service except asking 200/- for service charges. Please change your customer care system.

I recharged for Rs. 650 yesterday using my registered telephone number (RTN). To my surprise, wrong customer was recharged. Called the customer care several times with no luck. When asked to escalate to seniors, they put you on hold for more than 30min!! How is my RTN linked to some other customer??

your customer care service is worst in Kerala. I called several times 6pm and 8.30 pm on 30-6-18 but nobody was there to attend calls. worst service. I am planning to change to another DTH service.

After recharge only two channel are telecasted, worst call center ever seen.

Very worst bad experience.totally wasting my time. i cant talk to a customer care executive. i have tried many numbers, many times... repeating same invalid number. seems they are making fool of us.

Videocon d2h customer service is very worst. They sre trying our patience since more than a month. They donot even deserve negative ranking. Stop frauding people. Just refund our 1 year recharge amount

Signal not come that my complaint but how to reach u that I don't know u your customers care number naver connect when connect and automatically cut your company think customers are free so he try and try Videocon d2h service very bed experience last week I m buy ac I selected Videocon but after see d2h service I changed my mind and purchase other company just because of your poor service I never buy any Videocon product. You know your company position.

Just we recharge our d2h but not active till time. Request to activate my Tv. iD 191659410.

Your executives do not have any sense to talk with customers, when I'm asking about my connection problems, they were tell to me close the connection forever. This is not the way to talk with customers. The worst services in India.

I am having d2h connection vide connection number 962231 name of Geeta Devi Mobile number is 9889911052 I am not signal and also not getting number of customers care. Pl send your Engineer to correct it.
