I am thoroughly disappointed with your rules of delivering courier only at mentioned address. Your delivery boys come at 3 pm when we are not at home. When we go with identification to your office in Thane they refuse to give the courier. I have experienced this twice, wasted 3 holidays only to take delivery. For the 12 times more charges compared to other courier services you harass, and you are not sensitive to our consequences.

What a pathetic experience. Customer care number is invalid. Courier boy dosen't come to my address, and when I check the status, Consignee it shows as "Consignee out of stations.".

Blue dart is one of finest worst service i have seen in my life. companies customer care number 18602331234 doesn't work. it always says call can not be processed. please close your company. Yesterday I was waited a lot field boy doesn't called me and he update a fake status.

Now I want my shipment in Hyderabad asap called me 7760533995 otherwise I will highlight this issue on social media very soon you should close your company. Because every one will knows that Blue dart couriers were worst as it is worst staff.

My parcel was shipped on 30th Jul'18 and the same was arrived at Jaipur hub on 1st Aug'18 morning 8:30 AM however the same has not been delivered in 3 days in Jaipur itself. Not sure what kind of services your company is providing. I called on local customer care number buy no response from there. I also called on Toll free number but that took me IVR and even after punching the key options asked me to do so but it told me that I haven't punched anything. It's very bad experience. My courier is not delivery this date and customer service is very poor

Two times I have received the mail that consignment can't be delivered. There was no call made. I am trying to reach Blue dart customer care, No Luck! Please look at the matter and act as it is an urgent item. AWB 40907177710.

This is really painful for the customers to keep chasing you and not getting any response. Even I sent the mail and no reply.

It is almost impossible to contact blue dart. As per tracking my item has left the delivery place but don’t know what is happening. what a pity.. none of the numbers are operating.

I have faced this problem with Blue Dart consistently. Even though somebody is at home, they will not deliver, and will display a message on the website against the AWB reference as "Consignee not available". Presently, I have a consignment from HDFC which they claimed was out for delivery, but as usual, Not Delivered. I wonder how Blue Dart is deemed as one of the 'Top couriers in the Country" with this approach. My AWB number is 35649213526.

The kharagpur blue dart is a worst organisation. on my products delivery date I was trying to connect with blue dart at least 20 times on phone but no one received. This is not the 1st time I was also hackled by kharagpur, wb blue dart by one times earlier. the total company system is worst. I recommend my brothers to don't by any product under blue dart in any shopping site......somnath bhunia, kharagpur.

My odder Waybill No : 35605143545 is not delivered. the Status says : Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. but when i try to contact the customer service, the automated machine took me 30 min and still it did not connect to customer executive and no response is still available .

I have not received SBI CARD till now. Since it has been dispatched on 8th October, 2018 from SBI Card Department. No body is picking up customer care No. Please inform me the latest position Ref. No. EV18261547082. Expected delivery date was 15.10.2018.

I have been informed through sms that due to address related issues, they couldn't deliver my parcel at my address. The parcel has reached your office at Vyttila on 15th and it is still lying there. My efforts to contact you through phone didn't materialize. My parcel no is 69631816682. My mobile is 9388844893. I received the sms on the same mobile. It is very sad to see that your staff could not call me at my mobile and clarify any doubts on address but kept the parcel pending there. Moreover, it is a herculean task to reach you through your phone. This is not good for a company like Bluedart. Next time if somebody wish to send me through Bluedart, i will think once again.

And finally i could get through your phone to the staff and inform my mobile again. Hope I will get the parcel today itself.

This is my way bill no.35489694800. I received a message there is an address issue. Atleast you should contact the receiver once before updating such pathetic reason. Jis din delivery h uss din nhi dena mat do. But faaltu ke reason mat do. I don't have know when my package will be delivered.

I have lodged at least 20 complaints so for regarding non delivery of the item by ATS. What is irritating is that they keep you waiting for whole day of delivery and then send a false and misleading message such as, refuses to take the delivery or address is not traceable or refused to pay..... so on. I think there is no mechanism with Amazon to control such mischievous and fraudulent activities.

The service being provided by ATS is terrible and worst possible. I also know that my comments will have no effect and things will go on as it is,it is simply an eye wash.
