Your service is dirty service. Even if address is absolute correct your Bhubaneswar (Chandrasekharpur) centre people did not deliver an article of no 75424700186 with remark wrong address. Nonsense service.

I have not received my order #69640044762. I received a message yesterday stating that the "Premises was closed". But that is not possible as the address mentioned is on my residential society and as per society rule guard keeps the parcel once delivery boy makes them talk to the residence. I did not receive any call from your delivery boy.

I received a new message today that ANOTHER ATTEPT WILL HAPPEN TODAY (15-Nov-2018), i request you to please ask your delivery boy to call on my no. (9999591060) and so that guard could collect on our behalf.

My WayBill number is 35741347633. Your courier boy is so irresponsible that-He doesn't bother about delivery of package. He simply update in Portal "Address is not locatable/Need Land mark." Why he didn't call me so can i can navigate him to address.I tried to keep calling your Customer care but no response. Please remove customer care number from your Website, beside your service is not good but at least you can save some time of your Customer by removing just Dummy "Customer care" number.

It is a blind excuse given by Blue Dart stating "could not be delivered due to additional address requirement" where I stay in this address for past 10 years and it is very prominent place too. If blue dart provides the delivery guy's contact number, atleast we can call and direct them. Even that is not done. Nowadays quality of service is going down. Team please take care. Thanks.
