Hi... This is Kapalavai Manoj Kumar and shipment of HDFC Credit Card with Awb# 34860123760 got dispatched on 8-1-2018 (as per info from HDFC bank), But there is not information/call/message till date and I rate this a very poor service. The Tollfree Customer care number is also not reachable.

I would say about bluedart is a waste service.... this is my way bill number - 34560060242. My office has been send my passport by your service from bombay on 11 jan 2018. Its too far from me and today i get a call from bluedart. The office staff ask me at first, do you come to our office to collect passport otherwise it should be send back.

Today is date 20 jan 2018 if my address code is not in blue dart area.... so why did not early on date, they called after 10 days. They says we can not delivery to your location, you come to pickup your passport. so plz can you tell me what kind of service is this. In my opinion they can not delivery my nearest blue dart service hub...??? why they call 100km far from..??

Waybill no.15380829450 is not recd yet. As per tracking it is showing that land mark not mentioned. But detail address given in letter. Pls send my courier urgently & ask your deliver boy to call me.

I sent documents through Bluedart but it returned to me 1 month ago. when i tried to make a call to customer care, its not working. i wrote email several times but did not get reply.. i am waiting for my refund. you guys must shut down your company. this is the worst company i ever seen... do not send parcel through BlueDart...they are fraud.

Such a bad service that, I am just getting messages of my courier and , ultimately 2 times it went back for unknown reason. details mentioned - landmark required (though Address was crystal clear) and how to provide that, there is no way.

On top of that customer care number is not valid..frustrating.
