I Have booked a Mi product it was showing delivery not available for given address on 15th Mach now it is showing out for delivery. Even though I have given address inside the city your peoples are saying that door delivery will not be possible and we reach the office directly then they told that the product has been sent back.

I want my delivery today it's been 2 days I have not received the delivery. Please help it's urgent.

Delivery guy didn’t turn up but received massage as premises closed and it’s at 9.02pm. At world are you living, why don’t you just call. Also no mobile number of the delivery guy available on the massages. Also toll free number is being charged. Asked for redeliver and received massages out for delivery at 11. Am and it’s 5.25pm and still no sign of the delivery.

Worst customer care ever experienced, company should pay telephone bills timely so central customer care number works.

Neither your delivery boy get connected nor your customer care. It's the worst courier service I have ever seen. Why are you running this fucking bullshit courier service and hacked all personal sending courier through you. If I don't get my shipment then definitely I will issue a legal notice to your company and will claim compensation.

Even having having adhaar and voter id card delivery boy not deliver the sbi card because of not present in that when they came ..i gone to ther office directly even though they refused to give.

Your message to my mobile informing the delivery time is given at 3.30 pm. in that case how can I wait endlessly for the courier. so I request for an early day information.

On tracking, it was showed that on 2 Nov 2019 it was scheduled for delivery on next working day.

I have checked delivery status on 4 Nov 2019 at 19:00 then it was showed that out for delivery but after only 8 min at 19:08 status changed as Prohibited Area- Entry restricted for delivery. Only in 8 min status changed as well as I have not received any sms or call also till now.

I would also like to inform you that my shipment was arrived at Gaur city office on 2 Nov and this place is very near to my home about 5 km but even my shipment could not be delivered on 4 Nov on time.

I have received many consignments via various couriers at given same address but this was first time I could not received delivery on time.

The shipment was arrived at blue dart gaur city office on 2 Nov. 2019, which is very near to my house about 5 KM. approx., even after more than two days passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shipment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status "Undelivered shipment held at location".

I have not contacted by bluedart guys by phone or sms till now. My family is also at home since 2 Nov 2019 till now 24x7 even parcel is not delivered yet.

I have received many parcels at same address from various couriers company. Kindly do the needful.

I am not satisfied with blue dart services.

This service is not good this company delivers very late.

My ICICI Bank credit card was to be delivered by you but I got a message for failed delivery, saying attempted delivery and undelivered due to address related issues. Your delivery guy is lying there is no issue with the address as i receive so many couriers on the same address. Also your delivery man did not contact me on the delivery.
