Hi pls tell me what happened further. I just recvd a similar call from Anjali Sharma and 2 transactions have taken place. She says it’s to activate reward points though I feel suspicious. Incidentally she quoted the exact same employee number sbi000z39 that’s how I landed at your page.

Please tell me if it was a fraud. I found your post because I googled the employee ID she gave me so that I can know the authenticity but i have landed ur comment. Pls help me on this. She said I can call back that mobile number anytime and she’ll speak. In the background I heard similar call centre and moreover the OTP came from SBI so I thought its authentic.

The hacker hack my sbicard.com id & password & they change my register mobile no., then they misuse & fraude more than 60,000.00 the SBICARD various complain dispute not solve told its disclose by customer itself.

I am not able to go inside the sbicard.com as opt generate in hacker no. even i am not able to change my contact no. even through contactchange @sbicard.com.

They told email option will come for opt or forget password.
In system no email option for opt & password not coming.

SBI card is most worst & frustrating, the sbi branch manager is not taking any responsibility to help.

I have used Ur fbb card last 2 year and my card limit is 81000.rs and ur staff said to me apply for new central card to upgrade my credit limit 4 to 5 lakh. I have applied Ur central card but home credit limit only 40000.so my decision Ur wrong information about your bank experience.and my previous card limit is replaced is 60000rs why. did I apply the second card for this. ur services is very worthless.

Dear Sirs/ mam,

Today at 10:43a.m., I received a phone call from+919109244862 from a lady asking me to disclose some personal details regarding my SBI credit card bearing No:4726426856014016 stating that same is required for verification. Much of confusion I gave every details including 3digit number at the back of the card. And she told call will be made by SBI office to confirm the same.The call lasted for 00:13':08".

Later at 16:25hrs another call this time a man on the other side having mobile No:+919667276263 called me and asked me to share the card details again to confirm the verification done. This time he told me to share the 6digit otp that was sent on my registered no. And I did it like my brain washed having no sense that I was making a mistake not once but twice in the run. God save me the the person that dooped me for an amount of Rs:9998.00 at PAYTM on 25/09/2018@16:34hrs and again for an amount of Rs:9999:00 @ONE97COMMUNICATIONS L on 25/09/2018@16:42hrs. Thus incurring a total loss of Rs:19997.00.

Ever since the receipt of the SBI credit card I have never made any transaction in any of the merchant outlets nor used for in any ATM for cash withdrawals.

In view of the above I humbly request you to intervene and investigate in to the matter and use your network to book the culprits under the law of land. I also request you to kindly condone the mistake committed by me in disclosing my card details to the culprits .

Request you to kindly waive off and reverse the amount that may be changed to me.

Last year I had lost my credit card and Block the card. NO.xxxx xxxx xxxx6002. I have not received any new card.and I am not applying for new credit card. I am not using any credit card. But I have received statement on mobile. Pls. don't send any statement message on my mobile no.9969435005.

I was issued credit card no 4314597574043053 in the month of Dec 2017 only on submission of single form on which i have only given my name and home adress through SBI sector 37 Chandigarh. SBI sector 37 Chandigarh is delaing with my salary a/c no. 00000011901382610. At the time of issue of credit card I was assured that the payments will be automatically deducted through my said salary a/c. In between I transferd an other joint a/c no 00000010304734921 from SBI sector 30 Chandigarh to SBI Sector 37 Chandigarh as there was a requirement of KYC for netbanking. This a/c was kept only for Intrest of my mutual fund. No other transaction have been made during last one year, except Rs 4500/- is withdrwan cash in Aug 2018. After a laps of appx. 9 months I came to know that my credit card has been linked with my joint A/c by SBI Sector 37 and credit card team of Chandigarh. This injustice has caused me not only financial loss of Aproximately Rs 6500/ till date due to nonpayment , intrest and penalties charged by credit card payment but also disturbed me a lot in my office as well as house relations. Neither there is fault from my side nor I have filled my this a/c no in the form for auto debit of payments. Also in the message it has never been shown the A/c number from which this amount has been debited.

in view of the above, it is requested that my above said card be blocked with immediate effect and intrest and penalties debited from my A/c be waived off. Extra amount of Rs and extra amount of Rs 6671/ be refunded to me.

As per discussion with your rep 0n 16/10/2018 through sms services i am want to bring into your kind notice that I Have been unnexessary penalized by SBI Sector 37 Chd/ credit card team Chandigarh by linking by wrong a/c with credit card. This has resulted in bouncing of auto debit and penallties on me. This injustice has been done by SBI sector 37 Chandigarh and credit card team. It is worth mentioning that no body has told me about wrong linking of a/c. Only I came to know when on 24/9/2018 I loged into my salary a/c with the given credentials my both a/c got opened. As there was very amount in my this a/c that to of mutual fund interest and i will never prefer to link the said a/c with credit card.At the time of issue of credit card it was assured by your rep that it will be debited from my salary a/c, which has never been done. I was not afraid of oauto debit as there is sufficent amount in my salary a/c at the issue of credit card and as on date. I have been made foolish by your rep as well as SBI sector 37 Chandigarh.

I have already made a payment of Rs 67056/- against spent amount of Rs 60439/- . In view of the above the matter should be investigated and penalties imposed on me be refunded to me. Also no further auto debit be put agaist the said auto debit a/c as full amount has been drawn by crediot card.

Hello, I made a call to cancel my Card Protection Plan on 12th November 2018 at 21:26pm. your service provider misbehaved with me and refused to give answer regarding my other query....he also cut the phone call....I don't expect this kind of service. kindly take action against that employee. Thank you.
