I have purchased Standard 350 From Manmohan Autos Chandigarh last Year. I am unsatisfied from his service center.

1. Staff of Manmohan Service Center is very careless.
2. Not Punctual
3. Over Charging on every service.
4. Misbehave with every client.

My royal enfield 350 classic has run just 3000km n the service center has changed itz break pads costing 255 which i had to pay...but my freind has the same model n his break pads were changed at 10,000km. so why has mine changed so early.

Its my second time complain. bought my classic 350 before 6month 13 April 2017 now with 10000km reading made my 4th service two week before in serrif motor ganapathi mentioning engine noise and they made me visit with same complaint the problem is unsolved and my bull is getting ruined. worst service got disappointed about royal Enfield no experience and impolite service man.

I have a thunder bird bike which is I am purchased from Him royal enfield ghurlu bridge Dharamshala, distt. Kangra ( H. P.) . Actually I am visiting your service centre at sheela chowk for bike service. They taken extra charges for washing which is exempted from other services centre / agencies. Secondly the behaviour of the washerman over there was not good. I waited for my serial number for washing my bike. But he pushed my number behind for other known person. He firstly washed his bike than my bike and then he denied to dry my bike but he dried other known person bike. When I asked him why are you doing this with me he just started kidding & taken my words lightly.

As i have bought a bike classic 350 from BRAHMA motors pune in august last year. The horn blows just like a shit i feel shame when I blow d horn. i have complained to the service center twice in my servicing bt no results found yet.

I have bought a new standard 350 TN 10 BB 3345 from Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone Chennai on 18/12/2017.After one week the bike make engine starting troubles and coming black smoke and also fuel over flowing.I complaint the service center and they checked in the 1 st service time on January 27,kilometer 350.But the complaints is not repairing at the service time.Then continuously 8 times it serviced as the same problem.But still the complaint is not clear.The service center told me that "this problems are coming usually,so don't worry about that". But the problems increased every day .i cant manage it.I wan't a better solution about this or i'm going to claim.

We are renowned biker association in Tamluk, Purba Medinipur,West Bengal. Our club biker association members are Bajaj customer from last 2 years. Association members thought to change their vehicle to Royal Enfield though it's a brand and their next travel achievement is for long trip. We visited our nearest branch which is placed on Tamluk Maniktala, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. Unexpected a rough behavior changed our thought and really sorry to say that it was a shameful behavior from a brand like Royal Enfield.

In last financial year your brand increased 21% sale level all over in India. Your brand is the one of the best brand comparative in two wheeler market. I would like to request all of my circle not to visit further in this franchise due to their mismanagement and a worthless response from branch owner & receptionist.
How dare one branch receptionist is misbehaving in front of her branch owner and she is confirming that her word would be the final word.

I don't think so that in future how your business will grow up in my locality on the basis of my negative feedback. I believe my negative feedback will really help you to grow up your business level.

Ibam here to file a complaint against worse servicing that i have encountered from (Concept bikes) which is a franchise of Royal enfield based in kazhakutom (trivandrum). I have serviced my royal enfield classic 350 last time which was the periodic 4rth service 1 and half month ago and then i haven't travelled that much distance. A day ago i found the oil is empty and also red flame on the bend pipe because of lack of oil. This is because of the poor servicing and negligence from the service centre. I want my motor bike needed to checked thoroughly and replace what ever got damaged immediately as the vehicle is under warranty time period besides i was doing all the necessary service on time.

I wanna blame this against the service centre for not refilling and checking the oil level last time when i served it. Please do the needed. my number 8848824992

I had boughtd royal enfield 350 classic from POOJA MOTORS DOMBIVILI, THANE, MAHARASHTRA on 06-02-2018 and today's date in 05-07-2018. its been not even 5 months and i have to visit service centre for more then 10 times because of non responsible work of SERVICE CENTRE OF ROYAL ENFILED POOJA MOTORS.For every single complaint that i showed up in my bike i needed to visit twice or thrice for it but all complaints are still not resolved. for all complaints such engine heating,chain making noice, key lock not working properly,anti rust paints which they charged me rs400 {IN BILL IT HAS BEEN WRITTEN AS CHARGE FOR WASHING} has been done as if some kid has done painting on bike NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL WAY, GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEMS, side rope stands which i buyed from service centre itself are damaged i talked to MANAGER MR.ADTIYA KULKARNI but there has not been a single help from him regarding his staff.

I requested him number of times for personally taking care of the issues so that the can be resolved fast and i can be satisfied from my bike and your service but that has all in VAIN. JUST few days later of getting bike serviced from POOJA MOTORS service centre on 28-06-2018 my bike was not starting only and i was trapped in middle of road then i again went to MR ADTIYA KULKARANI for some help in to matter.After requesting for number of times he arranged a next day pick up of my bike by toeing. after that i got a call from POOJA MOTORS SERVICE CENTRE on 29-0-2018 saying that battery has fault complaint will be resolved in day or two.its been 6 days since then but have not received my bike yet.instead i am calling daily for whats the reason for delay for that as expected i am not getting any answer.so today i decided to go by myself and check the situation . got shocked to see that my bike was kept aside most of the parts opened and havent done anything yet about it.i am fed up of this hell of service from SUCH GOOD NAME ROYAL ENFIELD. I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN TO THIS BEFORE THINGS GET MORE SPOILED.

I don't know how to be polite still i am maintaining my composure, life has become hell from the day i have purchased this TB350 .

1. Withing 1 week of purchase engine started giving annoying sound , contacted my seller teknik motors indiranagar there response was contact service center. So i raised a enquiry CCSHOC18197713.After which I gave my bike for a week so it should be enough for them to fix it.

2. Bike was fixed but temporarily i believe because the sound is back and to add on the back seat falls off while driving if this was not enough today after reaching office bike is not functioning.

3. Seriously to this low royal enfield can go , i will not be amused if the Tyre comes off while driving.

4. I am now scared to ride the bike don't know what's next.Will royal enfield guarantee that rider will not meet with any mishap because of bike.

5. I think I should give the bike back and save my life.

6. I wrote to your area service manager who was assigned earlier to resolve CCSHOC18197713 but i didn't got response.

7. Please let me know what options i have, will you again take my bike and try to fix it temporarily or should i surrender the bike back to seller.

8. One thing for sure i know now royal enfield is selling defective bikes and cheating people, out of every 10 customers 1 is being fooled.

9. Let me try to reach higher authorities because i cannot forsake my work every month for fixing my bike.

10. Be truthful, say if you cannot fix it.

Hi,

I have purchased Gunmetal grey 350 From North Delhi Motorcycles Saraswati vihar 1st Jan 2018, I am unsatisfied from service center, i got the 4th Service done on 11/8/2018, but during service the engineer left the screw loose due to which my clutch plate got damaged with complete box. just after three days of service. Bike suddenly got stop in mid of road, when i called RSA, one executive visited me and asked me to visit service center to rectify the same.

When i visited them again for rectifying the same they denied to accept the fault made by them and argued that it was my mistake and they told me that this is chargeable and it will cost Rs. 5000/- including Service charge.

Also there was a issue in Rim Bracket from day one (Paint off), every time during service i asked them to change the same but they linger-on the same for next service and when i asked them regarding the same this time they said it will not be changed and if you want to get the same changed then it will be chargeable.

There is sound in engine from day one but for that also same story. They linger-on for next service but still not rectified.

This is pathetic from a brand Like Royal Enfield, which is well known for their customer service, i'll never recommend anybody to Buy Royal Enfield.

Yesterday I bought new royal Enfield and pumber is damaged and they cannot accept my words and worst delivery. they cannot say any information to me and worst worst delivery...... rope is breaked and they putting tag and rolled its my new bike. how I can accept this. I want proper solution.

I own one Royal Enfield Classic 350 CC motor cycle (WB01 AF-7345) since Jan '2015. I had purchased this bike from Austin Distributors Pvt Ltd A J C Bose Road, Kolkata, simply I used to service at the same service center. But now the quality of service becomes too poor that after servicing I need to visit to some local garage for the uncompleted service. As I had seen over there that they do have not sufficient set-up and good technician too. They just used to wash and does some simple tights and take the entire AMC. The existing technician are so overloaded that can't afford at least time for one bike.

last 10 days i could not ride my dream bike because engine oil drained automatically. Today, I called one local technician to power engine oil but he told that the threat damaged from engine side. Also told that this is permanent damage can't be repaired, although he tried to tight the same using oil-seal tape on temporary basis. Now I need some good technician who can sort-out the issue permanently.

My Appeal to the company, since you are promoting them providing their information in the website, blindly we used to depends upon them. you could also arrange to communicate with the royal enfield lovers after sales & after sells service as well. Then you will really understood that how royal enfield lovers are deployed loving their dream byke of yours.

I know such type of complain you used to have very often, it's not because of deploying activities are very often but all the customers are not in a position to raise their voice to the direct company.

I brought RE ELECTRA on 2 feb 2016 since then there has been a problem of rear wheel alignment and leaning of bike towards one side. i visited your service center shreya auto world Lucknow more than 20 times, same month as purchased but they could not resolve my issue. moreover it seems that all they are concerned with selling of bike not even concerned with customers satisfaction. today 10/8/2018 i visited shreya auto world Lucknow to get my rear breaks and wheel checked since it was making squeaking noise since i got my bike serviced with them in august this year. they arrogantly replied you have to change break pads that i just got changed hardly 1000km has been done on the bike since i changed my break pads on asking about it they not even bothered to at least get it checked.

I am done with Royal Enfield i am not gonna waste my money in future by buying your product. if a person is paying hefty amount you have to satisfy their needs.

A piece of advice - improve your customer handlers and mechanics dont just be focused on selling off your product and not providing proper after sales service.

My royal enfield 350 classic has run just 670km. i was going to first servicing the service centre. the mechanics has changed it engine oil which i had to pay... but engine oil has leaked. so pl check it carefully and service them.

Dear Royal Enfield Team,

I am facing serious issues with my Royal Enfield that I have procured in July, 2018.

There have been issues with the Wheel and Handle alignment of the bike where when complained to the Service team in Okhla, they checked and said that it was fine though I was not satisfied at all.

Later on 7th Dec, 2018 I sent this bike for 2nd Service where the team calculated all the expenses including the alignment as per my complaint (Refer to Bill attached). But I am still facing the same issue post service even. Where the bullet's handle and front wheel seems a bit bent towards left causing disbalancing while driving(Refer to the Images). When complained the Service Centre had checked and confirmed that it was company defect and can not be changed at service center.

Request you to kindly intervene and get the vehicle corrected at the earliest. Or let me know if the complaint needs to be sent to any higher authority for prompt service as till now no one is taking the accountability for the same.

Service center of royal enfield at Amravati Maharashtra pin 444606 is not proper handling and support the customer..... specially Abhijit baraskar service consultant. I take my bike thunder bird for 2nd serving but only for washing and general oiling and checkup they take my 3 hour from 2.30 to 5.30 only for washing. So in short serving our bike at center is totally waste of time...... I m not satisfying ur service.

Dear Royal Enfield,

My name is Prabhu Tiwari, I had purchased the ROYALENFIELD CLASSIC 350 BLACK, CHASSIS NO- ME3U3S5C2JH253105, ENGINE NO-U3S5C2JH219329 from ROYAL ENFIELD ERRAGADDA, HYDERABAD in the year OCT, 2018. Since that time I have been facing same problems of Low pickup and battery not functioning properly due to negligency of authorised service center. Please note below mentioned problems.

Pick-up:-
Bike does not run properly just after 10 days from purchase date. It vibrates above 40KPH speed and increase simultaneously to the speed. Gears doesnot insert properly. To resolve this problem, i took my bike to service Station, Sanath Nagar which is nearest to me just after 20 days from purchase for first free service and informed them same problem on 27-10-2018 (invoice attached where problem stated by me can be checked). they did service and gave me my bike saying that "problem was with Clutch Plates and we have changed it it will be fine now". but i am not sure what they have done because just after 7-10 days again same problem started and i managed for some 6-7 days but i was stuck again and could not manage one day when i was driving so i called Road side assistance number (screenshot attached). Technician from road side assistance came and he informed me that problem is with Clutch plate and he just somehow adjusted it and asked me to take my bike again to service center. regarding same i informed to my service center also but due to some urgent work i had to go out of city so i was able to take my bike for service again after i return back and same time i took second free service as suggested by service center guys stating same problem on 29-12-2018. even i took again help of road side assistance to take my bike to service center on this day (attached screenshot). during second free service, service center denied to fix my problem free of cost saying that already bike is driven 1300 KM so it cannot be replaced free. they charged me amount for the same problem which was even raised by me from day one and was not resolved due to their negligence. i have paid 3000/- for my second free service to replace again clutch plate. But the problem is still same and even after repair still it is not working and i am stuck since last 2 days when suddenly it got stopped on 08-01-2019. i called again road side assistance (Case No.- Ti25298. image attached) and they dropped my vehicle to Ms Go Green royal enfield service center gachibowli as they said they cannot drop to nearest Service Station even i informed them that it is repaired just 1 week back from Sanath Nagar Service Station but they shown me that as per our RSA policy we will drop it to nearest service station only. from 08-01-2019 i am just following up with Service Station Sanath Nagar and MS. Go Green Service Station but still my bike is not yet repaired till now and i am just roaming here and there to get it repaired. i want my amount which is charged during free service period and my bike to be repaired soon.

So please advise what should i do and to whom i should contact?

I am blank and unable to decide the way forward as just within 3 months from purchase i took 3 times road side assistance, 2 free service i used, paid almost 4500/- but still my same problem is not getting resolved.

Please advice on this.

I have given Bullet Electra 350 CC For repeated problem of Engine Sound, this problem is from 1st service vehicle driven 8500 Kms as of now, 5 days back bike given at VVC service centre at Jubilee hills, Hyderabad, till date no communication about the repair or work, when i am calling on given number and service manager number its not working, even tried from Official website service station numbers also not working,

This is very pathetic not expecting this type of service from authorised Royal Enfield service station.

Service center of royal enfield at SRI KALILAMBAL AUTOS, VELLORE is not proper handling and support the customer. Last 20/03/2019 i finished 5 th paid service very late delivery 3 days, not responding correctly and bill is so heavy. I am dissatisfied with your service and very very worst. Take action immediately.

I have a royal enfield Reg NO TN33BQ 1567 Chassis No ME3U3S5C1613718 Eng no U3S5C1JA285580 on 24 jan 2018 from Senthil murugan erode, Right from the first service i gave the complaint of abnormal engine noise (tappet noise) now i have drove the bike for about 4500 km but still the problem is not solved.It is very much irritate while driving in a silent place. Please do take action to solve this issue.
