It's hard to decide what is worse - the Royal Enfield service center in Almora, or the pathetic response of Royal Enfield company to consumer complaints.

Despite repeated complaints, the service center remains as pathetic as ever, and the response of the customer service center is a deafening silence.

I booked my bike on 4th November and till now i haven't got the delivery, dealer is only making promises. I have wedding in my house and i need it urgently. Very bad dealership and service.

I have purchaged bullet(350cc) last 2 month ago bearing chassis no.ME3U3K51cJH810948.Now i am facing starting trouble.I have visit your your nearest dealer service station but they unable to solve my problem. kindly look up this matter and resolve my problem ASAP.

Hi, I purchase new Bullet 350 on 10th December and just within 500 Km bike colapas with his clutch Plate and i stuck in the night in delhi. i live in gurgaon i spend night in hotel and in morning give call to the customer care of royal enfield. they send crane to tow the bike and they drop me gurgaon Brwan Service agency in mata Sheetla road. they said to me we will do it no problem first service is free you have to Pay 1100- RS. i agreed on that but after half an hour later i get call from the head of the branch Rahul Tiwari and said you open the bike part outside. so you have to pay 5000 rs because the clutch plate is not in guaranty. When i went their they said you keep to some other mechanic out side the bullet showroom but i didn't show my bike to any one because i know my bike is on warranty. if i do this i loss warranty and apart from this clutch plate issue one of the two light in the fog light is not working and silencer is not fit properly. it change its colour become Red just because its not fit properly.

After sometime i have come to know that they want to take money from me and take insurance part to the company and take part free from their and the person Rahul Tiwari who is the head of service agency in Brwan Sheetla mata mandir road gurgaon. i have word with him he is playing the word constantly they are changing their word sometimes they say out of the showroom you showed this bike to mechanic, sometime they say clutch will not come in warranty.

First time went to Bullet service Center this is very pathatic. And the stuff so well trained to make fool of the customer and i am not only the one many other customer is alos suffering from same issue also they said to me you are blessed that your culth plat get shucked on before first service and between 50 Km here many bike came that loss the clutch plate in between 100Km and you are taking bullet so this is normal. They said these kind of word openly in front of many customer. Kindly help if any one can do. They all are thief people who is working in the Brawn Service Center in Sheetla mata road gurgaon 122001 (HR). Very pathetic i will never suggested to anyone of my relative and friend to go with Royel Enfield.

I give service in Coimbatore royal enfield saibaba colony service centre. After service my bike back side there was plenty of annoying sound comes they said some accident in my vehicle before i give service. But before service there is no noise in my vehicle, after that i will call that service center but they didn't respond well. please give me some solution for this.

Good Evening Royal Enfield Team,

I have booked Meteor 350 on November 30th 2020 at Bullmen Motors Coimbatore. On Booking , they promised to deliver the bike by Jan 7th or 10th 2021. I have booked super nova along with brown color.

I was waiting till 10th Jan 2021, but I didn't heard back from showroom. Then reached out to showroom on 13th Jan 2021, they said it will be billed in a weeks time. Again, I was waiting for call back or email from RE. But expectation of love was scattered towards meteor.

There wasn't any response and poor turn around time. Today i reached out to showroom, they again promised me by 29th Jan 2021. I am not sure, whether again i will be fooled with false promise.

I hope , i am been frustrated to the core of RE for the first time lover. Now lost core interest and feed up. This email is not for escalation of Bullmen, but the core feeling of an bike lover. Poor Sales service from showrooms across my region. False promise and worst follow up.

I hope, at least i would get by meteor in an proper condition when i take the bike . I haven't shouted at the showroom, since they are also an human being. But please respect an feeling of an biker lover. I might be an small investor for RE, but i am an CUSTOMER.

I hope, showroom or RE delivers an proper bike. Please understand the feel and awaiting for an valuable feedback.

I booked a slot in July by the name of Narayan singh (owner), and want insurance claim but after 2 month dealer doesn't order for parts, and now they divert my call for new reasons every time I call, mis behavior, manipulate people, and misguide. I don't like this showroom in any way.

Some problem for break huge sound. Several times I call roadside assistance but not proper help. Very bad service. this is new bike purchase one month back.
