We have purchase vivo v9 youth (gold) Order no. 408-3337212-2271500, Date 10.08.2018.

But phone not deliver. Delivery boy is not cooprative he is very ashamed people he is miss behave on my old phone. I want same order delivered asap. On same offers. Please provide help full service.

My order 407-3691124-0227551. Incorrect or wrong adopter is supplied for the laptop Instead of one with the screw Type pin one with flat type pin is supplied with which I am not able to charge. My request with. the supplier is yet to be responded. The item is supplied on 16/07/18.

I want my product to he replaced as soon as possible because its seal has already opened and I have the customer service too but they did not help me with any resolution and told me to comment over here. It was fb nutrition lean pro 1kg and as soon as I opened the package the seal was already broken and half of the container was empty. I hope you would replace it as soon as possible.

I asked the customer service to update my phone number as my provided number sim card had crashed. But i did not receive a call or any other notification from amazon.com regarding the delivery of the product. Even after constant assurance from the customer service which turned to be false, the product had not been delivered. It is highly irresponsible to give such false hoped to customer from their end. Finally, the order was declared cancelled without any notification.

I have ordered for Xiaomi Mi4-64Gb, but was sent M2. However, it did not starting taking charge after using for about a week. So, I contacted your CC for replacement, but I was informed replacement not possible. So I was trying to return it for replacement. After trying for number of times, I was told to return it to Supplier. So I have return it to the supplier to-day by DTDC. Now I want to send the image of Receipt. now tell me how send the same to you.

Today I have recieved Pantene total damage control shampoo 675 ml. The product is totally broken in the box. All liquid is coming out of the box. So what can I do for replacement or refund of this product?

We ordered honor 7x from Amazon on 11th of August order ID (408-1681916-494954) when freedom sale was going on then, we purchased the product and our product was shipped. But, during the shipment our product was damaged as they mentioned so they took it back to seller return tracking ID ( 447265498539) this was on 16th August.

Amazon said they will refund our payment but there was no offer on this product on 16th. After exchange of words with Amazon executive they accepted to place our order for the same price with new order ID(408-9962730-4620309). But we didn't get our product till now and they refunded without our agreement. We need that product for the same price as soon as possible.

I was delivered a product which was more than 1.5years old. I raised a complaint for replacement but I was given the wrong colour and also the same old manufacturing date product. I again placed a replacement request and this time again I was delivered the same old product. I mean this is really harrassing and extremely unprofessional. The have made me pay twice for the wrong product and have still not refunded my money. Didn't expect Amazon to be so unprofessional even with their prime customers.

i have ordered a Philips webilla bluetooth speaker and i got a defective and fake product. For the first time i returned the product so that next time i ll get genuine one. but again at the 2nd time i got defected and the Chinese one in the name of Phillips. the seller is selling the fake product with the name of phillips. i have pics and video. if there ll be the option provided by amazon. ill upload it.

I have placed an order for an item on 9th of Aug(Order no.40246527186823545);it was to be delivered to me by 17th Aug but i received the item only on 29th Aug. When i opened it and found that the item is not in working condition,i tried to return it.Then it was shown in the window that the return window for this item has closed on 26th Aug..I am to return the item to the sender address as it is of no use.So kindly make arrangements to refund my money.

Wrong product delivered amazon and product return not initiated by Amazon. Refund my amount in my account. and return services are not better services provided by Amazon.

I ordered an pair of shoes and I returned it on next day but I didn't get any refund on that after one week. I asked amazon customer service but they saying you ordered pair of shoes but we not delivered your shoes yet, how we can give refund. I think I lost my money.

I received a damaged product order no. 171-1485969-0351522. Blue colour 5 piece container box big container is damaged.

Most disappointing experience from amazon. I don't buy anymore products from you. I was a prime member and with this experience i quit. customer service also poor.
