Hi,

This is lokeswara.i have used SBI credit card from last one year.they are provided worst kind of services I have asked so many times to convert my credit card to EMI but they are not doing atleast that one also.one SBI employee told me like that SBI bank is not provided EMI convert services to customers like that they are giving reply to me.from last four months I have been asking them to provide EMI services but they are not listening my words and they are irritating me. Please try to understand my problem and situations now and please provide EMI services to me.

Its second time that my credit card returned as unavailability at my residential address. as I have already suggested that card should be delivered at me residential address because I would not be available at my residential address during office timing. it is also instructing that I have received the an SMS for the first bill of the card which is not received till the date. my humbler request that please deliver my card at my office address which is already shared.

A SBI Credit card 4047457515729738 was issued to me last month with the commitment that no processing charges. But now in the statement dated 3/8/2018 a sum of 2999 has been added as annual charges and 539.82 integrated tax has been levied which is totally cheating with the customers. I have already blocked my card and doesn’t want to continue with such fraudsters and please rectify my statement by waiving annual charges and integrated tax so that I can make payment otherwise I have to approach hon’ble consumer court.

My name is Arun shetty, I have a SBI Credit card (No.4726-4267-5702-XXXX) which i am not using since long back but unfortunately you are debiting my account every month. I have already informed to your concern person regarding the same by paying final settle amt but still you are charging me every month which unacceptable. i have informed this things to person who sold this card to me but he also not entertain me by refusing my calls. With reference above your sbi shiakasi bank manager not accepting other bank checks for my sbi card payment. not even sending for collection why i dont know pl train sbi staff to help card holders to pay from other bank and respond positively to pay my card payments. thank u sir.

Hi,

This S Mohammed Aijaz, I had fraud transactions of 20000 rupees (2 transaction 10000+10000, date:09/10/2018) on my SBI simply save credit card, I have informed the credit card disputed transaction department immediately(with in 5-15minutes) regarding this. They said they have registered a complaint, blocked the card and asked me to fill the disputed transaction details.

I received a call from mobile number: 9984532740- she started by saying that I see you have not used the card yet. I told her that I want to cancel the card, please cancel it. she asked the reason and I said, I was told that there will no charge on the card, then she started by mentioning the amount due on the card and asked me that there are reward points being provided for this card, please confirm your details, when I said I'll not confirm or provide any details on call (she said it is authentication and verification call from SBI and gave her details (her emp id sbi000z39 - simran sharma), she connected me to IVR, Then I received messages regarding the transaction.

Request you to please investigate this as how did they get my personal details, card details (card no:517252772568XXXX).

Please let me know if I need to register a complaint to the police department regarding the fraud as I have not done this transaction.
