She was telling that they will encash the award points by giving direct credit to my card account. But they have debited my card account. It is a fraudulent transaction. Kindly arrange to reverse it.

Sir, I have been using SBI Rail Card since last more than 12 years. Unfortunately my Accumulated Reward Points had never been REDEEMED. When ever there is late payment, you are prompt to recover late payment charges. Then why not Redemption of Reward points.

Why we have to type the whole 16 digit numbers to make a call in your customer helpline number when it is said it is a unique, then only the operator comes in line. It is not Possible to that is may create more fraud cases or help in cyber fraud.

Please let me know, awaiting for your reply.

Today I received the said gift. It not at all matches the gift shown in the sbicards site. That apart, Passport does not fit in it. I, therefore, intend to return it. Hi Team,

I've visited the collection center during last week at Uttarahalli SBI Branch, and they said it will be delivered by Monday ( 07/05/18). But still I didn't get the NOC.

I would like to get the NOC hard copy and soft copies of my credit card and account clearance certificate immediately, also clear CIBIL flag at the earliest. Please send the copies to these addresses.

Sir/Madam, I have a SBI Prime Card from approximately 5-6 month and my dealing with SBI is timely. But yearly charges are more and so I have decided to Block my card before completion of one year as I have already paid annual charges. Sir/madam, due to much yearly charges and rate of interest on spent money it is so difficult for me to operate this card. So please state about the procedure to surrender and block the card.

Very badly disappointed with SBI credit card as i just got my card in my hand and from that i started getting fraud calls. I wonder how these people got my number. After that i blocked the card and applied for the different card from the SBI only, after applying again i started getting fraud calls. I m not at all happy with SBI.

SBI should take strict action how these mobile numbers are getting leak and how these fraud people getting this information about which user is using which card.

Hi i am kiran and my no 8886661230. Today morning i got call from the SBI credit card department and the person name is bharath, he called me when i was busy with my work in office. He called me directly and asking me to take a credit card, he not even asking us the permission to talk or it is the right time to talk.

Then also i said i dont required the credit and gain he asking me that why i dont take card from, who the hell the person tp ask me why i dont take card. i said same that why the hell are you to ask me like that then he saying that why i am abusing him and he said he call from his personal number and he abuse me, is this a way to speak to the customer. Such pathetic situation i faced with your team. please dont take such waste fellows in your organisation. other wise train your team how to talk with guests.

Hope i will get some revert on it thank you.

I had informed the SBI card officials that I am not interested in the card to to cancel it. I had neither used it not activated it. However I got a email about a debit in the card which I referred to them to look into it urgently and stop mis-usage of card. I have been communicating it for several days now and every time I get a reply, it is from a different person. Today I have received four separate mails informing about ONE TIME PASSWORD which is not requested by me. I think there is a big network of fraudsters who are cheating every body. I have referred this also to them but no proper reply.

I am Bhalachandra Parmekar. i have blocked my SBI prime card but still I m getting calls every month saying that 10000 rupees from my account are deducted for using the prime card. I haven't used the card at all then why is my money being deducted?? Please could I get a solution to this problem.

Dear Sir/Madam, your sbi credit card services are obviously very nice and helpful to your customers, but there should be an appropriate due date on which customers can pay the due amount conveniently.

A kind notice should be taken before setting the due dates. Due date should be kept after the customer's salary date. If you set the payment date for a customer just 2 or 3 days before his salary, it would be inconvenient for him, levy penalty charges as well as affect his credibility.

I receive my salary between 5th and 10th of every month, and my due date is 1st of month. I, therefore, urge you to change/extent due date for my due amount payment. I will be highly grateful to you.

This is to inform you that my SIMPLY SAVE MASTER cad (Application Number 2115001004970) has been returned undelivered vide Ref #EV18171420696 due to it was delivered at my home address instead of office address.

It was already confirm that card should be delivered at my office address as I would not be available at home in office timing 930:-06:00Pm.
