I have purchased a mobile online about EMI. But Company should be Total amount deducted from my SBI CARD. Just a few days after I received out standing statement. I would like to made clear payment to SBI card as per outstanding statement.

After with in a week I had to return of my mobile direct to same company. Request refund my money in same card. Company had made refund same to SBI CARD on 13 March,2018. So that I would like to withdrawal of same refund money from the same card.

Reply not yet received of my mobile complaint. status complaint no -127360726372 dated 18 Dec 2017.

Dear Sir,

As per mentioned my new SBI credit card received, after generate the pin i have received without used card payable amount of Rs 3539.00,

I have already called to SBI customer care 3 times but not satisfied answered to me. i am not agree for pay of Rs 3539.00 yearly charges. As per our knowledge Rs 500.00 only yearly charges told to me by SBI representative.

So that Pl. cancel my new SBI credit card.

I have been receiving phone calls from various phone numbers who have got my card details and say that they are speaking from SBI card department and need to verify my card details else my card shall be blocked. One such call was received from phone number 7900440983 on 20.03.2018 at 15.15 hrs and they made transactions fraudulently for Rs. 5,000, Rs.4990 and rs.4999 at idea cell billdesk/ ideamoney. Today, i.e. 23.03.2018, they again called from phone number 8126674871. with the same modus operandy and again for payment to idea money. The same may kindly be looked into.

Dear Customer, You can simply update your contact number and e-mail id post logging in your website sbicard.com by following these simple steps:
1. Click on 'My Profile' button on the main page post logging in.
2. Click on the 'Quick Contact' tab to update the number.
3. Click on edit, update the number, enter the OTP
4. Click on Submit"

I received a call from +91 9911943685 this number and he mentioned my all personal information like Name, Address. Further he told me that this is verification call from SBI and asked me to give card digital no. and then OTP. So I provide him all required information he asked as I thought that was verification call because he mentioned my name and address correctly.

After that I got massage from bank saying "Rs. 9190.00 was spent on your SBI card no. ending XX1124. I was shocked how my personal information spread publicly which I provide to your bank.

with regard, I beg to say ,that I have SBI card (visa) card number 4726426755001791. which issue to Amitabh soni ,In November I used SBI card for marketing or shopping and to fill the petrol/Diesel amount about 37000 but in Jan /feb I deposited 10,000 rupees ,later on rest of the amount about 27000 . now a days in march 23 ,2018 I deposited 2800 rs.online payment ,at that time your person told me total amount is 41000 Rs. (who made a call) but I have not received any statement or no any paper by courier/post ,please explained me about my details properly .and explained me by any your excutive .please inform me as soon as possible ,otherwise I will send such details to Senior manager (Gurgaon) .in last I want to say something that your services is worst on any help on online regarding complain or no any proper help on Cust.care number. No office in Allahabad properly, No executive to give proper answer to me . so I face such kind of problem. if its not solve then I closed my credit card .and I never promote any person for SBI card.I requested to you please solve it.

I have been given above mentioned Credit Card on 19-8-2017. I have come to know that an amount of Rs.5000/- is being debited by SBI every month on account of transaction charges of my credit card which is not appreciable. I had sent 2 mails to customercare @sbicard but there is not reply from them. I am unable to pay Rs.5000/- for transaction charges because I am a retired bank employee. Therefore I request to cancel my card No.5172521686553XXXX immediately on receipt of this mail.
