Hi,

This is regarding the following ticket nos:

1. 0982114181180 (for Shainky Gupta)
2. 0982114159073 (Piyush Pranay)

The AI flight from Male to Trivandrum and onwards to Bengaluru was delayed by 3 hours and was scheduled to depart at 1:50pm on 6th of September, 2015. We were notified of the same via email and accordingly we reached the airport one hour in advance and before 12:50pm. However, we found out that the check-in counter had already closed by 12:30pm, without an update mail and the flight took off early at 1:08pm (see attached screenshot from Air India website below).

Hence, due to Air India mismanagement, wrong communication and negligence, we are stuck at Male airport. I have had to cancel my onward flight booking with Indigo and also now book last minute expensive flights from another airlines since I have to reach office tomorrow morning. This has caused extreme physical and mental trauma apart from financial losses to both me and my husband.

Even the Air India staff at the Male airport (Mr D'Souza and Mr Tiwari) were very rude and uncooperative. They are lying on counter closing times as later verified by Male security personnel and CCTV footage (which reveals that counter was closed at 12:30pm)

Now, at the least, we want full refund of our booking amount and extra penalty as applicable for all the hassles from Air India. Please see attached written authorization by Air India staff at Male airport for full refund.

Sir, I and another 15 travelers could not get my / their luggage at Jaipur. I came India for my mother treatment and in a marriage programme. My dresses and very important medicines is in luggage and luggage will come after Sunday. There is no use of dress and medicines after today. It is very bad experience with air India. Without any information such activities is not tolerable. Who is responsible for this act. It is very mismanagement from air India. Should I go to court / media for such bad action done by air India.
