I am Sunil Kumar Das SBI card holder. My bill statement date is 1st of every month I hav not received bill statement on 1st January 2018 on my email. I request you plzz send bill statement on my email every month.

i have been applied on 12 th december but still i havent recived my credit card... my contact no. is 9311583363. kindly look into it.

since i have never used this elite card from thedate of issue and i have already more than rs 5000/now iam not interested in using this card. hence kindly block the cards and waive the charges. i have already conveyed this message to nodal officwier by mail but itwas returned undelivered expecting areply at your earliest convenience.

I applied SBI prime card and summit documents. I want to now the reason of my application rejected my application no 2034601030213.

I want settlement of my sbi card no. 468743607436XXXX. So kindly inform me the minimum settlement amount which I will pay in installment.

With great regret and anguish, I am writing this letter to you. Inspite of repeated requests over phone you are not sending Sbi card statements right from the beginning that is from date of my availing Easy Cashd(Enchashment). It is very strange that even after sending money every month, I have been receiving messages for the last 12 months or even more that I have availed 80% of my credit limit. I think some thing fishy is going on. Why don't you send monthly statements as you were sending previously? Don't you think that you creating unncessary doubts in the minds of your customers by not sending monthly statement and keeping the customers in darkness. Regarding Easy Encash, I have been paying regularly the prescribed amount. As far as the other bills are concerned I have been paying every month from 10,000/- rupees to 15,000/- rupess for the last so many months. Still I am receiving messages that I have availed 80% of my credit limit. How is it? Can you please explain me in black and white?

Name Rajkumar sbi credit card 5month old is card limit is low, my problem is credit limit is low call me 9999959506.

I have applied credit card last 20 day but not are getting reply n response.

My Credit card no 437748695403XXXX Valid thru 02/16. October 2015. I informed to block my card when some one said I am from SBI Madras, you got award of 1,00,000 and will be credited give your card number and number on back of your card. I gave a ring to block my card and cancell /close my card. He said he will block for closing he will do after dues payment date is over. He advised me to cut my card. I have cut my card and did not use. I am sure the card is closed. Suddenly I had a message on 19-01-2018, my cell dues on your card are Rs1770. I had been to bank. They advised me to call customer care. They advised me to write to you. contact no 9490243404.

On the request made by SBI, Belur Math Branch, Howrah, WB, I applied for credit card and the same has been received on 22.22.2017. Since then I have not made any transaction through the sbi card. I received a call from +911247108870 today and they intimated me that two transactions have been made through the card. I surprised to hear the information and he also confirmed that transactions may be fraud and requested to block the card. I recollected memories and saw that I have received calls from 8006519611 and 8006515236 introduced them as sbi officials on 15.01.2018 and they intimated me that some promotional benefits have been given by sbi for purchase of goods and requested me to share some information. Being a new card holder, I share cardno. Actually I have not made the transaction they trap me. They made fraudulent transactions. I would request you to take necessary action so that I may not have to pay the bills, if already transacted. I also not know how much amount they have transacted. Kindly do something on urgent basis to ease my tension. My crad no. was 4726 4275 8480 4819

I have not yet received any SBI credit card, but the amount of Rs.2,049/- already debited from my savings account held with SBI, Esplanade Branch, Kolkata. Please credit the same amount to S/B account. I have no need to obtain credit card. Treat the matter as urgent.
