Hi All,

My card ending with 9605. Sbi team process 46300 without my permission to another card and even I inform sbi customercare team on time when amount not processed. I just receive a SMS that your payment will be processed next 10 days. I called and inform to stop the payment as I already called two time to cancel this.

And same inform by me by SBI agent your request already cancelled than i said it's OK and I also want to cancel.

As per agent no need to worries about payment its cancelled. Now I again receive SMS that this amount will be process next 3 days. I again call and somebody want 7 days for investigation. I always call for your mistake will be solve. Now in between payment process IS THIS MY MISTAKE.

Every time I call SBI no notes passed by any agent. And I repeat whole story at least 14-17 time. Now I feel I doing job for SBI. Because of they not take his mistake seriously. And payment showing on my card. Now I not call you, even help. I have all call recording if my Civil effected by your SBI mistake. You will be famous all call recording and this will all online website.

No call receive from sbi team after 7 days. Again I call for sbi mistake and ask for same. Agent again told me you will receive call back. Finally I receive a call agant Suraj. As per suraj its your mistake as Mr. Suraj listen one call recording after 7days. Now suraj again want 24-72 hour more for SBI mistake.

Now sbi team cross check and find there is SBI agent mistake not my mistake. Same I have recorded for safe and side. Now my SBIAPP still showing my payment amount with including 46300 + GST + SERVICES TAXES.

My only payment pending is 7800 something. Remove my extra charge from my card. This your mistake not mine. You process payment without asking me now take the payment own your own. There z lot's of thing which I never mentioned as I have less time. Please solve this case own your own and help me to close this case.

Hi..

My self Rahul Kumar. i applied for credit card on 9 nov 2017. Fist my application status was your application is in process. after some days status changed to Congratulation your sbi card application has been approved.you will get in next 10 working days. Now again my application status showing application is in process. I am not understanding how status going degrade .My application no is 2031301026697. kindly confirm what is current status it is cancel or will get card ? Call me 7004079347.

Hi , i think you know about ur server as it is the best worst serivce i even seen. when i cleared all outstanding amount again it is showing some debit and pin charge as well taxes do you think we are pools and we pay whatever the amount you are showing as outstanding?

Dear sir/Madam
I have received my Credit Card No. 4726427585251929 on 6th Dec.2017 with the credit limit of Rs. 10,000and Cash limit of Rs. 3000. But, while I was communicated to subscribe this card I was explained that the credit limit will be up to 5,00,000. So, it make me astonished and I am loosing faith on your system. If it is impossible to increase the credit limit up to 5,00,000 you please discontinue this card instantly.

SBI only a brand, So they do not care about customer. In case of credit Card It is the worst card available in market. Please change your policy otherwise your reputation which you got for SBI bank will fully vanish from India and will damage the Bank reputation also.

Dear sir, i am holding the card for the past 25 years. Recently you have offered me that cinema vouchers and Rs 3000/- benefits and lot of offers and you have informed the same through mobile 9482221233. But till date not a single benefit i could get and even the rewards points no benefit. Pl kindly note that my dealing with you are prompt no delay in payment. Hence i request you to renew the card without any charges if so you may renew and the offers you have mentioned may be given to me. Kindly pl note i am senior citizen using the cards more than two decades without any benefit, hence all the benefits which is been given to the card holder may be restored and more the no of bankers are offering us many attractive offers. Hence kindly look into this matter and do thee needful renew the card without any charges as special case.

I am Sri-Atanu sarkar, vill+Po-Dhapganj Dist-Jalpaiguri. I apply a credit card SBI credit card but I understand this card is sponsors by Aditya birla card. My card category is simply click its charged by per annum its not my knowledge at first. The card number is 4335********0403 When the card is not delivery to me a phone call came to my number one person talk to me we are Card protection working D.E.P.T so you say yes I want protection therefore 1500/- charge by my account, now my total amount up avobe 4800/- this mater is very fake full so I request please close my account and my card and this payment is not possible giving by me. So do something please.

My old mobile number is blocked (8348694600), So I replace new mobile number 8101610061. so please change my number as early as possible otherwise I can"t doing any thing related sbi card.
