I am thoroughly disappointed with your rules of delivering courier only at mentioned address. Your delivery boys come at 3 pm when we are not at home. When we go with identification to your office in Thane they refuse to give the courier. I have experienced this twice, wasted 3 holidays only to take delivery. For the 12 times more charges compared to other courier services you harass, and you are not sensitive to our consequences.

Same problem, reported to my courier that fieldboy didn't reach to my address.

Courier boy dosen't come to my address, and when I check the status, they given fake reason for undeliverable parcel "consignee not available" even I was present whole day.

The delivery boy is not taking my call and my Parcel is not delivered yet. I have also called flipkart care but the are even not helping me. I was in urgent need to get that parcel delivered to me till 12:00 noon but they did not take any action to get it delivered. They are not takingany action against the delivery boy and since morning the delivery person is not taking me call even calling him many times.

I havent received my PAN card.Through internet i got this information that my card was received on 29th July by some recipient Anuj. But i haven't got it at my address, so pls sir help me i am very stressed.

I am supposed to get amex card today to manage forex for my overseas travel tomorrow. The courier update is showing failed attempt of delivery, when I have not got single call from courier as per standard sop. Till noon I am ringing n times in call centre but no no answer. There is no contingency team at BlueDart to handle extremities. I will certainly bring it to cognizance of reqd regulator. This is not done.
