I purchased a eyeglasse online invoice# 16_17/508010 date12/08/2016. At time of delivery product was very good but last week lens comes out from one side. so please help me.

Initially I have placed 2 orders but later I have canceled one and I have received the one which I have canceled. And that too even that which I have received has small part of the lens broken.

Now my appeal is that : I wants to return back this product and get which I have ordered i.e Order no. 1205871134.

Even when I click my orders in lenskart.com it shows that the one which I have ordered is dispatched but in reality not. The cost of both is same so I want you to collect back this product and receive the above order no. Product. No more money transfers required.

This refers to Order Id no. 1204718096 dated 13.4.16.
A few days back, the left lens of the frame came loose and got lost. The vision of my left eye is affected by glaucoma and I could know about it only when my neighbor noticed it. The lens was supported by a filament like thing in the lower half which is intact.

What do I do now - how much will be charged if the frame and power card is sent to you by post/courier?

My order number is #2176134... one specs fully tight to my face so please exchange that specs.. otherwise good quality.

This is my first purchase, and my optometrist Mr.Deepak was a gem of gentleman very polite & courteous, any and every query put to him was answered complete.

The online site is too bad there is no proper links to jump to, every link should have been on the main page. There are difficulties in searching links posting data. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR ONLINE SITE.

Tried to order a Vincent Chase glass frame and proceeded to checkout. But after paying the amount it reloaded to the previous page and nothing came. Very disappointed with the first experience. Should have bought from other stores like amazon and flipkart.

I am a doctor by profession and personally I had a very bad experience with lenskart. My order no is 2986372 and purchasing outlet was at pin 834001 ranchi.

My first visit was greeted there with utter politeness and many lucarative promises to buy which made me place an order for a spectacle worth around Rs 7k ( anti glazing + for computer usage purpose etc etc) with an advanced payment of Rs 2k. But the next time when I went there to collect my spec the scenario was completely different including their behavior. By testing my order there I realized my vision to be vary hazy for which I asked then to resolve it. This process continued numerous times getting me the same hazy vision each time (even the vision of the spec I was using was far better than theirs new one ). I noticed a few more people complaining of same issue around me.

Finally there manager also got involved raising a bit expectation in me but even after his involvement those people couldn't resolve my issue making me assured of technically unsoundness of those people and then they started arguing with giving several excuses for there faultiness. The main misbehavior started when I asked for return of my advance payment for which they denied saying to come back again after 5 days for that. After many argument finally they agreed to pay it back.

So after this nasty experience I would never recommend anyone to go for lenskart which I used to do specially among my medical profession colleagues. Trust me I never have had dealt with such irresponsive and non customer friendly people ever. I suggest everyone to not fall in such booty traps of lenskart for which I will always give a thumbs down.

Order booked on 02/05/2017 and ETA was 08/05/2017 till now no information about the delay from the store where i booked.

Lack of time i cant commit with lenskart anymore to get the thing to delivered, hence i wanna to cancel the order and requesting for refund. Advise the procedure to be followed to get back my fund.

Awaiting for prompt action.

sir eight months back i have purchased 2 frames with lens in that one frame quality is very delicate and the right side lens also little shaky, therefore i had gone to your hubli branch they replaced first time and they gave me another piece but this time also there is same problem, my eyes are paining after wearing that specs.so again i met your shop keeper then they said we cant help. then i took another specs in another local shop that i dose not have any problem. please help me .

I have bought my lenskart frame from the Ahmedabad store. The frame is john Jacob's company. it is good. but the glasses are not correct means it is not according to my eye's glass number. i have submitted the proper description of my eye's number to the shop. i have bought many other frames by that my eye's description because i was moving to the USA. So, i wanted to buy 3 4 frames. So when i try this glasses, which i bought from the lenskart, i always got headache and I can feel that it is made accordingly to my eye's number.

Don't tell me that i must have submitted the wrong description for my lenses. i just wanted you to know that you have made a mistake that's it. Because of your company's mistake, i can't use that glasses and I have to change the glasses, which will cost me some money.

I just don’t understand how can you proudly say that my issue is been resolved? Well I am still waiting for someone to pick the product from home and refund the money asap. I really don’t understand what is happening, morning I got call have clearly informed which and when the glass needed to be picked up. Still nobody bothers to come and collect the same and I keep getting message that it’s been rescheduled but who and when did I said to reschedule? Do send somebody right away and I need my MONEY today itself to reflect in to my account.

Hope this is clear to understand that my ISSUE is not yet resolved.

Worst experience which I had getting the lens delivered. Order has been placed 1 week back and still yet to get the product however, called up multiple times customer care and they are literally helpless waiting for external vendor. Courier Name : XPRESSBEES_NDD which, even they dont have any visibility.

Courier Name: XPRESSBEES_NDD customer care is again pathetic experience. If I done get any response from Lenskart positively today will go ahead and register complaint online and go on next steps.

The company doesn't understand that 9 in 10 people don't have same power number in both eyes. So if you want to buy coloured contacts you need to buy two pairs of one power each.

Secondly they think you buy two sets of lenses and then keep them in eating bowls!!! As they don't ship lens cases with lens.

After lots and lots of follow up, the order not delivered. Customer care and store have been continuously giving false information. Till there is not update on the order, even the fittings are not done.

Every time I had a word with the executives, they have given new new stories. Store send a WhatsApp update to CEO, even after acknowledging that no action taken.

I had put it to twitter as well, even they called up multiple times but always given false commitment. Very very poor service. They don't have value for their customer.

I placed an order with Lenskart after verfying the pin code of your customer care atleast 5 times as my specs broke and was unable to go out to purchase. Your organisation agreed only to say after 15 days I need to travel 30 kms to collect it . Alas! I was not in a physical condition else I would have gone to a shop nearby and I requested them to send it to my HYDERABAD address after thoroughly ensuring the pin code. I am traveling to US tomorrow and I receive a call again after 15 days saying they cannot cater. I have also made follow ups atleast 5 times and they kept on telling me that the order was in transit.

All this is one end but my patience broke down after 30 days of at least 15 followup and many commitments from lenskart when Mr. Jason your floor supervisor spoke in a humongous non empathetic and highly sarcastic manner saying that “yes we have been non-committed, wasted your time for 30 days but can’t do anything about it if you want I can give you 500 rs off on your next purchase. We spoke for about 40 minutes on this call and I faced 0 empathy here.

With a heavy heart of losing self respect, time, money and commitment from your organisation I rest my case and felt as a founder you deserve to know your co-workers lack importance of empathy and having some sense of responsibility towards your customers.
