I was booking a return ticket for 2 adults from Mauritius to Bengaluru for Aug 1st and the fare for 2 tickets as mentioned below was 35,500 which can be confirmed below as well. But for some reason when I made the payment through my debit card, 67,449 has been debited instead of 35,500.

Can you please check and reverse the balance amount to my account and let me know what is the discrepancy?

The card I used was Mastercard and bank is HDFC bank. Booking reference no (PNR): JPEC2, Web Reference: AIBE24065532.

A quick reply/action is would be appreciated.

i tried to book a online air india ticket through air india website on dated 02.07.2016 from new delhi to indore by I/C 363 for 04.07.2016. i opted for bank transfer to pay, as the ticket was costing Rs 4927/-. There occurred a problem in the internet connectivity and internet stopped functioning while making the transaction. Amount was transferred to air india payments. Neither i received any intimation nor was the ticket generated. Upon speaking to the customer care on 02.07.2016, they intimated that PNR was generated and cancelled due to some errors and payment deducted. I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to New delhi to travel on 04 June 17, ticket was booked online on Airindia portal on 17 May 17. Amount of Rs 4590/- has been deducted from my account through bank transfer. However an error was shown and upon enquiry from Air India I was given a PNR no Z8FN1 which was generated but cancelled due some problem with AirIndia site. I was given an assurance from AirIndia that money will be refunded within 48 hours. However i have not got any refund till now. Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

My family with other two family travelled from Trivandrum to Port Blair on 9/5/2017 and return on14/5/2017 (via chennai) in Airindia flight. We are working in VSSC, ISRO, trivandrum.
