My SBI credit card has not been delivered to my address from past six month. I have also not got any positive response from the support staff while calling the call center.

I have sent a letter to you on 06 May 2015 along with IOB Alwal branch Secunderabad Cheque No 494399 dt 05 May 2015 for Rs 1302/- for cancellation of said card. Again we have recd outstanding of Rs 249/-. When we contacted your customer care, he asked me to pay Rs 250/- and inform to him so that he can do the needful to closed the said card. Accordingly I have sent IOB Alwal cheque No 66255 for Rs 250/- and the same has debited my account on 27 Aug 2015. But to my surprise every month I am getting credit card statement. You have also sent a letter dated 24 Oct 2015 stating an amount of RS 1018.58 is due. You are requested to look into the matter and close my credit card account immediately and confirm.

I had applied for the SBI FBB credit card around two months ago but it has not been delivered to me yet. I have tried all the options feedback, calling to customer care. Even I don't have the credit card number (16 digit) and bill keeps coming to my e-mail ID. SBI people please contact me. I am begging for your service. i receive the sbi fbb credit card statement, this is the first month of my bill. has an 574 rs has been billed, as soon as card is activated next day only i got the outstanding bill. still i not used that card for any purpose, then how come the bill is generated. since from yesterday i calling your customer care almost around 50 times , only i getting response like call are congested. what nonsense this is i am fed of SERVICE FROM S.B.I, . even no e-mail address to lodge an complaint. very worst service i felt.

I applied simply save plan SBI Credit card. but the company sent me AIR INDIA PLATINUM CARD. So i refused it to receive from courier service. Now i want to fully rejection of my Application... thats all... thank u.

As per sbi executive tell about credit card charges nil as per my bank profile. But when we received sbi credit card after some days bill received Rs.500 Appx.until i am not used this card. Then after I am called to SBI Card toll free number and tell about this and said for stop this card and complain this type of service, which is provided by SBI executive. When we received SBI card statement in next month then i am shocked again complain to sbi card toll free and said for stop this but till date my sbi Card number not refused this by SBI Card Executive and send a/c statement monthly basis.

I got my SBI card on June 1st week , my billing date is 8th of every month which is mention in booklet , I used card after 8th June , today I got sms that your total outstanding is 3579 & kindly make payment before 28th july. Still I am not received bill. RajnathRaju 9918800988.

I received sms on my mobile for the online transaction made today at 12:56am sharing the SMS {USD436.72 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XX8216 at 970 - SMAC - ONLINE on 17 Sep 17. Remaining credit limit: Rs.230,582.53.} n since then the person I trying to do online transaction my request is to plzzz stop the payment made from my card n provide me more details on all the transactions, so I can register Police Complaint. please do provide me more details.

1st I had cancel my Order which I book on EMI from Amazon but still it is debited from my account. So Please settled it soon.

2nd there are lost of Debited has been done from my account in head of Fine charge but I had make payment every month, Please check it and let me know how It is debited what is your %age for Fine if minimum payment done.

3rd still I did not get any FBB gift Voucher which is agreed while activation of card that I will get a Rs 500 GV.

4th at the time it is not cleared that you will charge such amount monthly which I charged up every month

So please settled It soon neither I will not able to run it long.

I have closed my credit card, I want to withdraw of fixed deposit amount it's pledge with credit card. I have visited the bank they said mail has to receive from the concerned. This is going on last six months.

All SBI customer care numbers are wrong. And SBI employees are not even bothered for this. They should resign if they are not capable of solving any problem. Also SBI Vadodara Main Branch is world's worst branch. My Account is locked. They are not capable of finding the reason. Every one takes salary for free. One person is there Mr. Krunal Bhatt, who is worst person. Never available at his place. Never picks up call. Never replying SMS or Whatsapp.

I never seen worst bank like this in my life.... Unable to reach customer care all the numbers are wrong. No one is ready to solve why u guys r working??

I have applied for FBB SBI credit card as I was told that card is for free, no annual charges required. Now I have received outstanding 1100 and it is increasing every month. I am trying to connect customer care but no one is here to talk. Please look into this asap and cancel my card. I am really getting frustrated for your services.
