I bought ticket from changi to BKK on 4 pm Flight. But I didn't receive tickets in my mail and can't login reference number that gave to me. But It is deducted money from my bank account. Please fully refund to me.

I am a SILVER EDGE member of FLYING RETURNS (Membership No. 162574473)

I had cancelled the attached Ticket with PNR No. ZD 160 on 25.1.18. I was told by your Customer Care that the cancellation amount to be deducted shall be Rs. 1000/- plus Tax for this ticket for Silver Edge Members.

However, only Rs 9800/- have been credited in my account after a DEDUCTION OF Rs 5250/-. Kindly Credit the Balance amount as soon as possible.

And 1900 Bom to 2030 NAGPUR Flight number AI 629 .But I didn't receive tickets in my mail and can't login reference number that gave to me. But It is deducted money from my bank account. Luggage not taken at airport due late entry at luggage counter by 15 mins even after flight delay by 25 to 30 minutes. Due to this we have suffer financial loss as per restrictions to carry some materials.
