I have booked a ticket online for my journey of 11 Jan 15 from Chennai to Delhi on 10 Jan 15 at 0915Hrs. I opted for Bank Transfer option to pay and paid the amount of Rs 9880/-. The amount was deducted from my State Bank of India Account ( Transaction Ref: BSBI3625750276IGOOKUHKI1). The amount was transferred to 3199613162094. However the ticket was not generated.
It is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my account No 20066660406 (SBI Air Force Station Tambaram East, Chennai Branch).

I reported late by 5 minutes due to traffic Jam due to ? an accident/breakdown of some vehicle near the airport. Requested the Air India staff to allow me to board the aircraft. But was refused. Air India staff noted the same on my E ticket and advised me to request for refund of money on this email.

Since i was going to Jaipur for an urgent Central Government inspection work next day therefore i had to purchase a fresh ticket at airport from Jet airways which was going to Jaipur after one hour. Please refund the money. I booked the ticket using my credit card.

Few minutes ago i booked a online ticket for my brother Promoth RAJENDIRAN (PNR-YE29M) from Chennai-Singapore. At very first time after entering OTP, AIR India website was died, so i re booked his ticket from scratch after filling details on first page, the ticket was booked automatically meaning Air india page was not prompted for OTP message i believe due to IE cache ticket was booked automatically.

Upon checking itinerary his name was wrongly updated as a Praveen RAJENDIRAN instead of Promoth RAJENDIRAN.

FYI before booking promoth ticket ,i booked my ticket on different airways(PNR-V4P4PV-Tiger Airways) on different date, i believe due to cache issue Promoth name updated as Praveen,upon checking with customer care they dont have a privilege to change the name and advice me to contact your team therefore i booked one more ticket for my brother PNR-Z4Z4P.

Since its not my fault, Can you please cancel and refund full amount of PNR-YE29M or give me a call to Praveen-+91 9597553819

Kind Advice: Since Im a frequent flyer and using different Airline for booking, i never came across this kind of issue, kindly fix it to avoid discrepancies for.

Booked a ticket for two passengers but had a very bad experience with the airline. Next time i would rather prefer other airline than Air India.

I had booked three tickets for Mr Amrish Man Gurung PNR 0982114079799, Mrs Sandhya Gurung PNR 0982114079802, and Ms Ashima Gurung PNR 09821140799801, from dehradun to pune on line journey to be commenced on 28 Oct 15 from Dehradun Jolly grant airport. However I got a massage that my flight AI9610 EX Dehradun was rescheduled from 1345 hrs to 1830 hrs due to which my connected flight from Delhi to Pune was clashing which was scheduled at 1840hrs from delhi for pune. I therefore spoke to the customer care air India who advise me to take the journey to delhi and thereafter get it cancelled the ticket fro dehradun to delhi.

I board the train from delhi from dehradun after reaching airport i went for the cancellation of ticket for the portion of the journey from Dehradun to delhi which i did not traveled by air. From ticket counter I was issued a printed note reference is DVC-67034 0715 dated 28 Oct 15 in which all the details were mentioned and i was told to send an email to ecommerce @airindia.in once the journey is completed. I sent the email on 12 Nov 15 from email ID ashima gurung<agurung.anime @gmail.com. I would request you to kindly refund the cancelled portion of my journey from dehradun to delhi on 28 Oct 15 the refund may please be credited in my debit card from which the amount was paid. Thank you

All your flights were cancelled on 4th dec 15 from Chennai Air port due to rain and floods at the air port. I booked 5 tickets to Dubai for travel on 4th and cancelled the same on 5th dec as u have not operated any flights from Chennai airport. Till now I have not received the full refund eligible for the cancellation inspite of my several reminders. Now it is Jan13th 2016. I am awaiting refund for 4th dec ticket cancellation. Your service is horrible.

On 30.04.2016 AI 9815 was cancelled and my ticket vide PNR No HWP3G was cancelled by airport authority. Since I bought the ticket by debit card please debit the same amount to my account. Please advice when the amount will be send to my account.

I tried to book a return ticket online for my colleague named Mr Vikas Grewal from Guwahati to Delhi and back for 20 May 16 (onward journey) and 26 Jun 16 (return journey) on 11 May 16 around 2000Hrs. I opted for Bank Transfer option to pay, as the ticket was costing Rs 11’061/-. There occurred a problem in the internet connectivity and internet stopped functioning while making the transaction. However the said amount was deducted from my State Bank of India Account (Transaction Ref: FSBI4476102917IG0BYWRH). The amount was transferred to INB Air India AIRINDIA Payments. Neither I received any intimation nor was the ticket generated. Upon speaking to the Customer Care on 13 May 16, they intimated the cancelled PNR as HMLFW. It is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my account No 30399437340 (SBI PBB Vasant Vihar, Dehradun, Uttrakhand).
