Recently I get call from sbi credit card department gurgaon they insist me to apply for credit card they apply online and on 6 July they collect the documents from me my other bank credit card copy and there statement pancard or driving licence on 15 July I got message Thank you for your interest in SBI Card. Pls give us 11 working days to process your App.No. 1918701008419. The ANNUAL fee on SIMPLY SAVE MASTER is INR 499. You can track your application status online at www.sbicard.com.

On19 July I get message
Your SBI Card Application 1918701008419 will be processed within 9 working days. Please keep this App. no. for future reference. You can check your application status sbicard.com. I have got verification call twice.

On 24 July I got message.
Dear Applicant, your SBI Card Application 1918701008419 is under processing and we will update you the status within 5 working days. You can also check application status at sbicard.com.

On 29 July I got message
Dear Applicant, your SBI Card Application 1918701008419 is under processing and we shall update you the final status of your application shortly. You can check your application status at sbicard.com.

Today 31 July I checked my status on line it was shown we are regret to inform you that we are unable to process your SBI Card Application could not meet our internal policy thanks for your time.

What is the fun and why you make the fool person. Kindly tell me reason.

Hi All,

I have got pop-up in sbi card account like upgrade to platinum card. I have selected and agreed. after that it was shown like you will receive call from sbi people then only your card will upgrade. But without call my card was upgraded and annual fee is 2999/-. The worst service is providing by SBI. They are blaming customers and it was not user friendly. I have never seen this type of worst service. I will request to people do not go for SBI card.

I am using sbi platinum card no.4377xxxx xxxx 9143 from last 5-6 years. my cards validity expired on 06/16. A new card of same number has been issued to me. I tried to use it from 07/16. But not able to use it. it was asking for pin number. I have not issued any pin number for this new card. 4-5 times payment has been refused. i also talked in customer care, sms to 921250088 but no solution has been provided to me. I tried to make payment to flip card twice and yesterday in a petrol pump but it didn't work. I have not been issued any PIN till now.

I am working in State Bank of Patiala. Someone from SBI Card came to me for issuance of SBI Card. Wherein he told me that as you are in Bank so there will not be any charges for you. But sorry to say that I am getting messages now and then for payment of my dues where as I have never used my SBI card no. 000437748659433****. A letter dated 15/07/2016 also came to me for deposit of outstanding amount of Rs. 2275/45p. I fail to under stand the reasons for it. Therefore I request you kindly cancel my SBI card immediately and Rs. 2275/45 p also.

I am a SBI IRCTC Credit card holder on 31st July 2016 we have purchase some home appliances (Rs. 58500) with SBI Credit card. We have 3-times discuss with SBI customer services for Equated monthly installments (EMI) and we got some experience who is sharing with you
Our real amounts is Rs. 58500/-, we are asking for 2 years
1) Processing fee for EMI (Rs. 1000/- min)
2) Service Tax Rs. 150 on processing fee
3) Rate of interest on EMI 14.5%
4) Our EMI Rs. 3144 + Government Tax (Rs. 188)
5) We have paid Extra Rs.16965 + 2544 + 1150

I would like to inform you that i have been receiving the e -statements of my credit card no 4377486576198426 on wrong mail id i.e rbhatia @grandtrixfilters.com from the beginning instead of rickybhatia10 @gmail.com which is my correct mail i.d. i have complained but no action has been taken till date

So ,i request you to kindly change my mail i.d and send my credit card e -statement from now onward on my correct mail id.

Flexipay on13,8.16 on the above noted card. I am from SBI staff 2ndly my payment record is excellent, I pay in full no part payment irrespective of the amount due on card. 3rdly payment is made much before due date 4th is I rarely ask for FlexiPayment and pays its payment timely. I therefore request you to wave off Interest/processing fees on this Flexipayment. Pls consider favorably. Reply is awaited.

I had to pay Rs 21868.84 in my SBI Card No 4726 4267 5473 ****. So on 10-08-2016 I have deposited Rs 11,000.00 (Eleven thousand) through SBI, Garacharma, Port Blair. But on 11/08/2016 you have directly Debit pay of Rs 21868.84. Please see my bill statement of my card. you have taken Rs 11.000.00 excess. Please I request you to deposit the money in my Credit SBI, card in my Account No-10785354214 immediately. Please see my bill statement. and answer me.

Sir,

Please refer to my earlier letter dated 29.04.2016 regarding credit card payment details.

I was not writing to you since I was not interested but your illegitimate telephone calls have made me to write. I have received your letter dated 27.05.2016 where my card number has been shown as 437748693123**** but so far I have paid against the card number 437748693536**** which was actually issued to me and which I used for around four years.

The present card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 9826 has never been used as you have cleverly tricked by depriving me of PIN number for which was a fake AWB No. was generated and was told that I was not available to collect that.

However, I once again remind you that no legitimate payment is due against my card. In the month of August 2015, I was supposed to pay the minimum amount of around Rs. 1200/-. I paid an amount of Rs. 1200/- on 28.08.2015 vide SBI Middleton Row Cheque No. 421268 at SBI Sreepally, Palta Branch. The amount was deducted vide Ledger No. 2058, Journal No. 4836 and Account No. 30847160582.

Since you have messed-up with the card number itself, you were supposed to check with the Bank whether the payment was made or not instead of harassing me till date. I have made atleast 60-70 calls to your customer care and to solve the matter I have already shelled out a considerable amount on telephone bills and also contacted your regional office situated in Fortune Towers, Kolkata. I met with the manager and supplied him with the copy of deduction shown in the pass book.

I am surprised that on my queries you have kept mum. The statement for the month of September 2015 has never been delivered till date and you are also concealing it as you are well aware that you have messed up. This trick and unnecessary harassment is not going to make me pay your illegitimate claim since I have already paid all your legitimate dues by March 2016. I am not going to pay the present illegitimate amount of Rs. 3398/- and you should stop harassing me over telephone and by sending false bills.

You should also appreciate that I am generous enough as I have not taken any step against your division so far but tried to solve the problem in an amicable manner. Instead of calling me you should contact the Bank immediately and reconcile the matter.

i am sbi card holder. my old card is going to be expired in dec 2016, so i requested a new one. Within one week i got that, now i want to ask you about cvc PIN for the new card which i received. Could i use old card's pin for new one or not? I have not received any new pin for new card.

Dear All,

I am very upset from your before 2 months back I applied for credit card in 2 banks
1. ICICI BANK
2. SBI BANK (Patparganj branch industria area)

After that I got a card from ICICI in 7 Days only & From SBI I got it in 30 days appx. With 2-3 reminder. ICICI Card limit is 1,00000 And SBI Card Limit is Just 28,000. Yesterday 01-09-2016. I got one notice from Sbi They give me Apx 600 charges. So my concerned is the I got one charge "CASH HANDLING FEE 100RS" So please give us reply me on same.

I am sorry to inform you that i have received your Platinum card no: 4377 4866 0921 **** without my demand for the same. I have not yet used/activated the same still i have been receiving bills Rs: 4442/- which is not appropriate. Also i am not interested to pay the same for such card. thus if you wish to terminate the card you can do so.

Kindly also credit the amount for your bill which i will not pay as i dont require such card and i have not used for which i need to pay. This card is a liability which your company has posed on me without my need for the same. I have tried your customer support many times for this issue but did not get any response. Kindly solve this issue.

I purchased air tickets of amounting Rs 16941 during may 16 against my card no 400667653448****. I opted late for easy 03 installment for same and during month of July whole amount was auto debited from my SBI a/c. Subsequently 03 EMI also started for same. first two installment not deducted from me but during the month of Sep 16 last EMI has been deducted which is I payed already. Please clarify because I am not satisfied with call center reply.

My Credit Card No. 4207 3990 6431 **** .

I dropped a Syndicate Bank cheque no.132989 of Rs 5300/- in SBI branch at Sector-56 NOIDA on 03 Sep 2016 against the bill cycle of 22 Aug. As this cheque was not debited from my account in next one week,I inquired from customer care and came to know that the payment was due. On 14 Sep 2016, I once again, this time e-submitted a cheque no132992 for the same amount in drop box ID S17 and got receipt No.44-550.

I have following two requests,
1. Please do not charge interest of the lapsed period as I did not default in payment. It rather got misplaced in transit.
2.Continue to sent me the bills in hard copies.

When apply for credit card told me that annul fee will be Rs 500 but you are charge Rs 2999 now i can not afford so high charge.
