I, Rebecca Davidson holder of credit card no. 4317575224084690 has deposited the cheque no. 000168 on 06 June 2016 at City court (SBI Bank) near Sikanderpur and the amount was debited from my Account on 09 June 2016 but I have been receiving the calls from the customer care daily that they have not received the payment as their system has not been updated. It's the bank fault so why should I suffer. I request you to look into this matter and immediately waived up the late payment fees. I shall be grateful to You. I have the hard copy of my statement for the proof if needed. Thanks Rebecca

Hi, I am Suryakant Lokre, I was cancelled my sbi card on 17.03.2016 & i was paid full final amount before 17.03.2016. But I received new bill on 17.05.2016 for Rs. 1271/- so same day i was called on customer care no. & request to close the c/c and delete all dues, but still again i was received new statement on June-2016 for Rs. 89/- this is perfect harassment to me from your side. So I am once and finally request you to pl close my c/c on 17.03.2016 & closed all dues positively. Regds.

I Received following message in my registered mobile on 3rd July 2016...

"Transaction of Rs 1986.00 on SBI Card ending XX6842 aat MCAFEE *INTEL SRCURITY has been declined as your card has expired. Please re-attempt the transaction with your re-issued SBI Card. This card requiires a PIN for transaction authorization".

My card has not expired nor I made any attempt to make payment to MCAFEE through SBI Card. This is very confusing and surprised. Please clarify at the earliest.

I am owner of card no.4726426896696012.my billing procedure is auto debit from my account. but last month billing is not auto debit from my account and in billing June 2016 many charges ad on my billing. that is not true. please correct my bill other wise block my card. i m not happy with this service. I had applied for SBI credit card on june 2016 and was assured that will receive the card within ten days. However, till now I have not received my credit card. but i had received pin. My credit card no is 524247928424****. I have already paid ur all charges before 6 month after that I am not using cards so how u generate bill after 3 month continuously. I told ur officer please deactivate my card before clearing last payment. After that no calls are come to me for bill payment or reactivate. So why i should pay the bill without ur information. Why are you not calling before reactivation. Also After activation no one call me in first second third month. Is this ur good service. So disgusting. I informed u stop my credit card today itself. I am not responsible for ur unvalue added charges.

We received SBI simply save credit card no. 4726 4267 5640 6320. Credit limit 65000/-. I want to know why the limited amount is very less? It is not my expected credit limit. When we got a call from customer person came to knew that the limit up to 5 lac. At least my expected limit is 2 lakh. Please let us know how to increase the limit or if there no chance of increase credit limit amount, then will return back the card. Kindly reply as soon as possible. Awaiting reply. G K Velu

My card No xxxxxxxxxxxx2380, i was paid my due amount through ICICI bank cheque no 378120 dt 05.07.2016 but unfortunately the cheque was deposited icici bank cheque drop box. when i saw there was no deduction from my bank then i enquired about the cheque at icici bank . the bank official after going through their system replied that the cheque is with them and remark noted in their system that card no is invalid. in this situation i requesting you pl waived my late fee if any thing and arrange to collect fresh cheque.

I have got 2 fresh SBI Gold & More credit cards. One for me and one for my wife. My request to you to kindly help me in changing the pin of these 2 cards. I have tried to contact the help line at 18001801290/1 but all are recorded help. There is not a single person to who i can personally talk. Kindly give me some number where i can talk and get my problem solved.

I have received Rs10000/ from atm on 14/7/2016, message said that no interest for cash withdrawal from
any ATm from1/7/2016 to 15 sep16, but interest with Tax added for cash withdrawal to my sbi cards account, reply may be sent to me early please.

Worst Experience, specially on balance transfer. Never try to take a risk to transfer balance from SBI card. Additional charges will be levied on your outstanding as well as on purchasing done during the time of balance transfer. On discussion with SBI executive asking on this additional charges imposed are as per RBI guidelines or not and they excused with an inappropriate manner stating that we have our own policy we are not here to adhere RBI guidelines whereas other outfits are also providing similar transfer facilities and never they have given such excuses. Moreover, at the time of offering the card executive had told that 1.8% transaction charges on booking of travel tickets through IRCTC will be waived off. However, such statement get defeated, SBI has imposed 1.8% transaction charges with other taxes on it as well.

Request you to all, If you will receive any call from any SBI card seller never accept an offer because all their statements seems fake and unjustified. Eventually you have to pay whatever amount they imposed on you to save your CIBIL rating. Worst experience with SBI card.

sir I requested you ,one week before ,to cancell my sbi card 4726 4267 5607 **** through this. on a phone call somebody from your office enquired everything and finally told ok to cancel the card. But still i did not get any sms about card cancellation. Please cancel my sbi card as early as possible.

I am holder of SBI Signature card No. xxxxxxxxxxxx0850. I am using the card for shopping and other online purchases. Normally I pay the dues in time and in lumpsum. So far I have not availed installment facility or minimum payment made for any month. IN the recent statement dt. 20.07.2016, I found that I have been charged around Rs. 1460/- towards Fin. charges, Late payment fee etc . While applying for the card, I was told that there will be no charges like fin. charges, annual fee etc for me , since I am an officer of the State Bank Group , in Scale IV. However, towards the dues as per the bill for Rs. 33,004.60, dt. 20.07.2016, I have today remitted Rs. 31,600/- , through online payment of SBT. Please verify the records and confirm to me whether the above charges apply to me (as against the promise that it will not be there !), and if not, considering my regular payments, please reverse the amount.

I want to bring to your kind knowledge that Representative of Merchandise of Shoppe Bazar i.e Raj Kumar Rathore and other persons their mobile numbers- 8826589272, 8826589273,7080188822 & land line no-011-45087861 contacted me on 25.07.2016 and inform me that cash back offer is being given to you up to 20% on your Credit card, they have cheated me and conversion taken place on IVR. After completing they inform me that Rs. 6900/- is being debited on your credit card as yearly charges, I shocked that after IVR conversation informing me about cash back charges. Pls do the needful in my matter and don't debited any amount in my Credit Card. I will not pay any amount to him.If not possible, kindly cancel my credit card. My card no is : 472642675463****.
