I am kumar Anand from Lucknow.I applied a SBIFbb credit card and I received card today.But, I request to you that please cancel my card which no. is 420739906471****. I want that the statement date should be 10th of every month. If you can change my statement date then I will continue otherwise I request to you that please cancel my card as soon as possible.

As i made my due payments after due datei.e 14 Apr.2016 and Rs.350/- deducted as insufficient balance charges from my card. but i paid Rs.6000 on 26/4/16 & Rs.7000/- on 27.4.16 in my card a/c. and Rs.13000/- in my Saving a/c. the total due amt was 21603/- which was already credited in my card a/c by you. the total charges Rs.1400/-also deducted. But till date my card is blocked. kindly reverse my excess charges and amount and unblock or activate my credit card. I m facing the huge problem without it.

My S.B.I. Card No. is 524182643473****. I had paid Rs. 16000/- by HDFC Bank Cheque No. 000255 dated 01.03.2016, which was more than the minimum amount due, and dropped the cheque in the designated cheque deposit box at S.B.I. Bank, Nirman Bhawan Branch, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi-110011 on 29.02.2016. As S.B.I. did not acknowledge receipt of the said payment, I suo motto raised the issue on 12.03.2016 on Toll Free No. 18001201290 and was assured that the matter was looked into. The said payment has NOT BEEN acknowledged till date. I have also e-mailed to feedback @sbi.com on 31.03.2016 the scanned copy of the Bank statement clearly indicating that the concerned cheque was debited from my account on 11.03.2016. I have explained this position to numerous telecallers from S.B.I., posted on Facebook page of S.B.I. and even sent SMS "COMPLAINT" to 9212500888. But till date no action has been taken to acknowledge the payment. I continue to be contacted randomly by your telecallers everyday and feel harassed to the core. I would request for early redressal of the grievance. Thank you.

I am getting frequent phone calls from +918459809106 inquiring my card number stating that you are going to issue new credit card with photo. In my phone true caller shows the number as "NEW SBI CARD CHEATING" and hence I have discontinued the conversation. The lady on the other side repeated the call and threatened to block my card. If it is the genuine SBI Card Number inform me accordingly. Otherwise take action to locate the number. I expect an early reply.

New card was dispatched to my old address in Trichy. Since I was not in that address, the card has been returned to the origin. Now I have registered my new address and request to send the card to my new address. In the mean time I am receiving SMS in my registered Mob.phone that the old card will be deactivated soon.

Insted of repeated request you have not cancel my Credit card no. 472642675489**** and generated bill frequently. Hence pls cancel my credit card and revert my bills immediately.

Hi, Since day I received SBI credit card (4207 3990 6415 ****), I have not used the same also my pin number is still intact. my card is blocked & I m getting regular sms to pay 3000 rs. which I don't want SBI protection card or any other facility. I received SMS stating that as an SBI card holder, my group insurance cover under SBI Life-Suraksha has expired on 29 Feb 2016. what has happen to my money deducted so far. If my insurance has expired then why am I being charged for insurance.Kindly look into matter and refund my money.

To whom it may concern ! I have deposited a Punjab National Bank's cheque number 1292 amount Rs3000/ into this sbi account card number 4006xxxxxxxxxx65 to card holder -Mr Parkash Singh Gill on 30/5/2016 and as per my transactions report it has been cleared however that payment is not reflecting to the above mentioned account.

It's strange - I'm still wondering that if the payment Rs3000/ has been deducted successfully than why it's not reflecting there.

I want you to find this error as soon as possible-we'll be waiting to get the prompt response.

During my logging the credit card got locked due to wrong information of my date of birth. Hence update my actual date of birth as 02/09/1963. My credit card no is 4377486574203780. Send a return mail after updating my date of birth.

I have requested to block my SBI card Ni xxxx xxxx xxxx 6157 on 13th of may 2016 and reissue a new Card as my card was been hacked and used. The request was accepted and a new card was reissued and sent through BLUE DART courier to my Office address which was mentioned as the address for correspondence. But the courier was returned back to the SBI office and they didnt inform me regarding the return. As i Dint get my new card as per the expected date i made a call and requested to redespatch the card and the same was done. But wen the Waybill No of Blue Dart courier service was asked the former way Bill no was told by the SBI officials which was not fit for tracking.

Even after making frequent complaints i dint get my new card and when i viewed my new ref No , it was mentioned as the card is in transit : ref no being EV16135109883. When i tried to track the card status it again it shows that the card is returnd to the shipper. BLUE DART COURIER has not made any call to my no. not they have despatched. I cannot wait anymore even after making frequent complaints. Waiting for 1 month for a card is too much . But SBI ppl say that ur request have been placed under priority. Is that told for a NAME SAKE ???? Kindly resolve me the issue as soon as possible.

I was issued SBI Credit card No. 420739906460****. My name was wrongly printed as SUNIL KUMAR B instead of SUNILKUMAR B BAGEWADI. I made a request to toll free number to change the name but it was not done so far. Please change the name correctly and reissue credit card at the earliest.

I request to you my credit due amount is 15613/- I want to convert into easy EMIS for the amount into 10 instalments my credit card no. 4726426754049973 through personally i can pay my EMIS to the SBI branches please make this conveinence for me. My self several time I personally tried to conduct by telephonically to customer care for help to block my credit card, which is lost in my home town back 37 days back. But I have do not connect costumer care executive till the date. Nor any message given by sbi credit card official till the time. And also sbi credit card members are frequently calling to me for payment purpose. But I want/I would like to give final payment for total amount which I have pay for one time. And closer statement to give me as soon as the earliest for payment. Delay my payment due to non receive bill details from sbi card authority. I noticed that huge amount of interest calculated by sbi card authority for the basic amount of rs15680/. Which I had purchase some ornament from shop. Hidden interest rate.

Sir, I have a SBI Credit Card (type- Gold & More), No. - 472642687902****, this card card is blocked, but due balance is showing in this card.

I am applying for personal loan from SBI, its showing in civil, due to this it creates problems in loan. I have talked to customer care for the same, complain nos. 1) 1-10945566255 & 2) 1-10948263823, they have processed for the same & they have told for written proof, mail through feedback @sbicard.com.

For the same I request you to please issue a No Dues Certificate or any evidence so that I can submit in bank for civil , in account of blocked (unused) credit card No. 472642687902****.

I requesting you again please provide any proof, so that I can submit in bank for civil.

I am your customer from long. Last month i got bill from you of rs, 571 .00. I did not purchase or do any transaction on your credit card. I want to enquire the same thing to you But i am not in the home town. When i reach my home town in mumbai i Paid your bill of rs 570 .00 by online payment having reference no. 161678169868. When i saw your new bill this again shows me the previous bill with the late fee. Please clarify me the bill amount of Rs. 571 and also give me a late fee charge.
