My name is Harish Chuphal FFno is 106348845 and my HDFC Visa Card no is 4854980800358873. I had booked ticket on my name for 01 May 15 from AI 560 from delhi to Hyderabad and return on same date by flight AI541 at around 0800 hours on 30the Apr 15 but i did not receive any confirmation on my mail id or cell no and despite deduction of amount around Rs 16963. therefore i was required to book second ticket on same flights by same name at same timings and my amount was deducted from same card amounting Rs 30851.

I fail to understand why it has happened and being a guy from armed forces, i do need to attend a meeting and thats why promptly i booked second ticket by same name on same flight and still did not get any confirmation. it was only after talking to customer care and its superior boss that i was told that both tickets are confirmed and booking reference for second ticket is HW1V7 and electronic ticket no is 0982112995973. I would request you to cancel this ticket and refund my complete amount for without any mistake of mine and send me details of first ticket booked in the morning.

I was booked to fly by Air India flt no. AI 849 from Delhi to Pune on 26 June 2015, Ticket no. 098-2112397191 and 098-2112397190 , Booking reference no. (PNR) : YXN11, Web Reference: AIBE16347654. I cancelled the Tickets on Air India Call centre number on 10 June 2015. I have not received my refund so far. I was not informed about sending the refund request by e-mail on 10 June by call centre employee.

I had cancelled the ticket for Mumbai to Delhi for the date 13 December 15, PNR no HP64F, Ticket no AIB21081986, flight no AI 348, date of booking 8/12/15 and date of cancellation also 8/12/15. pl refund my amount.

Baggage lost by Air India while traveling from Dubai. Its been a week and there is no trace of it. Very poor service and communication by the airline.

I have booked a ticket online for my journey of 14 sep 2018 from shiridi to Hyderabad on 5th Sept 2018 at 1645Hrs. I opted for Bank Transfer option to pay and paid the amount of Rs 5740 and Rs4690 The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account (Transaction Ref:nos 824021112214 and 824021125150 respectively). The amount was transferred to pos 405900xxxxxx3332). However the ticket was not generated. when inquired your help desk send the amount will be refund the tickets were not generated. the PNR numbers are ygbqy, hp81j,hp897 and hp8n3.

It is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my account No 50100176459702 with IFSC code: HDFC0004096 HDFC DIMOND POINT SECUNDERABAD.

My name is Krishan Kumar. I have booked 03 flight tickets 1- 0982132069696. 2- 0982132069697. 3-0982132069698 delhi to Srinagar on dated 04-12-19. My journey date was 07.12.19 but flight announced cancelled due to bad weather conditions from air India side. I have received reschedule on dated 12.12.19 but at this time also same above problem and again reschedule on 19.1219. But on 14.12.19 I contact customer care through telephonically for cancellation charges after ticket cancelled. They told me that in this condition no cancellation charges after ticket cancelled. I asked again but reply was same than I request to cancelled my 03 ticket. But on 10.01.2020 I have received rs.7074.00 out from rs. 14949.00 . My friend was suffered Same problem but he received full refund. So I requested please refund my remaining amount as soon as possible.
