I had purchased a kitchen chimney for my house which was purchased and installed only 2 months back. Now its nor working properly, its is turning on but its fan doesn't seems to work. I called their customer service number and registered a complain and they promised to send a technician the next day. But its been almost a week and their has been no visit by them.

i have called your service contact, they sent a boy who in turn said that he would get a replacement sparkplug for my stove which is in granite, but the he never showed up and has not answered my calls. my number is 9945169401.

Very pathetic service is provided. I have raised a complaint on 24th july to replace the broken glass which is out of warranty and i am ready to pay for it. After repeatedly promised that it would be replaced in weeks time every week, i am tired of calling the toll free number and mr bharat. After spending thousands of rupees for the useless piece i am very concerned about your service. Very sorry state for a company which is on air since 1955.

I am a very old customer of your Faber Kitchen Chimney. I regularly keep the said chimney under AMC for proper maintenance. Your service provider for me is M/s. Avon Marketing, North Calcutta. But un-fortunately I am not getting the normal & usual service in time. Say for example, I sought for servicing from them on 19.09.2015 and till to day (26.09.2015) no body has turned up to give the service. My AMC renewal Form No. is F67887. This kind of service not only gives harassment to the customers but also hurts the reputation and standing of your Company. Would you please look into the matter and give me the remedy.

This is very annoying to know that a reputed company like Faber has such a bad service my gas in not working since 8th of September this is my 4th complain on ur call centre inspite of this no one has attended nor called for the same. when I called they say we weren't home as it is not possible since I m a housewife n always home. kindly look into this matter urgently as this is enforce me to take this complain to your higher authorities.

pl refer my earlier complaint two three weeks back. your serviceman is giving a aluminium sheet (in the name of filter) without any pack and without product name, without any MRP and he wants a charge of Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty only. I also do not know that this material is used one. The material shown to me is look like cheep one and valued less then 100/- K. G. Sajeev, 9224325180.

The burners of your hob installed in Apr 2015 have rusted. Rep of your company in Oct had no explanation for the defect. He assured that the defect will be analysed and suitable action will be taken to replace the defective components at the earliest. Nothing has been done so far. Request intervention to resolve the issue.

It had purchased cook top on 10th January. From the very first day I have been facing many problem. I have faber chimney last to last week my chimney not working so i compliant. your service men come and change the motor or exhaust and i pay 6000 rupees but after pass one day exhaust not working. So please suggest me what i can do. And what kind of legal action i can taken for those service provider company.

This is the worst customer service I have ever come across; never ever buy their products if you do not want to lose your peace of mind. It look them 2 weeks, a dozen mail follow-ups and over 20 calls and escalations to get my chimney installed.

I purchased the gas bob during February 2016. Last month I had problem n the stove and complained through yor toll free number. After a week (only after repeated request) they send the technician. He said that its not with the stove but with the gas regulator and rectified the problem by lighting the stove for some time without any vessel on it. When we started cooking with the vessel on it the same problem erupted. Immediately I booked a request thro toll free number on 31.5.2016. But so far no reply or any technician reported. Is it the way of after service?? It iis very much disappointed that a company like yours doing like this. Atleast after this mail please arrange to respond my request.

I had send LTD registration form duly filled along with bill on 20-08-2015. but still I have not received my life time warranty card or any other related document confirmation. Sir I want know what is the status my warranty card, as on 14-08-2016 one year will expire . Pls. confirm about this as earlier as possible. waiting for life time warranty card.

I have bought a Faber brass burner hob a couple of months back. From day 1 I had a problem with the hob with 1 burner not working well and the knobs being very tight. I called the company and also the Faber service center. They came twice and said there is no problem without checking anything. For the last 2 months, my cylinder has lasted only for 28 days whereas it used to come for 46 days. The good takes longer to cook and there is alot of gas consumed. I strongly believe that the hob is defective. I have been asking for a replacement. Please replace the hob asap. If I don't receive a solution, then I will have no option than to file a consumer case against the company.

Between, the customer care toll free number is never answered. There is a voice mail where they seek the name and number and promise a call back. But that never happens.

I have purchased one faber chimney modle no. Curvy tc ac energy bk 90. Within 6 months the oil collecter is broken. I complaint vide no. 1704042246038 and reminded many but nobody attended nor reply. Finally come to know that they have no spare parts of any thinks. Just for one fiber oil collector my 18 thousand rupees fully waste. So be aware buying faber items. Don not believe on faber item.

Big burner out of he four is not working for the last one month. Local service people removed the same pending replacement. whenever we contact your local service station we get only evasive reply nor your customer executive through toll free number not responding. We find very difficult to run the kitchen. If you do not respond immediately and address my complaint I have no option but to go for a new cook top but of course not for Faber again.

I have purchased faber hob model 604 CI on 20/10/2016 and got installed on 22/10/2016 from your authorised service provider by paying installation charges.

The ignition part of the smallest burner is faulty from the time of installation. Every time on my complaint the technician visiting my house promise to replace the part as the same could not be repaired inspite of their best efforts.

I am sorry to point out the same is still not replaced and the one year warranty is going to expire. I never expect such a poor after sale service from a company like you. I expect that you will understand my problem and get the faulty part replaced immediately. Mobile 8588065367.

I bought Faber Kitchen Chimney LTW on dated 14.04.2007 vide Invoice no.009690 with LTW Card no.JPR 0719526 UNIT S,NO.612225346 from Surbhi M.I.Road, Jayanti Market,Jaipur (Raj.). One rotor is not functioning properly creating lot of noice. I lodged the complaint telephonic on dated 11.9.2017 at costumer care no.18002093484, technician of authorized service center here jaipur is "poorvi sales" checked it and told for replacement of one rotor and it will be replace (Under LTW free) in 3-4 days along with visiting charge Rs.400. It is to say that in warranty terms and condition it is clearly mentioned at. s.no.1"All parts like motors, Rotors, Switches are covered under the warranty s.no.2 that" visits made by the Faber Technician for repair of the item covered under warranty will be free".

Sir why he is asking for visiting charge? please sort out my problem and instruct to 'Poorvi sales" Jaipur. not to charge visiting charge Rs.400 as he was agreed with the written agreed with warranty terms and condition. thanks i hope my problem sort out at earliest.

I have a Lifetime Warranty for Faber. But your company never provided any services. Last yr your service provider Heatcraft charged me 2850/- for 1 yr contract (No1554 Dated 27.02.2016 for 1 yr chimney service contract but never came for servicing despite several reminders by phone & an email complaint. When I ring your Customer care numbers they are not working or the service providers say that they do not handle products under warranty.

Please tell me what is the meaning of your lifetime warranty? If your warranty has no meaning or status, why do you cheat your customers?

Purchased Mars 90 cm chimney with Life Time warranty Card No. KOL 096034. Chimney was malfunctioning and complaint was lodged on 27.10.2017. Service engg. visited on 28.10.2017 and found that the suction motor is not working and needs replacement. Till date no information has been received. We purchased a Faber cooking range on 4/1/18 from Sun city, Thrissur, Kerala. The exact product we purchased was "FCR 44L 4B 4FBK" with a dimension of 500 x 500 x 890mm which was informed by the dealers and the appropriate brochures. We constructed the cupboards according to the dimension and when the product arrived the dimensions had varied by 15mm as we weren't able to install the product.

We filed a complaint in Faber customer service on the 6th of Jan (complaint no 1801062640924) expecting a quick response since we were having our housewarming function on the 7th. We were extremely disappointed to use our old stove instead of the new one for the function. When we inquired with the dealers(Sun City, Thrissur) they replied as if it wasn't their fault and they weren't informed by the company about the upgraded dimensions.

Who's ever fault it is, right now we don't have a cooking range to use after paying for it and there's no use in refunds as we already have built the cupboard according to the given size and we need to get the same model.

Since we are not getting a proper action to our matter we are going to proceed by registering a complaint in the consumer court.

Purchased the hob in Oct 2017. From day one the big burner flame is very low and takes a lot of time for cooking. The 2 small burner flame is much better than the bigger burner. I have called the toll free several times and the technician have already come 5 times but unable to solve the problem. Please urgently look into it or else replace the hob with the new one. Your technicians are not able to justify the problems and i have doubts whether they know their job.

I have purchased ( online ) a chimney Premier Energy TC 60. While installation the filter brought by the technician did not fit well and he tried to use screws and then tape to hold the filter. Clearly the filter brought was for a different model. Does Faber not have the correct filter for the model I purchased or is the technician not well informed / trained. I have stopped installation till I hear from you.
