I have purchased faber hob model 604 CI on 20/10/2016 and got installed on 22/10/2016 from your authorised service provider by paying installation charges.

The ignition part of the smallest burner is faulty from the time of installation. Every time on my complaint the technician visiting my house promise to replace the part as the same could not be repaired inspite of their best efforts.

I am sorry to point out the same is still not replaced and the one year warranty is going to expire. I never expect such a poor after sale service from a company like you. I expect that you will understand my problem and get the faulty part replaced immediately. Mobile 8588065367.

I bought Faber Kitchen Chimney LTW on dated 14.04.2007 vide Invoice no.009690 with LTW Card no.JPR 0719526 UNIT S,NO.612225346 from Surbhi M.I.Road, Jayanti Market,Jaipur (Raj.). One rotor is not functioning properly creating lot of noice. I lodged the complaint telephonic on dated 11.9.2017 at costumer care no.18002093484, technician of authorized service center here jaipur is "poorvi sales" checked it and told for replacement of one rotor and it will be replace (Under LTW free) in 3-4 days along with visiting charge Rs.400. It is to say that in warranty terms and condition it is clearly mentioned at. s.no.1"All parts like motors, Rotors, Switches are covered under the warranty s.no.2 that" visits made by the Faber Technician for repair of the item covered under warranty will be free".

Sir why he is asking for visiting charge? please sort out my problem and instruct to 'Poorvi sales" Jaipur. not to charge visiting charge Rs.400 as he was agreed with the written agreed with warranty terms and condition. thanks i hope my problem sort out at earliest.

I have a Lifetime Warranty for Faber. But your company never provided any services. Last yr your service provider Heatcraft charged me 2850/- for 1 yr contract (No1554 Dated 27.02.2016 for 1 yr chimney service contract but never came for servicing despite several reminders by phone & an email complaint. When I ring your Customer care numbers they are not working or the service providers say that they do not handle products under warranty.

Please tell me what is the meaning of your lifetime warranty? If your warranty has no meaning or status, why do you cheat your customers?

I am very upset with the service. difficult to get customer executive on customer care no. Did contract for one year. After collecting the money person didnt turned up. I think use of faber chimney now should be banned if they are not able to provide customer service.

Purchased Mars 90 cm chimney with Life Time warranty Card No. KOL 096034. Chimney was malfunctioning and complaint was lodged on 27.10.2017. Service engg. visited on 28.10.2017 and found that the suction motor is not working and needs replacement. Till date no information has been received. We purchased a Faber cooking range on 4/1/18 from Sun city, Thrissur, Kerala. The exact product we purchased was "FCR 44L 4B 4FBK" with a dimension of 500 x 500 x 890mm which was informed by the dealers and the appropriate brochures. We constructed the cupboards according to the dimension and when the product arrived the dimensions had varied by 15mm as we weren't able to install the product.

We filed a complaint in Faber customer service on the 6th of Jan (complaint no 1801062640924) expecting a quick response since we were having our housewarming function on the 7th. We were extremely disappointed to use our old stove instead of the new one for the function. When we inquired with the dealers(Sun City, Thrissur) they replied as if it wasn't their fault and they weren't informed by the company about the upgraded dimensions.

Who's ever fault it is, right now we don't have a cooking range to use after paying for it and there's no use in refunds as we already have built the cupboard according to the given size and we need to get the same model.

Since we are not getting a proper action to our matter we are going to proceed by registering a complaint in the consumer court.

Purchased the hob in Oct 2017. From day one the big burner flame is very low and takes a lot of time for cooking. The 2 small burner flame is much better than the bigger burner. I have called the toll free several times and the technician have already come 5 times but unable to solve the problem. Please urgently look into it or else replace the hob with the new one. Your technicians are not able to justify the problems and i have doubts whether they know their job.

I have purchased ( online ) a chimney Premier Energy TC 60. While installation the filter brought by the technician did not fit well and he tried to use screws and then tape to hold the filter. Clearly the filter brought was for a different model. Does Faber not have the correct filter for the model I purchased or is the technician not well informed / trained. I have stopped installation till I hear from you.

I had purchased a new kitchen hob from Vijay sales, Andheri West on 5/4/2018 and it was delivered to me on 7/4/2018 and installed by Mr Shiv kumar. We found that one of the stoves was not getting self ignited and have registered complaint immediately. We were told to wait for 10 days since there was no spare part available at that time.

Cooking Range repair in despair

I have made repeated complaints to the faber customer care and service centre for the repair of my cooking range since 14 April 2018, a person came within the first week said we dont have the hinge will order it and has not returned since then. The door fell on my foot and hurt me, and the inner glass has also broken because of their negligent attitude. I am very disappointed in their after sale service.

My chimney was installed on 2.1.2016 with Model # Hood curvey TC AC energy LTW BK60. Its is not working sufficiently and I do not possess the skill to open it up and clean all through out. I purchased chimney on 26.6.17. Since then I am reminding for installation. No one turned up. what should I do now. Shall i return it back and go for another company. It is really disgusting. Service is very poor.

Though the chimney has lifetime warranty, it has stopped working and no one is responding!

Wish to draw attention of the customer care department their helpdesk no 1800-209-3484 is not working and the mail sent to them has no result. Very very bad service! Will advise not to buy their product. The lifetime warranty is a felony!!!

There is problem with the knob..... And burner. This is third time I am giving complent but no response from your side..... Ur giving the worst service.

customer service is pathetic & pity. I recommend not to buy any of the products. then only they will learn the lesson.

Pathetic service...despite of repeated complaints none of them has been answered...we hav bought gas stove from you 2 months back...it’s not getting self ignited I had made complaint thrice but none of ur technicians visited. kindly revert back asap.

Dear Sir,

Your technician arrived after five days of calling!!!! Changed the charcoal filter and fitted the bulb in 30 seconds!!!! As I has not pinned it properly. He charged 400 rs for servicing the chimney!! Charcoal filter I paid the amount! Charging this amount is not justified ! And called day light robbery ! His credentials looked doubtful!!

The ignition stick of the burner needs to be changed so today the service centre advised me that it is unavailable and have informed their warehouse for a replacement. Your service is very unreliable unethical and below standard of international brand! A very nonchalant attitude! Causing your clients relentless problems!

Hoping I would get the part soon, otherwise one burner... large one would be redundant!!!

I have been using dishwasher since one and half year .I suddenly stopped working we registered complaint which was answerable in about 15 days then the service men took it with them and returned it in about one month...is this the speed of service??? We trusted Faber and bought two products worth 50000 and now the service men says that the main part is damage and you have to pay approx 2000...after such a delayed service is it logical to pay such an amount ...no doubt the part worth this much ..but is this the life of products you sale or is this the way you provide services to your customers. I am very disappointed with such Services and product quality. I need an answer soon at 9463823102.

I am from Bangalore. I have raised a complaint through toll free tor Chimney repair, then I got a call from the toll free that their representative will call you and address the issue. Later the representative called and came to the house. He told that some part of the chimney to repaired so he took away with Rs.2500 for repair. After that he never picked up my calls and blocked my number. After two months, somehow I called the from different number and he took the call and said the wrong number. His name is Raghu and number is 7975966898. He is fraud. Be careful with this person.

I have purchased Faber Chimney (Solaris PLUS LTW 60/90 )on 28-04-2015 through Sri balaji kitchen concept, shop no -4, municipal office circle, near Central park, opp meeseva, APIIC COMPLEX, Tirupati-517501 vide bill no 53 dated 28-04-2015. Motor faulty since 10-10-2018 and the same complained to your authorities. Problem not yet rectified. Please expedite the process to solve the problems.

Dear Team,

My Self Karthick (A Frustrated Customer) from Chennai using Faber products (Hob and Chiminey) for more than 2yrs. During these days, as a customer its observed that the Credibility of FABER brand is screwed away because of your poor Maintenance & Operational Support.

I have been calling regularly to Faber customer care for periodic maintenance like cleaning and servicing even though the Faber Product is good. so that as a customer, we feel that the product lasts long if service is done via Faber Authorized persons. But, My situation is going worse day by day. That is the reason for writing this email as a ESCALATION.

Vendor: Smart Care from Chennai.

This vendor was the one who is doing the regular periodic service for FABER HOB and Chimney. Due to Non-Qualified technicians, The HOB Burners and the switches got DAMAGED. I have called them multiple time to resolve as it was damaged by their technicians. But they refused. I was being repeatedly informing over phone to smart care for last 2 months.

This time i would like to extend the escalation to FABER and see whether you are able to address my issues ON-TIME, else i will start taking legal works and forced to update in Twitter/Social sites to restrict to people to buy / know about FABER as POOR maintenance.
