Dear Sir,

Your technician arrived after five days of calling!!!! Changed the charcoal filter and fitted the bulb in 30 seconds!!!! As I has not pinned it properly. He charged 400 rs for servicing the chimney!! Charcoal filter I paid the amount! Charging this amount is not justified ! And called day light robbery ! His credentials looked doubtful!!

The ignition stick of the burner needs to be changed so today the service centre advised me that it is unavailable and have informed their warehouse for a replacement. Your service is very unreliable unethical and below standard of international brand! A very nonchalant attitude! Causing your clients relentless problems!

Hoping I would get the part soon, otherwise one burner... large one would be redundant!!!

I have been using dishwasher since one and half year .I suddenly stopped working we registered complaint which was answerable in about 15 days then the service men took it with them and returned it in about one month...is this the speed of service??? We trusted Faber and bought two products worth 50000 and now the service men says that the main part is damage and you have to pay approx 2000...after such a delayed service is it logical to pay such an amount ...no doubt the part worth this much ..but is this the life of products you sale or is this the way you provide services to your customers. I am very disappointed with such Services and product quality. I need an answer soon at 9463823102.

I had purchased a kitchen chimney and stove for my house which was purchased and installed only 2 or 3 months back and your chimney is under AMC. The knob of the gas stove has come out for the second time, last month your service guy came and replaced the knob of the right one, now it's left side. Please send your technician quickly and this time will be the last visit, if it happen again i will throw the stove to your faber showroom. I am from Bangalore. I have raised a complaint through toll free tor Chimney repair, then I got a call from the toll free that their representative will call you and address the issue. Later the representative called and came to the house. He told that some part of the chimney to repaired so he took away with Rs.2500 for repair. After that he never picked up my calls and blocked my number. After two months, somehow I called the from different number and he took the call and said the wrong number. His name is Raghu and number is 7975966898. He is fraud. Be careful with this person.

Dear Faber, now who will bear my loss. Can I know?

I have purchased Faber Chimney (Solaris PLUS LTW 60/90 )on 28-04-2015 through Sri balaji kitchen concept, shop no -4, municipal office circle, near Central park, opp meeseva, APIIC COMPLEX, Tirupati-517501 vide bill no 53 dated 28-04-2015. Motor faulty since 10-10-2018 and the same complained to your authorities. Problem not yet rectified. Please expedite the process to solve the problems.

Dear Team,

My Self Karthick (A Frustrated Customer) from Chennai using Faber products (Hob and Chiminey) for more than 2yrs. During these days, as a customer its observed that the Credibility of FABER brand is screwed away because of your poor Maintenance & Operational Support.

I have been calling regularly to Faber customer care for periodic maintenance like cleaning and servicing even though the Faber Product is good. so that as a customer, we feel that the product lasts long if service is done via Faber Authorized persons. But, My situation is going worse day by day. That is the reason for writing this email as a ESCALATION.

Vendor: Smart Care from Chennai.

This vendor was the one who is doing the regular periodic service for FABER HOB and Chimney. Due to Non-Qualified technicians, The HOB Burners and the switches got DAMAGED. I have called them multiple time to resolve as it was damaged by their technicians. But they refused. I was being repeatedly informing over phone to smart care for last 2 months.

This time i would like to extend the escalation to FABER and see whether you are able to address my issues ON-TIME, else i will start taking legal works and forced to update in Twitter/Social sites to restrict to people to buy / know about FABER as POOR maintenance.

I do not think the company cares about complaints. My service request #190108327295 is not attended by either the customer care centre or by the service subcontractor. I wonder whether anyone will by anything from Faber. Unprofessional organisation to say the least.

I had purchased Faber Super Plus BKTC 60 chimney and GB30 MT(2TR) hob on 2/7/16. On 12/1/19. I was contacted by Ms Radhika (8919597963 mobile number) stating that servicing was due.I fixed a date for 20th morning.The service engineer did not come and we kept on waiting postponing all my engagements. The service engineer finally came on 22/1/19 after much delay.His name is Murali Krishna.

He has no identity card,or anything to suggest that he was from Faber company. He attended to the gadget but did not know much about the work to be done.After working on the gadget for 2 hours he could not fix two of the burners and left with out completing the job. He did not even give a receipt for the money he collected.

I wish to bring to your notice that my complaint needs to be addressed urgently and resolved to my satisfaction at the earliest.Kindly ask your authorized service centre to get in touch with me.

I have installed RO 4months back .It is working ok but for few days it is making noise.I have registered my complaint yesterday &my complaint no is 1906033571758.pls resolve this issue.

Aug 2019: Chimney cleaning service Rs 600/- charged. Just for soaking the chimney grill in caustic soda for 10 minutes. Service person didn't even bring any cloth/cleaning . Just keep the grill in caustic soda for 10 min and charge the customer with service charge of Rs 600/-. Fooling customers in the name of FABER SERVICE.

This is the worst customer service I have ever come across; never ever buy their products if you do not want to lose your peace of mind. It took them 2 weeks, a dozen mail follow-ups and over 20 calls and escalations to get my chimney cleaned.

We have brought a 3 burner gas stove from digi one ambarnath 6 months back and since last 3 months we have been following up worth your local service center mr praveen.

Your service  person mr sonu had come and in the warranty period before attending the complaint  checking the fault and then charging for spare parts if any they are having outright charges even before locating defect.

Are you not giving them salary and are they not knowing service culture  and process of warranty. In last 3 months despite repeated follow-up with your service center kalyan our problem is not solved.

Within 24, hours if the problem is not solved we are not interested in keeping your gas stove and will be filing writ petition in consumer court for poor service and return our money and collect your shoddy product.

To get repair our chimney it not working no37 Balaji garden Ariyakudi road Karaikudi Sivagangai district Tamilnadu 630202.

We had purchased a FABER GAS STOVE from Harisree Home Appliances, Chalakudy (Thrissur, Kerala) 3 years back. (Model No: GAS GB 30 MT CIG 106.0332.867, Serial No: H1612501976) Within 6 months of the purchase, the large burner became impossible to use because the flame even in the maximum setting of the knob was inadequate. We reported the issue to the company representative. A representative repaired the problem but the problem recurred a week after the repair. This kept happening every time the repair was done (we had enrolled in AMC for the last two years and the representative has repaired the device 6 times as of now). At the same time, I haven't encountered any such problem with the other two burners. We have come to know that other people who have purchased this device have faced the same problem. I would like to know if this is a manufacturing defect. And if it is, I need a knowledgeable representative to look into the problem and come up with a permanent solution for this issue.

The exhaust fan of the chimney is not working properly since 2 months. We tried to complain to the shop from where we purchased the chimney, they didn't attended the call. The chimney was in warranty period but because of lockdown there no one available to repair it . Please send your technician to repair it as soon as possible.

Your toll free no is not working. My chimney is under AMC and is not working. please send your engineer for servicing.

My Faber hob burners are not working. Occasional spillage of liquid is unavoidable in our cooking. But the burners could not take it and they are blocked. I have made service requests many times and have cleaned the burners frequently but there is no luck. Please let us know what will be the best possible solution. Complaint call is also please attend to us asap.

Pathetic service, service center not takes issues seriously even products is in warranty period. No response after following up of 7-8 times. Arrogant staff.
