I have booked my bus ticket from yatra. App and money debited for banglore to goa bus but didn't receive any msg &. Mail for bus booking.

As per records, our customer care team would have contacted you for all your concerns and have given you the required information and assistance, according to our findings the booking is not confirmed and full refund of the paid amount is processed from our end on 20 SEP 2018. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Brought Metro ticket from airport road station to Ghatkopar. Money debited twice & still QR code never appeared. Please refund my money Rs 40/- at the earliest.

I have booked a flight, my money has been deducted from my card but ticket has not booked yet. It's saying oops some hiccup.

Two time money deducted from my credit card bill for my flight travel, which I booked on 8th september18. Booking I'd is 0809825396802. The cost of ticket was 5226 but money deducted two time of 5226. Please refund it ASAP.

I want a correct customer care number who can solve my unsuccessful transaction amount and it's refund.

I booked subject holiday package with yatra by paying 30% booking from Sales agent Vivek Pal. As soon as as i paid, He stopped giving answers to my every query and stopped answering my calls from his boss number. Above that he is not even replying to mails that i am sending.

Now i have no status of my booking and cant even go for other booking just because my money is tuck here.

Hope they will you train your agent to give proper service as i am even to start journey with Yatra.
