Starting and battery problem. can't stabilize running..etc
I am facing same problem. i purchased jan 2021. still facing same. changed battery many times but still experience problem.
Worst management
I bought gixxer sf on april 22 2021, as of govt rules since lockdown is imposed, i haven't used my bike for 2 months after reopening of service i visited one and they're saying you're first service due is over.. and after a long conversation they did the service with in days i felt loose chain and improper suspension problem. please respond.

I had bought new suzuki access 125cc in Arun motors, Madurai on feb'21. Till now it has used to drive 2000km approx and attended it 2nd free service.
Acheivement
5 break down complaints in 8 months
For every break down 1 weak service time
Then they will give "no complaints sir" everything is alright.
This issue is bcoz of new govt policy and implementation of B26 engine
And they will share details to how to maintain
Petrol level should not below 1 ltrs
Should not fill fuel tank
Daily you should drive minimum 5kms
Dont use side stand often
Dont use self start often
No registration in timelines
A couple of month ago i escalated a case of newly purchased Access125 motor bike, but while discussing with customer support member mentioned that they are not going to reply me over email for any timeline of closure:

I tried to follow-up with the customer care & dealer couple of times by holding my ongoing task, trust me it is hard to get available time from daily schedule to keep such open items for follow-up.
As per my understanding if a motor bike is purchased by dealer of Suzuki or any other organization, then registration must be completed within a month , but it seems to be more than 5 month & no response till now.
It makes me feel that i selected wrong organization for motor bike purchase & will never recommend any of my colleagues to go with this company based on their attitude & behavior.

my vehicle suddenly stopped while running as I said and it was in night 10.30pm. at unknown place, so far from my home. There was no service center near by me at that place. I had serched and asked to one passerby and took the help of one Mechanic. He has done and vehicle started well. Then second day I went to Udaan Suzuki Vasai service center and told them all scenario. They Checked and suggest me for Throttle body Service but it's Chargable.
I asked them why like this when my vehicle is in warranty but they refused. Said company policies. I shocked and thik that for your policy care should I have to parked my new vehicle in that unkwon palce at night?? Should I have to wait whole night for Udaan Suzuki person come and help?? "Ya to dhakka maar". What is the logic behind this??.

I have purchased Access 125 in December 2021. I am facing lots of problem in this product like it is giving less average. My vehicle suddenly stopped while running. Parts not available for service time.
Worst worst service centre

I'm sorry for this. The worst service i have found 2nd time in the same service showroom the name is royal Suzuki very funny.... Service quality and the name not even matching for 1%. Worst water service, worst parts replacement... Worst worst worst..... Best in bill. Only production design sale is not enough service is the backbone of sales and customer service. I have never ever found like this service anywhere.

One year back I’m purchased burgman street bike on casa Suzuki suryapet branch after six months of purchase my bike throttle valve was damaged and the service Center also worst service Center and the salesman sells the damaged bikes.

Mene suzuki burgman 125 gadi perchase kari thi daryaganj se 5 mahine baad se gadi me problems a rahi he 3 mahine se har 3 din baad service center me jata hu gadi ki problems solves krane wo gadi ko temporary theek krdete he ..gadi bas ek din theek chalti he next day gadi bnd ho jati he....service center wale kabhi kuch change krne ki bolte he kabhi kuch...sb try krliya paisa aur waqt dono lga diye but gadi ki problem nhi ja rhi upper se wo misbehave krte he very bad service very bad gadi @suzukiburgman

Service not in good hand

In the name of service, only those parts which have to be changed are given by doing it. If there was a problem, then she did not even touch.
My Suzuki Access is having Problem of engine Heating. i have tell service manager and engineer but Engineer not help me and not clear my Heating Problem. Engineer tell me You go outside and Washing Your Scooter then your Problem will be solved. i pay service charges and all parts. Every time i wash my scooty in my home. my problem is still there.
Brake issue
My bike run only 11,000kms but lot of issues in braking system. Recently we repaired the bike for front brake issues. Again we are facing same issue in short span of time, we are worried about our safety. Either repair the issue are replace the bike as we cannot take any chances.
Regarding bad service

i have brought Suzuki Access 125cc at my home town at Rayapudi Suzuki at Kothagudem Pin 507101, Bhadradri kothagudem dist, Telangana State on 22nd May 2023 with Net payment of 1,19,000/-. Till now they have not given extra accessories which the amount have taken already, they are not responding. We have never seen this type of service. Please take it as customer unsatisfied problem and take necessary action.

I P. JAYADEEP KUMAR H/o VURUBINDI SIRISHA bought Access 125 Special Edition on 02-01-2024, at the time of delivery I didn’t receive any kind of Documents related to vehicle. After 6 days my vehicle got registration that means for 6 days, they sold me the vehicle with out proper tax paid and registration (case to be noted)

Complaints Regarding:
1. At the time of delivery, no documents were issued (Registration, Tax)
2. At the time of delivery PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) was not done properly.
3. At the time of delivery speedometer was disconnected without my intimation.
4. Spares installed were Duplicate and billed with company spare name and part number.
5. At the time of delivery some spares which were billed not given and marked as pending
6. In the bill they charged Rs. 6322 for accessories bill paid trusting those were company but duplicate ones were installed.
7. In the bill they mentioned premium coating of Rs.1000 of new vehicle, but as per my knowledge its dealer responsibility to give the vehicle in a right manner which should not be the extra burden to the customer moreover, they billed for this.
8. First and foremost, thing the behaviour of the manger was very rude after asking all the defaults made by them which she is not yet all answering and showing her attitude and minimum accountability was also not there
9. No hospitality even I was there for more than 5 hours not even offered Drinking water.
10. As I asked the manger for CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) she refused and said do what ever you want and I will reply you for your complaint (this shows how she behaved with me) and more over I had taken this to Manger with their employee’s voice before me they also said she behaved very rudely to the customer.
11. As considering the company to acknowledge the above said issues I need a proper action and the difference amount should be refunded. As I am not yet all agreed for their behaviour.
12. For your information I am enclosing all the supporting photos and documents for all my complaints. I think while reading and seeing the photos and documents you will get the proper clarity of this complaint, expecting that company may take some action and refund the amount and need a proper invoice, bills and tax receipts after correction of the amount.
I think and expect the authorized person of the company may take some action against this complaint and resolve this issue as early as possible.
But I am not able to take the attitude and behaviour of the Bharat Suzuki team which they has to be penalised and not to repeat to any other customer here after.
