I had booked spicejet ticket from mumbai to delhi dated 07/05/2020 and return journey on 17/05/2020 and PNR IS AFCCJK but due to lockdown flight got cancelled so i want refund of my money.i had also booked ticket from mumbai to varanasi dated 20/03/2020 whose PNR is ZF8KPQ and return journey from varansi to mumbai dated 02/04/2020 whose PNR IS T7EC6V got cancelled so i want refund of that money also.

Your SpiceJet flight SG 6631/SG 2752 dated 10-Jun-2020 to Varanasi via Jaipur has been cancelled due to a misconnection. We regret the inconvenience caused.
I
was approached to customer care regarding my cancellation. He answered that refund will made in next 21 day. After 27 day l am not received my refund so far. Kindly credit it as soon as possible.

I was in uae I booked one ticket by cleartip one spicejet which was canceled and they did nt give me any response?? related money back or book somebodys ticket. I want reply I want to book my husband ticket behalf of mine which was canceled.

My PNR No. ADQVTQ I got an email stating that Due to schedule change, your SpiceJet flight SG 468/SG 5 from Hyderabad-Mumbai-Dubai dated 26-Jun-20 has been cancelled. We regret the inconvenience caused.

So I tried customer care many times,but could not get, it has mentioned in an email that, payment using CREDIT SHELL option only and will be validated till 31st march 2021 only. i am unable to use/fly before or on date till march during this pandemic situation. so kindly arrangement would be made to get the same amount be remitted in my bank account with out delay.

I Swapna Agarwal hereby want to complain and bring to your notice regarding the baggage of my traveling. I was traveling with my two young kids and my pnr number is E9WKRP. I had boarded from bagdogra and was traveling to mumbai via delhi on 24th june at 12:05 pm  and when I received my luggage in Mumbai at 10.15 pm. The suitcase chain was totally broken my suitcase was open just because of the cover of the suitcase somehow my goods were safe. The handling of the baggage was not at all done in a proper way. Please look into the matter.

Dear sir,

The luggage is checked at boarding station. But there is no cross check of luggage taken by passengers at the destination station where passengers pick up their luggage by recognising it visually. To ensure the luggage goes to correct person, I suggest that one more cross check should be introduced at the destination station to ensure that luggage taken out of air port premises goes to correct person. Otherwise your service is very good.

I was traveling with my sister and we experienced help lot of inconvenience at check -in counter.I have travelled frequently with indigo and other airlines but this time they made us cry before the boarding.we were about to miss d flight ✈️.They have even charged us for water bottle 2000 rupees ..saying extra baggage.I will refrain myself from traveling via spicejet in future.

I the above named individual is an Ex-Servicemen, I alongwith 8 members were booked an a ticket from Bangalore to New Delhi on 11 Sep 2021 at 6:05 flight No SG190. and return ticket on 12 Sep 2021 at 19:35hrs from Flight No SG901. 3 members of our collegues reported at 5:00 O clock onward journey, and we 6 members were reported 5 o clock 3 mintues. but your staff were not ready to give boarding pass said that the portal was closed. After sincere request also they were not accepted to give the boarding pass. Even after asked to refund. After that we have get a ticket from GoAir paying 37,500/-. In next day we have reported at your Spice Jet Counter for return journey at arround 5:30pm on 12 Sep 2021. Your staff has been issued a boarding pass mentioned departure timings that 8:45pm without intimation / without msg. without any kind of proper reason. We all the passengers were waited at Gate No 51till 8:45 no staff is there to receive or explain why the flight was cancelled/post phoned. In airport display board also showed 8:45 only. Your staff were issued a boarding pass to passengers the time of departure was shown in 8:45 and 9:15, 10:00 different timings without any kind of notice.

We the passengers called your staff through CISF staff. Your staff came and told that the flight will be rescheduled at 10:45 pm. the passengers were panicked and raise their voice to which time is correct. someone says 8:45, someone says 9:15, some one says 10:00 and 10:45. After I asked i came on check in 3 min late your staff were denighed to give Boarding pass.

Now with out intimation the flight delayed 3 hrs late then who will responsible for that. Rule is equl to customer and company. After we raised our voice only your staff agreed that the flight will arranged to Bangalore. I requested your kind honour to repay the money which was my hard earned money.

This is regarding the bad experience which I personally experienced at Bangalore airport on 5th of October 2021 by the ground staff of Spicejet. I had heard that solo travelling gives us all kinds of experiences and we will get to explore new things but I did not know that before I started my journey I would get such a bad experience from the airport staff of Spicejet.

I agree that I had 4kilos more luggage than mentioned on the rules chart but there would be many ways to fix this issue too as I had only sweaters in my luggage and  I was travelling to Dharamkot for Trekking for 15 days.

The staff there Neither helped me/ gave suggestions / spoke to me about it to get  it fixed nor did they allow anyone to help me.I had many people whom I knew from Mysore but they did not give me a chance to even talk to them and to sort out things. They never allowed me to talk to anyone out there.I was alone struggling to sort out my things and at the last moment very ground staff there were yelling at me and their behaviour was pathetic.

I personally felt like slapping each one of them for their attitude and behavior for their customer service. Ground Staff at bangalore airport working for spicejet are only for making money and nothing else.And the amount was fluctuating according to their wish and will from counter to counter.At the first counter she said 3000 and second said 4500 and then the last one said 7000.
I also paid Rs.4500 for my excess baggage and then they let me in. 
I didn't know that this is the customer service which you teach your staff.
I will definitely never book any flights from your site and will never recommend it to my family, friends and others.

My pnr no is X5CU3B, DATED-11Apr22, Hyderabad to jammu. I was reported spice jet boarding pass counter at 5.08 am.counter representative is telling me, your web checking is not done so time is over I can't give boarding pass. So my flight is cancelled.

I calling customer care no. I asked web checking timing he told one hour before complete web checking. My flight timing was 6.10 am so i am reported to 5.08 am, why was not give boarding pass. One more i am also web checking completed with phone. But your representative told that your process not completed. Your website show that on my mobile web checking complete.

I am reporting right time, Pls refund my total amount.

Do you also care about lost baggage? I have been trying your customer care helpline endlessly and it’s the worst I have ever seen. Additionally, I have dropped the email to various email addresses given in their official website. But received no reply instead of system generated email. Pathetic customer service. I need by luggage or refund the amount against my lost luggage otherwise I am going to take this matter to the consumer forum to take further action on SpiceJet. PNR - IH717H
