Failed to deliver all items
My order was delivered 2 days back.
2 items amounting to Rs. my order delivered today.
2 items amounting to Rs. 181.25 has not been delivered. Whereas I got the message that Rs. 168.02 will be credited back.
Why is the difference? I have availed the scheme of 50/- discount on Rs. 500/- invoice . Excluding the items which has not been delivered,still the invoice is for Rs. 504/- less 50/- + 10/- handling charges. Whereas I got the message that Rs. 168.02 will be credited back.
Discount scheme was not on percentage basis than why proportional discount adjusted. I have gone through your terms and conditions, Coupon usage para refers only the promotional items, which are not eligible for discount.
My simple question is when scheme was 50/- off on Invoice amount of Rs.500/- ,my invoice amount was Rs.514/- ,why will I not get 50/-.
Further it's your fault, you have failed to deliver certain items,which you must deliver, when available, free of delivery charges. Your store employees are not rendering good services.

Belur Rangoli Mall staffs are most irresponsible and do not respond to Customer calls.
Payment made twice by Spencer staff due error of POS transaction

I made payment for Rs 4274.96 at Spencers sector 56 Gurugram on 02/07/2022 time 13:17:12 with my kotak bank card for goods purchased. The counter staff told me to give another debit card for the same transaction as the there was a problem with receipt slip. I gave another HDFC debit card and the transaction of Rs 4274.96 was again done on 02/07/2022 time 13:18:50. The payment for the goods purchased was taken twice from me as will be shown on your vouchers for the date and time. I got confirmation emails from both banks that payment was successful for the same amount in both banks
The payment was made twice due to error and carelessness of Spencers counter staff intentionally.
It is requested that the excess double payment be refunded to me.
