I found muck cake of a lizzard in uncle chips packet, please do proper cleaning of food processing area.

it's issue which i noticed while having Kurkure Masala Munch one cooked warm is on one stick, please request you to make things carefully. it's breaking our trust. Sad :-( after many years i started having kurkure but still issue is same getting small stone/sand or Warm/insect.

I have a suggestion regarding one of your product which is aquafina the quality of your bottle of aquafina is not as per as your repotation of PepsiCo company. The quality of the plastic used in your bottle is very thin as when the bottle is packed it’s tight but when we open it the bottle flattens. so please take care of it as i dont want that your sale of your product decreases.

All Pepsi company is worst in India, it’s yuck it should be improved soon in coming days. only in India the taste is bad, if the Indian Pepsi company owner drinks Pepsi out of India like muscat uae Saudi Qatar like out of India the owner it self will never drink his company soft drinks. there is no proper flavor no proper sweetness no proper ingredients. it’s not a small company it’s worldwide because of one drink it can spoil all companies name specially Mountain Dew there is no real taste. then company says dar ke agge Jeet ha no Jeet it’s har sorry to say but worst taste.

I have bought the kurkure peanuts...the taste was nt at all good...it was quite bad. it smells bad and was too salty. m very disappointed with this product.

Recently I bought uncle chip but it had bitter taste. Chips were burnt. pls make some improvement.

I brought a pack of kurkure masti batch no. N2101118 mfg on 10 Nov 2018. It was extremely under cooked, too solid to be chewed. This quality was not expected.

In the past lays chips were good in quality and more in quantity. Now chips come so less in one packet. The taste is bitter and not degrading. I as a trusted consumer has lost faith and will search for other options now.

Greetings for the day!

This is with reference to your product i.e. a packet of 'American Style Cream & Onion' flavored lays chips. Batch No. N3081018. I bought it few days back & found it to bevhighly adultrated & had a very bad pungent taste. It is highly disappointing that such a thing took place from a prestigious company like PepsiCo. Incidences like these tend to lose faith upon the company and force the consumer not to consume any of its product.

I thereby seek for compensation for the latter or else I would have to take further steps to seek redressal.
Hoping for a prompt action to take place.

Dear sir I have resenty buy a2 liters bottle of mountain dew from a retail shop but it was contaminated and darkish colous. it's seal was not broke but when I drink a sip it's taste was horrible and it leads me losemotions and fever. I request you to respond for that otherwise I will take it to the consumer court and set ban on it because it contaminated by something which is not acceptable at all.

Behind the pack it's written not for sale. But I am still seeing lays being sold in railways. And Rs18 packet is sold at Rs20. just don't know why you people write something that can't be handled by ur sales team.

Lays chips are the most consumed chips in india.. but nowdays when we buy that, it does not taste upto the standards of the brand. The american style cream and onion flavour has become the most disappointing.The quality of the potatoes are poor as they have a weird after taste, which seems like they have been made with rotten potatoes.

Its hard to believe do u gave authority to shopkeeper to charge more price than the maximum retail price. A shopkeeper told me to take a 40Rs mirinda for 50Rs. why such thing happen with a big brand like pepsico. #exploitation of customers.

Best in taste and this product KURKURE, have most filled packet i have ever seen and you would make a salty and spicy KURKURE.

We have been regularly buying Tropicana Apple juice from Big Bazaar, Mulund and occasionally from D Mart. Since about 3 or 4 months, we have noticed that the inside aluminium seal is always broken. Initially we thought that it was an aberration. But even with the last purchase, both cartons had broken seals. Please investigate why this is happening. We certainly cannot continue to prefer your products under these circumstances.
