While depositing money through CDM, it timed out on 29/09/18. I have visited the bank several times but there is no response. The amount is 17000.

Your reply that my above complaint was redressed as per Bank Policy. Accordingly, I visited the Bank's website but could not see the reply. I approached the branch personally on 17th Nov. BM and staff promised to open and inform me but so far it did not happen. I already gave my email id and phone number. Please arrange to communicate the decision directly instead of searching for website. I already informed that for more than 5 months, I am without cable connection. For no fault of mine, me and my family is made to suffer.

I KAMANA MITTAL having one saving account no. 06422191038961 in OBC bank. I have given request for account activation around 20 days back. But till date my request is not processed by bank staff. i called branch staff number of times to know the status but no response received from branch side.

Please accept my complaint against Kamlesh Sharma at OBC Dharamshala Road Fatehabad. On dated 11-2-19 my mother, 69 years old lady who was not healthy, visited the bank for transfer of funds from her S/B A/c to my S/B a/c in the same bank. Mr. Sharma rudely behaved and demanded for cheque whereas she has not been issued C/B being illiterate. He denied to attend phone call made by me regarding this transaction. Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub : Complaint regarding non receipt of ATM cum Debit Card against OBC SB A/c No. 11552122004393

This refers to my SB A/c No. 11552122004393 opened on 14th June, 2019 with The Oriental Bank of Commerce, Kalkaji Branch, New Delhi and at the time of opening the account I was told that the Debit Card will be directly sent to my registered address in a maximum of 15 days’ time.

It is 53 days now to be exact since the opening of my account, and I have not yet received my ATM cum debit card and am losing money on conveyance every time I come for enquiry of the Card and also for withdrawal of money from my account.

Upon enquiry of the Card, I am being told that they have a facility somewhere in Delhi where the Cards are prepared and that since many days they do not have stock of the Card paper in which the card is printed.

I am surprised by this kind of a callous response from such a reputed bank towards its customers.
I would not like to add any further as the above is quite explanatory of my situation.

Both loss of time and money towards non-receipt of Debit Card and frequent withdrawal needs of money from my account is adding to my inconvenience day by day and I need to be compensated for the same.

Kindly intervene and resolve.

Respected sir,

I owner of BENGAL AGRO PRODUCTS, BURDWAN. (A/C NO.- 02244010000660) request you to check my account for unneccessary charging RTGS/NEFT charges. Since as per RBI guidelines no bank is allowed to take any charge against any customer on behalf of NEFT/RTGS. Moreover as per my knowledge the charges whatsoever charged against RTGS/NEFT goes to RBI. so when RBI is not demanding any charges why should we need to pay charge. Please check the attachment given below.

I request you to check my account and take necessary action on refunding the charges on transaction (NEFT/RTGS) we have made from 1st of JULY 2019.

Dear sir,

i have deposited rs: 1,700 in e-lobby machine in r.k. salai road branch on 05/09/2019, but the amount was not credit in my account i have give a complaint in the branch with charge bank form they told me i will received the amount with 7-21 day, after 10 days i went to the branch to check the status, they told me they will tally the amount then it will me credit in my account, on 13th day i went the branch same replay, on 15th day, i went to the branch they ask me to wait and they started searching the charge back form (21/09/2019) which i have given on 05/09/19, they ask me the details like my account no: mobile no: deposited time.

then finally i raised the complaint after 15th day my complaint number is 190921522084, and they ask me to wait for 21 days more. FOR RS: 1700 WILL CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT, really i don't known whether R.K. SALAI, branch staff and manager are doing ? I have given a complaint with charge back form on 05/09/2019 but today is 21/09/2019 the complaint was raised?

Why i have waiting for more 21 day for a charge back complaint. What happen to my complaint ???? Why my complaint is raised after 15 days can any one check with this, you can also verify cctv footage if it working means for your reference on 05/09/2019 3pm to 5pm in atm and branch also.

Hi,

As per RBI policy 6 july 2017 zero customer liability. And how i responsible for this upi transaction as i have not shared any pin or atm information to any one and i already informed the branch on 9/10/19 And submitted the application and crime branch copy into bank but no action is taken in past 3 days as bank know that the amount was transferred into paytm bank account fraudulently.

But no action taken by your side kindly explain why?

Why bank not involved with paytm through mail or any communication to freeze that paytm account in which amount was there for atleast 24 hour -36 hour what action was taken against this in this time period are your customer care was sleeping during this hour and when this transaction was made we immediately informed customer care to block my account then still why no action is taken

As an customer i am generating information from paytm and other banks its bank duty to do this but no call and mail received in past 3 days kindly explain why it was delay as bank dont have any responsibility for customer money or taking it lightly because we are just customer.

I want my money back any how as per RBI norms i have already informed within 3 days. Kindly tell what action you are taking against this and when will i get my money back.

Today i visited Oriental Bank of Commerce, Kabool Nagar, Shahdara-110032 branch. I am customer of this branch from the last 30 years. The staff sit on Fix Deposit counter is always behave so unmannered and harsh specially with all old age people. I am experiencing it from the last 1 year and being senior citizen i should have this right to raise the voice and complaining about such staff. A quick disciplinary action must be taken against such staff because it is happening from the last more than a year now and I am raising it on the behalf of all the senior citizens who are facing it.
