Reg. Replacement of brand new defective water geyser
Dear Team Havells,
This is regarding my latest purchase of Havells Storage Electric Water Heater: Instanio Prime 6 L.
We purchased this product from INCS Mumbai(Navy Canteen) on 23rd October 2019 & installed it on 30th initially it started working but on 1st Nov 2019 suddenly it stopped working, we lodged a complaint at your customer care number & a technician was assigned for the product, shortly he arrived & checked & repaired the brand new product stated that some issue happened with the thermostat which was inside the geyser & such problem arises very rarely. After his assurance we thought that a representative of such a trusted brand like Havells will not give false assurance but today again my brand new product suddenly stopped working. Such kind of bad product is not expected from Havells.
We no more want any technician at our place to re-open the new product again n again, hope you can understand the pain after buying such a trusted brand if such problems occurs again & again. We want an immediate replacement of our product as we are facing medical emergencies in our family, few days back only Liver Transplant is done in our family & both the members requires Hot Water for different medical purposes so kindly save us from such a mental harassment.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis. Waiting for your positive response.

I had registered a complain
Dear sir / madam
I had registered a complain on 25th nov 2019. 1412193824244 service request no. Engineer came on 26th or 27th of november. Whose name was Palash he said that it will be replaced or the parts will be changed as it is in warranty period. Even he have took the happy code also to close the call. And said the call will be closed but your work will be done. But, till today there is no response from your service center.
If you all are so careless then there is no use to keep open a service center like this. It yours responsibility to do the work on time why we will chase.
Not getting any reply after registering my complaint
on 2nd june 2021, I have registered a complaint regarding my steam iron esteam 1800 w which is not working. Again registered complaint on Toll fee number vide service request 0406219624710. But till day nobody has visited or contacted me to resolve my complaint. Please resolve my issue otherwise i will have to take strict action against you.
HAVELLS FREDDO coole cooler Fan Blade Broken on its own at night
With in three months Havells freddo fan blade broken itself at last night, worst quality fan blade, please replace it, If you can return it than it good for me. cooler is costly but Fan is too worst, also after one month of purchase its pump had to be changed. it can not bearable.
Water geyser not working
I raised registered the complaint at customer care on 1 sep but still there is no resolution from company and no one bothered to resolve the issue. Worst experience from Havells.
Water heater repair related
Team,May I know the status of my complaint 07112111746114. Why does this show up as canceled? Service technician revisited on Tuesday 16th NOV and replaced faulty parts and it became functional for momentarily 2 days. Now again the water heater stopped working. He even did not provide me with a bill for service repair when asked, saying bills are not provided and charged me 1800 for part replacement plus service charges.
Now when i am calling their numbers they are not picking up the phone. I am really disappointed with this service from Havells provided in my area. I want to escalate this request to higher officials taking care of customer services and get this issue resolved ASAP. also i am not receiving replies from customer care, i will be checking further where i can complain about this.

1.5 ton 5star AC Wrong install
Mai pichale saal Ac purchase Kiya tha local distributor madhu electronics Sindhanur se. Mai us samay jammu me tha aur fitting wrong kardiya hai, diwar me pani leakage horaha hai poora wall karaab hogaya, cooling bhi kam hai sound bahut jyada aa raha hai. Isiliye mai ne lagabag 5 baar customer care me complaint kiya hu lekin koi bhi response nahi kar raha hai. Local shop wala bhi response nahi kar raha hai isiliye is sight me likraha hu please koi tho solve karo mera problem..

Threats by Havells employee by (Mr. Anil Mahta)
So far, i am waiting for your response, after a long time nothing has been done by the havells. I have complaint to all concern person but nobody has take any action and reply as usual.
I have discussed the all issue in verbal and writing with all ground staff to top management but they guys are helpless. I have also requested to all to provide the mail id but they all denied to give me the mail id. Even not ready to listen me.
The all illegal working has done by Mr. Anil mahta and Mr.Girdari and they all shouting at me and threatening also, why i have complaint against them.
