Failure of induction heater-make M/sHavells india ltd
Dear sir
I have purchased your make Induction Heater (Model name- Insta cook pt,Serial/ Batch number-ciuptg11056514), But on dt 21/10/17 it became fail. My wife Vandana jain (8128696271) registered complain on your site online appx. dt 23/10.,complain number GJ-231670. He came appx on dt 24/10/17. and replaced par tPCB against price Rs 1150/-. But next morning ,when we start induction heater, it will not work properly. After this we complain online daily, but still no person reach and rectified problem. It is requested to instruct concern person for attending immediately.

Havells Fan Florence blade issue
Hello,
Complaint # HF031643
This is to inform you that i have raised request/complaint on 3rd June around 1'0 clock in the afternoon and i was informed that technician will connect to me in next 24 to 48 Hrs. Though i didn't get any revert until 48 Hours. Only after escalating so much, i had received call from technician saying i will solve your problem by today evening. When i contacted him in the evening, i was informed 'I am sorry" AND we dont have stock so you will have to wait for couple of days (2-3 days). I also did follow up everyday.
1st Day - I was told the stock is left from gurgoan
2nd Day - Stock has not reached my place
3rd Day - Wrong stock received
Now, i was told i have to wait for more one week (7 days) times. I have been living without FAN from last 5 days and i have been told to wait for more 7 Days. I wanted to talk to Sr Executive/Manager but even he/she wasn't available.
Can you please look into this and help me with something on Urgent basis?

Non visit of service engineer even after 10 days
Dear Team,
I had raised a complaint vide complaint id 280219514290 dated 28/02/2019 for my non block pump. The engineer despite fixing time never turned up. I escalate this on 2/03/2019 to the customer care. I got a call from M/s Triveni engineer (mobile - 9540222075) and he too after fixing a time did not turn up.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable from an organisation, like yours. I do not want a service engineer from M/s Triveni to visit for the complaint, basis their un-professionalism.
Motor is not working
I purchased a new water motor and found problem in the same. I contacted customer support multiple times and still waiting for solution.please look in to this on urgent basis.
