Hi Team,

This complaint is about pathetic service that I am receiving from Havells. Despite registering multiple complaints and making multiple calls at your customer care in last 2 months, my problem of replacement of ceiling fan is not being resolved.I had purchased 3 Havells Ceiling fans (Orion-model no) on 10th October 2017. Out of them 1 fan is makes noise while running since purchase. I have complained about the same several times but still my complaint is not being resolved.

The engineer has come multiple times at my place and have replaced all the parts excepts fan's blade and still unable to rectify the problem. After replacement of part, they neither provide you any service sheet copy or nor they send you any reference email for the same which could indicate which part has been replaced. They simply ask you to sign in their job sheet which remains with them only. When I asked them to replace my fan, the service centre partner (Jagdamba service Centre) asks me to contact Havells Customer care and when I contact customer care about the same, they say they can't do anything and it would be engineer's decision whether to replace the fan or not. Would appreciate if you could check your call logs (if you maintain any) how many times i had to call Havells. Every time i have repeat the same story to a new person. Have spoken with several supervisor/Senior Executive (Umesh, Tanya etc) and several front line executives but none was able to help me.

Please let me know what is left in the fan if the stater (entire unit except blades) has been replace 4 times but still the problem exists. The service is so worst that the engineer and service centre both are not responding to complaint properly and everytime they say, it will be done in next 1-2 days. The last call that I registered is still pending since 18th June but nobody has contacted me or has arrived at my place to replace my fan.

I have made a big mistake by choosing Havells as product for my home appliances. I should have never done the same. Anyways, its a lesson for me. I would never recommend any havells product to anyone also will file a legal case in consumer forum for the mental harassment I have been going through because of this.

I will also ensure to know the entire world about the great service which is actually pathetic is being provided to its customers through Facebook and Twitter.

Hello sir,

I purchase a ceiling fan model ES-50 on dated 29 March 2019 from canteen. But by mistake I took wrong blade (model Velocity). When I contacted to canteen they said our stock is null. I contacted to costomer care 02 times but no body resolve my problem. I requested you pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Hi, I buy your product silinceo to see ad with low noise. Also touch panel advance look. But sorry to say your mixture is not up to mark for Indian kitchen. After opening that is not working after demo, two jar lock system are not working. And yor juicer option is.not able to move for tomato juice. Your havells demo person is also not able to do that, this is harrasment of customers. How only two days old things are not working properly. I don't want this product this is wastage of money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Maine mixer grinder 2 June 2023 ko buy Kiya tha. kintu small grinder damage ho gya tha fir Maine complaint register Kara di kintu is complaint ko one month ho gya hai aur abhi Tak koi samadhan nahi hua hai na hi call ko pickup karte hai.
