Hi Flipkart,

I have order for Black Jean brand Celio size 30, skinney fit. Well they have dispatch wrong jeans , I really don’t know which brand, wrong size and wrong colour too. I never thought flipkart company would cheats it's customers by one way or other. I was cheated not once but twice blatantly by the company. I am really not at all happy with you the way flipkart company deal with customer, being so big company. I will make sure none of my friends and family members will shop from flipkart.

Very poor customer service... My request to all don't buy anything from Flipkart and don't buy any products. Lastly kindly refund my money as soon as possible. below are my details.

I bought a LED TV from your site on 6th October 2016 as a Diwali Gift for my Parents. It was delivered on 19th October 2016 was fully broken. Immediately asked for the replacement and i got call from your headquarter apologise for the product and also for the delay and she assured me that pickup will be done on 5th November. After that I got a mail also saying the same thing.

Now its 5th of November and still there is no pickup for the stuff. I am really disappointed with your service. And I am fed up chasing for my product with your customer care service because they don't have answer for anything.

I want my product to be delivered immediately (not broken) and status of the delivery with exact date in written. Or if you cannot provide me replacement than when I'll get my refund? That too i want in written so i don't need to chess it again and again.

Hello binny,
It's very disheartening that your flippant service issue every pathetic. I placed the above order and received a msg on 4th nov 16 that you will receive your order before 7 pm today means on 4th nov and after 7 when I called to your delivery boy he said I will not deliver your order kyuki mai nikal chuka hun, you will receive it tomorrow than I was waiting for the product but I received my another order of flipkart than I asked your delivery boy call to that person who have not deliver my order yet. he said will deliver you and simultaneously I called your customer care and asked them to please reattempt my delivery. your delivery boy has given a wrong feedback that call not received May be because my home is in outer location but you deliver there. the pallavi girl at your call center raised a request for delivery I told her delivery boy is telling wrong he is lying and she raised a request. today morning I received a msg for cancellation of same order and again I called to your call center and the girl name pratima has not given me resolution.

when I asked for MD e mail I'd she said aapke ek order k lia hum apne MD ko mail nahi karenge. It's pathetic that just because of these kind of employees flipkart ki service badnaam ho rahi hai she said we can not do anything. It's pathetic that mere ek order k lia I can not mail to MD. Wow words and attitude at service desk...useless I will also complain on social media the behavior of pratima was pathetic.

I ordered puma round neck t-shirt but the product was not that what I 've ordered and I 've already sent back the goods for replacement but no news about it and also I 've tried for refund but I 've receive neither of it. so please help me out in this I'll be grateful to you all. Price worth Rs 1679 only.

I ordered hair straightener and its delivery date was 4 nov 2016 but till i have not received the material. I called your customer care executive she told me that she had re attempt my order and now 4 hours ago u sent me the invoice copy of delivered material that is totally fake u made that. Because when the people receive the material they signed and u should send me that copy but u did not... I want my material.

I spoke to your representative over tel in toll free no and made complaint towards the same. You are requested to pick the damaged product and arrange the fresh one.

On November13th I was ordered the Apple iPhone 7 (Rose Gold,32 GB) its worth was Rs.60000.00. When i got the phone on 17th November i am shocked that instead of Apple iPhone 7 (Rose Gold, 32 GB it was Ghadi Detergent Soap. Immediately i returned it to the delivery boy and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive simultaneously. I need my refund amount for the iPhone. I received a redmi 3s prime but its quality is zero all the problem are there in this phone i want replacement but their executive are saying not to replace it its order id is OD407492359712110000.

Hi, I have been a regular customer with Flipkart since 4 years. but never have been so disappointed with the service. I had ordered for HomeTown Apollo Engineered Wood Free and payed 13,500 rupees... almost 2 month ago but since then not even a single call from Flipkart to update me on the delivery of the product. I have nearly tried reaching for more than 25 times till now to Flipkart to know the status of delivery. While they promised to deliver it by 2nd November 2016, they kept postponing since then and until now I have not received any calls nor the product! what a pathetic service this is ????

How can Flipkart become so irresponsible and vague to their customers?? do you guys think we are sitting jobless and we call customer care all the time to know the status??

I ordered few products from Flipcart selecting card on delivery. I received few paying with card and few they gave it to Ecom logistics and they don't have card acceptance and they cancelled my orders when I said I only pay by card. Now they are asking me to place the order again. Ecom people spoke very rudely Also told in local language like, get lost we will reject your shipment before disconnecting.

Order (OD607453124114670000) on OCT 28 , 2016. I bought an GESTURE ATTRACTIVE ARROGANT COMBO OF # STYLISH CREATIVE ANALOG WATCH - FOR MEN. But i dont received any type of warranty card in it. after about 20 days i requested for replacement of that product because of of some other problems.It is having 30 days replacement or return facility. When delivery comes for replacement of my product it refuses to take the defected piece from as warranty card was not in it. and he suggested me to contact customer care of flipkart. i hope an earlier response from you.

As i have booked the Apple iPhone 6 (Space Grey, 16 GB) on 30-11-2016 and my order no. is OD507735416443651000. But it was damaged and i have on the spot return the mobile to your courier
