I had order for 2 dresses. Order no is OD107243789972914000. I got the product on time. But the colour as well as the product shown was totally different, so i request a refund back as i dont want a replacement of the same product. hoping to get the revert back soon.

I want to inform to you that i ordered a MOTO E3 on 5 oct and 14th of oct had given to me final date of delivery. But today 17 of oct I did not get phone. but i get the msg of delivery that today your order is reay to deliver. But in the end get a msg that sory today we could not contact with you. Even i did not a single call from them. today did call to ekart they said today we will deliver the phone finally. But i did not get any. one thing is that I had have to go somewhere but i could not go. even i had reserved the seat to go and at last could not go and i did not refund of my ticket. And today said we will not confrim you will get tomarrow in the morning. even that i have paid in advanced. so i thing that is the reason for late.
and this is irresponsiblity that is done from your side.

We purchased above item in early of this month. It was replaced as we received a damaged article. The replacement product was delivered on 14th instant. The installation persons came on 19th. When we saw the product it was as good as a toy.. Totally not worth for my money and i wanted to return it and get back my money.

But I was receiving information that the technical staff would be deputed on 23 for checking and then only it would be decided. Now, again i received a communication that my issue would be received on 25th of this month. I do not want to prolong this issue and do not want the product too. It is requested to take back the item and refund the money at once.

Dear Team.,

I don't think that any one is reading the mail and giving resolution, As I said earlier I dont need refund I need replacement.

This is to inform you that I ordered a MI5 from flipkart on Big Billion day and the same got delivered on 7th Oct 2016. But the same was faulty hence i have requested for replacement and the same got delivered on 19th Oct 2016.
On the Very next day I have unbox the same and found that the Display of the phone is damaged.

Today I have spoken with Flipkart Executive and they taken the refund request however I need a replacement of the product. As the same item I purchase in EMI and the 1st EMI got charged, and the same discounted price is not available in flipkart now. The agent has directly denied for replacement however the fault is not from customer end as the replacement product was also faulty.

Hence I would like to request you to provide replacement rather than refund. Returning money will lead to loss for me of amount around 2.5k.

I am a regular customer and as a customer point of view would request for replacement.
Please forward the issue to your higher authority as i can get the replacement.

Third class service and customer care of flipkart.

After 25 days my refund not credit in bank account. And you representative (rahul from indore rajendra and monish unit head and team leader from puna, both are waste). Your representative saying we will contact you within 24-48 hrs, but from 5 Oct they are not contact. And everytime saying "please wait 24hrs" from 5 oct, till 25 days no benefits, worth flipkart services.

Flipkart in connivance with Motorola is cheating the public . Moto e3 power mobile purchased by me vide OD507124444482407000 dated 23.09.2016 from flipkart was faulty and service has been declined by service dealer on the ground that phone is fake and warranty data is not available in the databank of motorola. I pursued with motorola and flipkart but all in vain. I am compelled to seek the help from consumer court. Public to beware of such type of cheating of flipkart and motorola.

Hi FK, I am very ashamed that a company like you can give this kind of horrible after sales services.The main reason for writing this email is to get my refund for order IDOD207319823598888000. I request the return of this product on Tuesday due to several malfunctioning in the very new handset and your people was trying to fool me that I have to visit service centre for this new product means you people are out of your mind.I don't want this shit phone, please refund my money ASAP.

I have received your replacement but still I am facing problem in this mobile now this is last & I want to only return the product, No excuses I have faced many problems from starting to till now. Am not at all gonna take this mobile anymore with me.

So, You are requested to return this product as soon as possible. According to your policy or whatever you must take this mobile back. I have wasted my approx 15-20 days with your advice & this type of product.

totally bullshit! item not replaced and wrong information updated.I waited till promised day of delivery and to my surprise today I received a message from flipkar that your order has been cancelled. I followed up with customer care executive but did not get any satisfactory answer. why made me wait?? It is very shameful that you cancelled my order without even consulting me. I registered a complaint against that rude courier boy (9831126496)and you guys assured me that you will take stringent action against the Courier Executive.and today you cancelled my order!! wow what a action! i am totally disappointed.i m feeling cheated......worst experience of shopping in my life and it is flipkart.... I feel, if a sale is not handled by brand like flipkart, it should stop doing it rather than fooling customer.

Hello, Just to aware you guys as Nidhi and Pooja both representatives of Flipkart transfer the calls to each other turn-by-turn for my problem and didn't get any solution from them. And also instead of giving the call to Manager while I was asking, she transferred the call to her colleagues and wasting time of both too.

I have ordered jojo red colour curtain on 26th oct 2016. I had received my order on 1st Nov 2016 but the curtain I received is totally different colour and different pattern.
