I have purchased Ameo mixer grinder. Which has been given 2 years warranty for appliances and 5 years for motor. The jar base was broken within two months. I have asked the agency to replace but he denied. And asked me to comply to the customer service center Because I believed Crompton is the good company I purchased the mixie.

My pump bought only eight months ago stopped pulling water up, called the given number provided. Unique Services is their authorised service centre, the person they sent knows nothing, just wants to take my pump to the shop, did the same thing with my Crompton Greaves stand fan, brought it back after a week working worst than it did. So i did not allow as the pump would have suffered the same fate. It's been some days now, no water, no repair.

Never buy Crompton Greaves again!

Purchased date 28.10.2021-- The same day installed . Running bearing sound . complaint Crompton service. service person came , but problem not rectify . he is checking only. the same problem continue and speed going slow. again i complaint but no person will came.

I purchased cooler DAC 43, 17 March and the cooler fan motor is not working on 19 mar. I make complaint on 19 mar and technician visit and request forward for replaced motor but till today 11 Apr I dont get response from the Crompton team. if request is forward so why Crompton not change my motor till 4 week. I am still waiting. Please take action other wise I will take action on Crompton team. I can go to consumer court contact me 9015024943.

After 25 days, the new induction cooker I bought from Crompton stopped working. After numerous service requests to the Crompton service Centre, they identified a service provider. They took my induction on June 1st week and promised to fix the small circuit issue in a single day, but 20 days have passed and they still haven't returned the product. Whenever I try to contact them, they always give me the same excuses and put it off. This is a terrible issue because I have been eating food from outside and am quite dissatisfied with the services.

I kindly ask that you return my induction so that I can have my neighbourhood electric shop fix it.

Closing service request without my consent. I have even written on job card that my geyser has not been repaired till now but they (Crompton) has closed my service request. Sad state of affairs.

I have complain er about the repair ofmygeyser..But without repair ing.You gave me a reply as the the repair is complete. How it be possible at least without attending.

This is the worst post sales service company. 15 days after lodging a complaint no one is bothered to even contact back regarding problem resolution. customer is suffering & company role end immediately after the product sold. no efforts to look into customer grievances.. would suggest not get trapped by buying crompton product.

We MSME Technology Centre Bhiwadi (A government of India society) Works under ministry of MSME.

We have purchase cutter pump 3hp 3 phase ccpm32-14 (Mmp01vb007433) On 27 aug 2022 from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, which was not working condition since purchase and found faulty part. We had all photos and videography while opening the packet and joining of the motor connection in the plant. While after approaching the seller he advice to complaint on customer care and we did the same and received the service request number 2208216394/01 and confirm will be attended within 48hrs. And will be attended by ravi electrical works Bhiwadi service guy after two day on 29.08.2022. Service boy with containing mobile number (9694970530) Reach us and after seen the cutter pump advice that he can’t do any thing. You have to send the same pump to service centre with your own and don’t have any warranty or guarantee also. After that we had conversation with some mr. Bablu (8905537472) From crompton Alwar, Rajasthan. After so many discussion and request no body have entertained the case properly. We our self-went to ravi electrical works and had undergone for repair of the same pump for thrice on payable basis and again the condition is same the pump is not working. This is how badly service and treatment given by crompton after spending a huge amount of rs. 41000/- approx. The compliant raised by us on customer care is automatically closed by the crompton without taking proper feedback from msme technology centre bhiwadi. We once again request crompton to please look into the matter seriously and replace the default product sell by crompton.

I have purchased Crompton celing on 7/9/22 after installing i am getting tick tick noisy sound. when speaking to consumer care no they are very adamant, arrogant answer no body responded how the CEO MATHEW JOB is silent such a worst customer service and this should reach to BOD. i request consumers don't buy any product from this Crompton bad company.
