Pathetic service provided - Need replacement for my Croma fridge
This is about my croma refrigerator (croma brand) bought in May 2016. It has broken down six times since then (i.e. less than a year’s time span) They provide ridiculous service. The engineer doesn’t come for good 3-5 days. Every single time I have faced this issue. By that time, everything in the fridge goes bad..completely wasted. I have been asking for a replacement since the second time it broke down. But there is no response given from Croma. I will never recommend croma products. I am pasting a few emails below:

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a croma fridge in May 2016. Since then it has broken down twice. The services that you offer are extremely poor. It has been more than a week and no action have been taken. I am very disappointed. Please replace my fridge with a new one.

I need immediate support as it's Holi tomorrow and day after and there are guests in my house. I need the refrigerator to be replaced. Kindly consider it very urgent.

Croma — Cancellation of order with my confirmation
I have purchased a product from the croma with the discount coupon published in the there online portal. I was able to successfully placed the order.
But unfortunately, I got an email from the croma team of the cancellation of order without my concern informing they have some glitch on there website.
Till date, I didn't get a call from the croma with the explanation of the glitch as well my money is also not yet refunded. So I didn't have my money as well as nor my placed order.

Washing machine not working properly, 1st time used
Dear sir/madam,
Purchased washing machine on 14th Aug 2018 from croma retail surat. delivery done on 18th Aug and installation of inlet and outlet pipe done on 19th ie today. trial not taken by service engineer function explained. during 1st run itself 45 min cycle time when 10 min were remaining dry cycle. water coming from inlet and get drained out simultaneously. check water error, thereafter after spin rubbing sound friction sound could be heard. called the installation and stated the observation he replied some other guy will check the same

Pl do the needful. If machine is defective pl replace the same. I dont want to repair the same as it is not used even once.
