Request for refund of not of standard item received
I had ordered for a Mahir traffic safety mirror 60 cm as per order no. 171-2067484-5593901 dtd 14/9/18 and Invoice no. IN-450 dtd 14/9/18. I received the item on 22/9/18 and it was faded and not clear to see the road . several time I tried for refund and nothing happened with that facility. Hence I request that kindly make arrangements to take back the product and refund my money at the earliest.
No product satisfaction
I didn't like this product and no booklet available with this so I am not happy with this purchase and in this machine current flow is very high as per my views. I want refund. My Order #407-7886003-250755.
Regarding giving false assurances and torturing
Dear sir/madam,
With reference to above mentioned subject, it is to say that I had booked MI Android TV 32 inch on 9 th october against my order id Order# 402-1487269-0971511. The delivery date was given 20 th october 2018 with tracking ID 992418161 through GATI service. On today the last day, I called your customer care executive then it was given assurance that product would be deliverd today . Meanwhile I called Gati service customer no., it was also given assurances that "product would must be delivered today. If not delivered today, then there is no commitment for delivery on sunday then by monday, it would be got."
I waited till evening , then i called for delivery the product from your customer service, then it was told that at 04: 59PM, your product has been out for delivery; that the place where is product it is nearer to you, it takes short time for reaching you, by saying keep patience, it was assured.
Afterwards i called Gati service it was same thing was said at callcost of 01 minute 2RS. call had been put on hold 5 minutes then by saying that customer care agent is busy on another call. After contacting, I asked for mobile no. of delivery agent then it was told that there is no rule for disclosing the number.This was not happened one time, it was repeated whenever I call. In this my 100 Rs had spent in contacting gati service.
If contacted with your customer care, the same thing as i track on the internet was told. I mean to say if i myself can track then the samething is why told. No body communicated with your carrier service. Every time ( 10 times) It was given false assurances.
Finally I call on 09: 45 PM, after getting frustration then it was told that the product would be delivered within 48 hours. I mean to tell this conversation that if your care customer executive cannot help to solve then why 'keep waiting , is said.GATI has also tortured my mind. You have made this service for giving trouble instead of product. It seems that.
Your Customer service and carrier service is so bad that gave me lesson that 'Dont Purchase on this Amazon otherwise you will be next time become lunatic.
if you want proof then you can listen your recording call of qualitative and high skilled that happens with own customer.

Damaged product
Today I received mini figures obstacles cam... But then I found that film has been expired due to which image doesn't appear..but when I used another pack of film observed the quality is not stolen good. So I want you to refund me back and contact me as soon as possible.
Product issue
Without any notifying me they just gave me refund although I want to change and replace it with another size. Moreover, they haven't refund me whole amount nd now they are not picking call nor emailing me. Amazon is a first shopping site that i had seen it is a most ridiculous site. i recommend to all that do not buy the products. i cannot trust the amazon and i m going to del my account from here.

Replace or return of damaged eye palette
I have received HUDA dusky eye shadow palette on 1.4.2019. But when I opened it he mirror inside was broken. Hence request u to replace or return it at the earliest. I have ordered from amazon prime.

I am trying to contact them from 9th feb 2019... Still no response. All the time customer service people will say that.. Any account specialist team will contact u in 24hr but still they dint call from 9th feb 2019.
